We booked a rental car for 10 days and everything worked out great. We had a shuttle service to the airport. Easy process, kind staff, great car! We'll book again.
Terrible customer service! I called to ask for the car reservation on the very same day (5h from the call). Person told they have very low availability, but advised to use Discovercars booking service and then they aprove or decline. I underlined I need to know ASAp because I need a car for today, but she assured the process takes minutes. I called one hour after and was told they receive my request in minutes, but can not tell me how long it will take to get the final response. Basically she lied to me and left me without a guarantee that I will have a car at the desired time.
Very friendly, great service, great car! Would absolutely recommend they're very professional, no hidden fees. And to top it off we got a free ride from their place to the airport with their shuttle. Best car rental company I've ever used!

Wir hatten schon das zweite Mal einen Mietwagen reserviert und jedes Mal funktionierte die komplette Abwicklung tadellos. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich, die Kraftfahrzeuge waren in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Sehr zu empfehlen! Super Service und sehr nettes Personal. Flotte Fahrzeugübergabe und -abgabe, Auto in top Zustand. Alles transparent und gut erklärt. Und uns wurde ein Airport-Shuttle gratis organisiert. Gerne wieder.
Wir haben über sunnycars bei dem Anbieter für 14 Tage einen Wagen in Portugal gebucht. Zustellung und Abholung in Lissabon und das auch noch an zwei verschiedenen Orten. Beides hat super und auch pünktlich geklappt. Bei der Rückgabe hatten wir vergessen den Wagen zu tanken. Kein Problem. Der Fahrer fuhr mit uns zur nächsten Tankstelle. Prima Abwicklung

Super organisiert und sehr freundlich. Ging alles total schnell sowohl das Abholen des Autos als auch die Rückgabe. Auto war in einem Top Zustand. Die Regelung mit dem Mautgerät ist absolut fair (5 pro Tag aber gedeckelt mit max. 20 pro Anmietung) On Top noch ein kostenloser Transfer zum Flughafen

Procedury jasne, check in prosty, check out szybki i bezproblemowy. Fiat 500 którego po yczyli my spisa si naprawd dobrze w odleg o ci do 100km od lizbony. Fajn opcj jest rozliczenie z depozytu op at autostradowych. Polecamy i pozdrawiamy z Wroc awia!
