These guys did a great job assisting some new to the country Americans. Made the process easy to and from and made sure all of our questions were answered. Jason helped us on the way out and made check out super smooth and personable. Thank you.
Upon returning the car on our last night, the 1st staff member working the front desk gave us a major attitude. After parking the rental in front of the building, I walked in and notified him that we’re returning a car. He very rudely points in a general direction and says to bring the car around, without even moving a muscle from his chair. We went back out to move the car and pulled up to what we thought was the side garage entrance (it was a bit unclear because there was an outdoor and indoor entrance). There were no other customers, so we just parked down the middle of the empty portion of the garage. Nobody was tending to the car, so I had to walk back into the lobby to prompt him to come out to check the car and even offer to move it if necessary, while he dismissively gestured and mumbled to himself in Portuguese about how we did not drive all the way to the first parking spot, if not worse commentary. He took the keys from me, moved the car, did the inspection, all without saying a word to us. Then, he walked past us towards the lobby. As if suddenly remembering to do his job, he turned around and asked us about needing a shuttle, to which we declined. Horrible customer service from the guy! Again, there were no other customers and several staff members. He could have saved everyone the trouble and guided us to the correct spot from the beginning, like any other normal rental company, with zero effort on his part. I’m being generous with this 2-star review because it was an okay renting experience overall, and the lady during pick-up was much more professional.
Be aware of their credit card trap! I’m renting since many years internationally cars for my travels without being ask anymore for a real credit card, nowadays a debit card is for most big car rental companies just fine to hold a deposit. But not with CRC! When I presented my Visa debit card they briskly refused it and ask for extra 330 Euro on top of my 44 Euro car rental fee. They wanted to get a deposit of 1.800 Euro! No car rental company on the world did ask me for such amount in the recent 20 years. The also did not want to accept the credit card of my wife (she still has one) since the rental contract was on my name. The end of the story: I quickly rented another car with one of the big international car rental companies, took 5 minutes by car hire to get there and saved myself a big amount of money, I did not want to play their money making game. Don’t get fooled by CRC and an initially very appealing offer! That’s the worst in 20 years I experienced with a car rental.
We had a reservation booked for 8 months and when we arrived we weren’t allowed to rent as our drivers licenses were missing point 10 ( meaning the date your license was first issued) so if you are from the states make sure this does not say Unavailable or they will not rent to you. They first said it was my husbands license as he just renewed his that expired but low and behold the same thing on my license which was renewed 4 years ago. The voucher reads make sure you have been driving for 1 year not that point 10 should not read unavailable. Which both of ours said. Representative stated it was because my husband renewed 8 months ago after his drivers license expired, which everyone does gets a new drivers license. So for sure Oregon state can not drive In Portugal using this company. I went to another rental agency and they didn’t have this policy but no rental cars for me to rent. So we had to find other transportation which we lost a whole day of touring because being on slow trains and missed out on tours that we planned with the use of car. I would make sure to have them look at your drivers before you arrive to verify you are not missing point 10 send a picture. Staff did not care one bit about helping just said sorry. Go to another rental company the staff at way go were great. I always use enterprise and have never had an issue with rentals for over 20 years. Booking should not use this company I have told them and my friend who is executive of booking in Amsterdam.
Rental agreement: 24233357 Car pick up: the staff was polite but lied on the price of gas. I wanted me to pay 120 euro for the full tank and told me it was the normal price (Peugeot 2008). I refused: good thing, it was only 74.8 euro(1.7 euros/l x 44L). I didn't want to take ViaVerde pass but he said it was mandatory.... Car return: they notice a small impact (see picture) on the front windshield had charged me 984 Euro (800 euro + taxe) for it. No explanation on why I had to pay this much. The person was polite but charged me 984 euro like it was normal or to explain how it would be fixed. That was not professional.
We had a great experience with Rafael! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. I rented a car through CRC and was assisted by Livia Figueiredo. She was extremely helpful, and friendly, and processed my payment efficiently. She also answered all of my questions. I recommend. The service from the airport to the station was very smooth. CRC will be my forever car rental!
The worst I've ever seen. The shuttle they send to the airport comes every half hour. Internal procedures take at least 1 hour. They take the gas money as prepayment. We were charged 92 euros, but we later discovered that 50 euros was enough for a full tank of gas; A complete robbery. The car was delivered to us in a very dirty condition, and when we wanted to change it, we were given another, lower class car. It was also quite dirty and we waited for 1 hour for the procedure to be done and left. When we delivered the car, they asked us to pay for the damages that already existed on the car, but when we did not accept, the staff (he said his name was Eduardo, but he may have made it up) started shouting at us. He threatened to not let us on the airport shuttle. Luckily another calm staff member brought us. But never again. I don't recommend it to anyone.
I see this happened some other people as well. Dont get fooled with their initial cheap rent trap. They think it is fair to deposit 2800 euros(I see in the comments they offer different values which makes me think they do racial profiling and can ask even for 10000 euros depending on your skin color or race) because they offer couple euros cheaper. Alternative option they gave me was 80 euros per day + 350 euros deposit Anyway do not fall into their trap. Go rent from global companies.

I strongly advise against using this rental company. Upon arrival, we were informed that a Visa debit card could not be used for the deposit, forcing us to purchase their full insurance at an outrageous rate of 40 per day - 13 times the daily rental price. No alternative payment options for the 1,800 deposit were accepted. Strangely, they had no issues accepting deposits of 300 for potential overstay and 50 for eToll charges. This feels like an intentional ploy to upsell their overpriced insurance. When returning the car, the inspection showed no issues, yet we later received digital claims for extensive damages, including scratches on the back door, bumpers, and fender. As responsible drivers with a spotless record and minimal use of the car, these claims were highly suspicious. Fortunately, the mandatory full coverage insurance protected us financially, but the practice itself is deeply concerning. Further research revealed that their business model appears to hinge on offering low rental prices, only to recoup costs through excessive insurance charges or fabricated damage claims - often targeting renters who are in a rush to catch a flight. In the end, we paid 30% more than we would have with a reputable competitor offering full coverage upfront. If the deal seems too good to be true, it likely is. Avoid this company if you value transparency and fairness.

Nous avons été très satisfaits du service de location, qui était rapide, professionnel et efficace. Tout s est très bien passé, mis à part un petit souci initial dû à une information manquante sur le site EasyJet, qui n indiquait pas clairement qu une carte de crédit et non de débit était nécessaire. Nous souhaitons remercier particulièrement une membre du Eduardo Luma, qui a été extrêmement compréhensif et attentif. Il nous a accompagné dans les démarches pour résoudre ce problème rapidement et éviter un surcoût. Son aide a vraiment fait toute la différence, et nous avons pu repartir en toute sérénité. Nous recommandons vivement ce service et également l accueil de Jason, nous hésiterons pas à faire appel à eux pour nos prochains voyages !

Mi pareja y yo fuimos a Lisboa a pasar unos días. Pensando en que nos moveríamos bastante, alquilamos un coche mediante está compañía. Al no tener tarjeta de crédito nos hicieron pagar 300 de franquicia, 155 de protección y 50 para gastos variables tales como peajes, parking, etc. El representante de caja (cuyo nombre no recuerdo), nos dijo que si el coche se devolvía en perfectas condiciones (lo devolvimos así y con el depósito lleno) se nos devolverían tanto los 300 de franquicia como los 155 de protección+ la diferencia de los ya mencionados 50 . Bueno, cuando devolvimos el coche se nos devolvieron 300 y la diferencia de los 50 , pero no los 155 de protección. Me puse en contacto con la empresa CRC por correo a finales de noviembre, mes en el que viajamos, y hasta hoy (15/01/2025) no he obtenido respuesta. Dicha respuesta ha sido: habéis tenido un malentendido con el trabajador y no os vamos a devolver los 155 . Puedo entender que en su política de empresa se cobren esos 155 , pero su trabajador nos dijo una cosa (quizá por error), pero considero que esa palabra debe ser cumplida. Personalmente, mi valoración sobre esta empresa es pésima y jamás recomendaré a ningún allegado que alquile en la misma cuando vaya a viajar a Portugal. Es paupérrima su manera de tratar con el cliente y su temporalidad a la hora de responder ante las necesidades de sus clientes. Una empresa que deja mucho que desear y que me ha decepcionado mucho.
Nachtrag 15.01.2025: Obwohl ich direkt den Kontakt zum Kundenservice aufgesucht habe, wurden mir trotzdem 477 Euro vom Konto gebucht! Die Antwort auf meine Rezension ist demnach auch nicht ehrlich gemeint! Diese Firma zockt seine Kunden einfach nur ab! Finger weg von CRC Lissabon/Portugal!!! Sehr unfreundlich und wie eine Mafia! Angeblich fehlte ein Reifenreparatur - Kit im Fahrzeug und mir wurden knapp 500 Euro von meiner Kaution abgebucht! Die extrem unfreundliche Dame hat gezielt gesucht und es sah für mich so aus, dass man das Problem oder das fehlen imFahrzeug vorher wusste!!! Man öffnete eine Klappe im Kofferraum, die ich zuvor nicht geahnt hätte! Was sollte ich auch mit so etwas anfangen?!?! Möglicherweise eine Masche um Geld zu machen! Ich sage ja, wie eine bewusste Betrugsmasche! Die Dame fand das alles sehr lustig und die Arroganz war unerträglich! Vielleicht war Sie glücklich, dass wieder ein Trottel auf die Masche reingefallen ist und es gibt dafür eine Provision?!?! Ich habe so etwas noch nie bei den seriösen Anbietern, wie Sixt, Europcar, Avis oder Hertz erlebt! Lasst die Finger von CRC Lissabon, neben mir hatte eine andere Familie auch extrem Ärger wegen zusätzlicher Abbuchung von 400 Euro für Versicherungen die es wegen bestehendem Vollschutz nicht brauchte! Es riecht stark nach bewussten Betrug!!!!

Trotz vollständigem Versicherungspaket über die Anmietung bei Check24 und Vorlage des Vouchers mit Versicherungsumfang und zu enthaltenem Rückersatz der Selbstbeteiligung im Bedarfsfall wurde bei CRC in Lissabon unter dem Vorwand eNeben dem Blocken von 50 für Maut, 300 für Benzin wurde daher dann für 334 aber ein Versicherungspaket gebucht und auch sofort auf dem Konto belastet. AUFPASSEN!!!!

Staff was amazing from the pick up to the delivery of the vehicle. The rental agent gave us good tips and advice. There was a slight delay when signing out the car, due to an error on the system. They upgraded the car due to the delay. The car was very clean, inside and outside. Highly recommend CRC, and if the opportunity arises I will definitely use the services again.

I booked car from Third party website (carjet) without full coverage. My plan was i will take full coverage from the desk. I talked with crc support before confirm the booking. They told me i can take full coverage from the desk and price will be same( around 24-30 euro per day). Finally i came to desk and they charged 343 euro full coverage for 5 days. Can you imagine with 343 euro its possible to rent 20 days in lisbon! CRC website was showing for 5 days with full coverage 115 euro total include tax. I came third party thats why they charged 3 time more. I sent email CRC Support and carjet no one response yet about this issue.

Até têm carros bons e em bom estado, mas são desonestos! Sem caráter. Aluguei carro x, claro que não havia quando cheguei, e me ofereceram carros NITIDAMENTE INFERIORES E MAIS PEQUENOS com a alegação patética de serem da mesma classe. No fim das contas, gastei 50% a mais pois tive que fazer um upgrade forçado. Uma burla clássica, o dia a dia em Portugal, país onde o consumidor não é ninguém e empresas sem caráter como a CRC ficam à vontade pois não há recurso que preste.
me respondéis diciendo que después de cada alquiler haceis fotos del coche para subirlas al sistema, eso no es cierto porque nosotros pedimos al chico fotos anteriores del coche y nos dijo que como no habíamos hecho el seguro con vosotros no había fotos, y en ningún caso nos dijo que hiciésemos fotos nosotros antes, a si que más estafadores todavía.
Méfiez-vous de la location dautos CRC à Lisbonne, ils ont une solide réputation descrocs. Ne vous fiez pas aux commentaires Google, plusieurs sont faux, allez chez Trustpilot et Tripadvisor. Mon expérience avec eux a été désastreuse, une véritable arnaque qui restera gravée dans ma mémoire comme lune des pires expériences de location de toute ma vie. Au retour de la voiture jai été confronté à des frais supplémentaires injustifiés. Jai loué une voiture chez CRC pour une durée de 29 jours à partir du 7 novembre 2024 et jusquau 6 décembre. Le jour de la prise en charge, ils mont fait signer un document numérique montrant de multiples rayures et bosses sur la voiture. La voiture, une Peugeot 204, avait 54 869 km au compteur. Je demande une copie du document et du contrat quils refusent de me fournir en disant quils lenverront par la poste, il mest donc impossible de corroborer le document signé avec létat réel de la voiture. Jai pris une vidéo rapide des multiples rayures sur la voiture, mais comme la voiture était le long dun mur côté passager, je nai pas rampé pour prendre la partie inférieure de la voiture. Ils ont demandé une caution de 1400 euros en guise de garantie pour tout dommage dont je serais responsable. À ma grande surprise, le montant total a été prélevé sur ma carte Visa. Ils mont également facturé 101,55 euros pour un plein dessence, ce qui était une arnaque car le réservoir ne pouvait pas contenir une telle quantité et mont ensuite demandé de le ramener vide !! Bien sûr, en livrant la voiture tôt le matin pour un vol, il reste toujours beaucoup dessence. Lorsque jai rendu la voiture, le préposé a pris beaucoup de temps pour me montrer toutes les rayures et les bosses sur la voiture et est finalement venu avec laccusation que jétais responsable de 900 euros de dommages. Tout cela était une arnaque et ils ont volé ma caution de 1400 euros. Puis en fin de compte ils menvoient un email pour me dire que seulement 284 euros me seront remis. Nul ne devrait subir une telle détresse lors de son départ du Portugal. Les Portugais sont honnêtes, respectueux et calmes, dommages que ces escrocs leur donnent une pauvre réputation.

worst experience ever, by picking up the car i get to ear that the deposit is 1800 euro, till here all good but them they start to explain that if i get into an accident and its not my fault (in them words, if someone hits you from behind) you lose the 1800 euro, so i said that is not allowed so she said she was writing that down on the booking so her collogues know about is. after i keep saying no that is not allowed they told me to read the terms and conditions, i did show them the terms and conditions where it says that you are responsible for the car and there fore responsible for damage where i said this are normal conditions but does not say i need to pay if there is an accident witch is not my fault. i told them that if there is an accident and is not my fault the insurance from the other person pays as always is, they answered that i have nothing to do with it and just push me to sigh and keep on saying that she wrote on the reservation this information for her colleagues, it seems they had this type of conversation million times before and they are use to this. the place next to them did not have this conditions as no where els in Lissabon. the answer was that on the conditions she wrote its says that and i need to pay it, of course i did not sigh and cancel the booking via Rental cars and got my money back from rental cars, they wore not happy that i managed to cancel and get my money back. be carful if you sigh this conditions you accept this, they can at any moment in time follow you and on purpose make an accident and take your 1800 euro and still go to the insurance company and get the car repaired

Objednal jsem auto na internetu s úplným poji t ním , na ná pobyt to bylo cca 120 euro , krom ceny za dálnice s ceny za benzín mi bylo ode teno z ú tu dal ích cca 100 euro které nám nikdo nevysv tlil, reakce na m j e-mail je 0 nic , benzín prý doplní za vás a výhodn ale realita je taková e vám chybí v nádr i 10 litr ale doplní 30 , ale asi n kam jinam , za m je tato spole nost bradavice na jinak ú asné zemi jménem Portugalsko , auto bylo nové a v po ádku

Na za átku v e vypadalo slibn auto jsem si zaplatil dop edu, v etn plné pojistky, která m la pokrývat ve keré kody. Dokonce probíhala akce, kdy jsem m l zaplatit za ni í t ídu vozu, ale slíbeno bylo p j ení vozu vy í t ídy. Po p íletu na nás na leti ti ekal pracovník p j ovny, který zavolal shuttle do samotné p j ovny. Tam nás p ivítala paní, a od této chvíle za aly komplikace: 1. Nep ehledné poplatky a zálohy: Museli jsme zaplatit vratnou kauci 300 . Dále poplatek 50 za pou ití dálnic, a navíc si ú tovali 1,8 za ka dý den pou ívání dálnice. Bylo nutné slo it zálohu 92 na palivo. Pokud auto vrátíte s plnou nádr í, ástku vrátí, ale pokud ne, natankují auto sami a strhnou ástku za tankování. V echny tyto poplatky jsme zaplatili se strachem, e dojde k n jakému problému. 2. Auto ni í t ídy: P i p evzetí auta jsem zjistil, e mi bylo p id leno vozidlo ni í t ídy, ne bylo slíbeno. Po reklamaci mi paní neochotn , s evidentním na tváním, vym nila auto za slíbenou vy í t ídu. 3. Problémy s vrácením záloh: P i vrácení auta nám bylo sd leno, e zálohy budou vráceny do 2 7 dní. Místo toho si v ak v echny ástky strhli natrvalo. Reklamovali jsme situaci p ímo u p j ovny, ale ani po 40 dnech jsme nedostali ádnou odpov . CRC Car Rental na m p sobí jako podvodná spole nost. Na za átku slibují výhodné podmínky, ale ve výsledku si vynutí mnoho poplatk a záloh, které nakonec nevrátí. Komunikace ze strany p j ovny je nulová. Pokud chcete bezproblémový zá itek z pronájmu auta, této spole nosti se rad ji obloukem vyhn te Tedy p j ení auta na 5 dní vy lo na 562
Achtung Achtung es werden Versicherung versteckt verkauft haben mir über 500 geklaut. Sie reduzieren ihre Kaution dafür haben sie plötzlich eine Versicherung abgeschlossen. Ich miete jedes Jahr mehrmals diese Agentur ist die Schlimmste Erfahrung bis jetzt. Lieber Kundenservice nicht nur so tun als ob sie finden mich unter diesen Namen in ihrer Datenbank!!!!!

The staff at this car rental company were shockingly unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. When we politely pointed out their unhelpful attitude, they became visibly passive-aggressive, compounding the problem with dismissive tones and rude facial expressions. Their lack of empathy and refusal to assist with our concerns was both frustrating and unacceptable. This experience reflects poorly on the company as a whole and suggests that significant training in customer service is desperately needed.

Não existe ligação nenhuma entre a plataforma de aluguel e a empresa. O seguro que é vendido no site de aluguel não vale pra nada na loja e eles mesmos falam isso (então pq isso existe?). Não recomento alugar on-line e mesmo no local é sempre bloqueado uma taxa muito alta no cartão (1800 ). Além de entregarem um carro todo batido e riscado.

Rented a $4 a day car while in Portugal. Drive it for 90km, parked it for four days, drove it back. Not accidents, scrapes, curbs, nothing. When I returned it, they said I scraped the wheel and charged me $120. Total BS scam. Never rent from these thieves. If you are unlucky enough, take pictures of the entire car, including the wheels, before taking the keys so they dont pick your pocket as well. And to your reply, I already reached out to the support email, and the reply was our records show the damage happened with your rental. It didnt. You screwed me over. Beware whoever rents from this company.

Je donne une étoile car je ne peux pas donné moins. Jai loué une voiture par internet à Lisbonne, je pars de Paris le 27 Décembre le vol easyjet arrive 45mn en retard, jarrive le loueur es fermé, jattends jusquau long demain 7h résultat, pas de voiture disponible ? Réponse (contacté votre agence pour vous faire rembourser !) Je me retrouve A Lisbonne avec mon payement débité Et à la rue sans voiture voilà un nouveau système de voleurs !et ça marche, Personne ne peux rien contre cette arnaque. Il est où mon petit Portugal davant

Unr belle société descocs... Fuyez ! Jai réservé une voiture via rentalcars.com pour 5 jours au départ de Lisbonne et jai réglé 112 avec lassurance. Malheureusement CRC ma rajouté une assurance supplémentaire sans men avertir. Au final, cela ma coûté 367 ... Inadmissible, mais lescroquerie semble bien rodée.
Not recommended. The guy at the check-in desk didnt lie and we paid hundreds of euros more because he claimed we were late and lost our right to fulfill the reservation, even though we informed them in advance that they had delayed our flight and they said there was no problem. The whole vacation we were worried about the return because we got the impression of a company of crooks. They refunded us the money we charged after we complained by email but still this whole mistake cost us precious vacation time. Try another company.
Dont be fooled by CRC/Wheego! There are plenty of alternatives nearby such as Waygo just opposite, Europcar, OK Mobility, etc. ...We couldnt change and add another driver to an agency booking. They then tried to sell us a new rental for 477 EUR despite our repeated requests for a less insured car. Our original agency price was 69 EUR!!! There is absolutely no justification for a 700% increase, especially when there were offers around the corner for 100 EUR. They just tried to take advantage of a family in need of a car - what a lousy way of doing business. Shame on you! UPDATE: @CRC/Wheego - your automated responses suck. Stop pretending you care.

Mi sono trovata benissimo , molto organizzati.Trovati subito come accordo affianco a vodafon poi raggiunto il punto di ritiro con la loro navetta. I l codice che ti avevano dato in aeroporto valeva come numero darrivo pernoleggiare lauto al desk. Arivata hanno chiamato senza che nessuno sia passato prima .Alla reception ho avuto un problema con la carta di credito e loperatore gentilissimo me lo ha risolto. Auto nuovissima noi facendo la copertura casco nn abbiamo mai avuto problemi.

de lo peor que he visto, cuando fuimos a devolver el coche lo miró para asegurarse que no tenía ningún golpe, como es normal, lo curioso es que fue directamente a una de las ruedas en la que llevaba en la llanta un arañazo (que nosotros no habíamos hecho) era como que sabía que estaba allí, y claro que eso lo habíamos hecho nosotros, que si hubiésemos hecho fotos antes... cosa que no nos dijo. de todas maneras le iba a hacer fotos él para el sistema, pero casualmente no tenía fotos anteriores del coche, el seguro del coche lo llevábamos hecho con una compañía aseguradora desde España, que si hubiésemos hecho el seguro con ellos esto no pasaría, si alquiláis con ellos ya podeos hacer fotos al coche por todos lo lados, son unos getas de mucho cuidado.a todo esto se habían quedado una fianza de 1500 .

J ai déjà posté un avis négatif sur le manque de sympathie du personnel. Je rajoute un autre avis negatif sur le fait que ça fait 35 jours, je n ai toujours pas récupéré les 1450 euros de cautions. De plus ils m avaient demandé de payer un plein complet et je serai remboursée de l essence non utilisée, je suppose que je peux oublier. 100 euros pour un demi plein c est quand même très cher!
Third time we have used CRC Car Rental. Again very smooth and friendly service and good car. Rafael was very accommodating and helped us switch from a booked manual to an automatic gearbox car. Mark-up for that change was very reasonable.
Good rental company, cars are city cars not really appropriate for Central portugal but if driving round coast or a city great option for a rental car. They have a shuttle bus to pick you up from the airport and return you on day of leaving. Great service.
Fabulous. Friendly, efficient service - transfer/shuttle to and from the airport easy, car very clean and as described. And when I stupidly forgot my Kindle in their office, they posted it back to me. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Opis sugerowa , ze auto dost pne jest na lotnisku a by o 4 km dalej. 3. Obiecywali transport na lotnisko, ale jak si potem okaza o tylko w godzinach ich pracy, a mój samolot by wcze niej i mia em du y k opot po zwrocie auta. 4. Renter beware, this is a borderline scam of a company! They have charged my credit card for sums that dont align to the rental contract and they are simply not answering the customer support line or emails. Had to dispute with my credit card provider. In addition - be very careful with photographing the car from every angle, because they will try to charge you for every tiny mark, and the minimum charge is 250EUR. UPD - this is definitely a SCAM! They got back to me (more than a week after the response that they left here below) and claimed that I purchased a prepaid fuel option from them. Its a lie (I did not) and a stupid lie at that, as they claim I paid 110EUR to be able to return the tank half full, when a full tank costs 70EUR.

Overall, it was a positive experience, especially considering the affordable rates they offer. We booked the car through Booking.com. The vehicle was in great condition, equipped with all the necessary features for a pleasant journey. We would definitely recommend this service.

Hoje às 19:30 fui entregar o carro na CRC-Car Rental company,Lda, sita na Av.Severiano Falcão, n.10, 2085-738 Lisboa e a senhora que me atendeu disse que tinha um pequeno pico no pára-brisas que havia ocorrido durante o meu aluguer. Não concordei, pois durante a minha condução não percebi qualquer incidente no pára-brisa. Acresce ainda que ao entregar o veículo, a senhora , após inspecção, perguntou-me se tinha tirado fotografias do carro aquando do check-in, respondi que sim (até porque o veiculo estava com muitos danos e num sitio com pouca iluminação) e mostrei-as, tendo a senhora percebido após ver as minhas fotografias que pelo menos um dano na chapa não estava na folha dela aquando do check-in. Então, havendo este precedente é bem possível que este pico já estivesse no para brisas antes de eu alugar o carro. Fiquei indignado, tendo efectuado uma reclamação escrita no local. Concluindo, a senhora retirou de imediato, com frieza e sem o meu consentimento 800 +IVA da minha caução. Claro que nos vamos encontrar em tribunal. Não recomendo a ninguém alugar carros nesta empresa ou na Wheego que é no mesmo local. São uns ladrões e a tal senhora ainda se estava a rir com ar de gozo com a cumplicidade do supervisor, não tem qualquer respeito pelos clientes. Por último, é bem evidente o porquê de me perguntar se tinha tirado fotografias, ou seja, queria verificar se eu por acaso tinha a fotografia do pico... isto tem um nome . ROUBAR!!!! Mas há-de haver alguém que se vai responsabilizar. Tenham cuidado, não entrem neste local
Lors de la livraison un contrat vous est envoyé par mail, et les clés vous sont données pour aller récupérer juste à coté le véhicule. Aucun tour du véhicule nest effectué avec le contrat (quils vous donnent en version électronique) et vous partez avec la voiture. Au retour, un employé fait une inspection poussée du véhicule et vous trouve des marques qui selon lui nétaient pas là à la livraison du véhicule. Jai bien entendu contesté et la seule réponse que jai eue: elles ne sont pas sur le contrat. Un montant de 250 euros de réparations mest annoncé puis 327 sont finalement prélevés sur ma caution. Aucun document justificatif ne ma été transmis et mon mail au service clients pour lobtenir est resté sans réponse. Cest une vraie arnaque organisée.
Everybody was great except for Victoria, who hid her badge from us. She way overcharged for a tiny scratch. Similar to many other customer reviews so renter beware. Truly a disappointing end to our trip, but the CRC team still has time to make it right.

La pire agence que je n ai jamais vu ! A cause d un avion retardé, j arrive 3h23 après le début de la resa, et on me dit vous avez 23 mins de retard votre voiture à été relouer ! On vous propose au boîte automatique +175e et comme pas de carte de débit obligé de prendre la full garantie à 275e ! Total +450e De vrai voleur et pas arrangeant !

J ai mis une étoile, car impossible de mettre zéro. Il faut Soi-disant une carte de crédit et non DÉBIT faites très attention ! sinon vous êtes prélevées 150 ! Sinon vérifiez bien la voiture avec plusieurs tour complet, même s il ne le fait pas avec vous, prenez un maximum de photos

Super Auto und schnelle Rückgabe. Super mit dem Mautgerät im Auto. Achtung bei den Anmietzeiten, denn das gemietete und im voraus bezahlte Auto wird NICHT länger als 3 Stunden reserviert. Dann muss man nochmal mieten und zahlt natürlich mehr. Am Flughafen gibt es keinen direkten schalten, sondern nur eine Person mit einem kleinen Schild im Wartebereich, die dann einen Shuttle zur Mietstation ruft. Transfer vom und zum Flughafen ist kostenfrei.
Fujam desse lugar. Atendentes grossos, não explicam os detalhes do aluguel e ainda empurram na sua conta danos do carro pré existentes ao seu aluguel. Tenho fotos comprovando mas eles nem olharam direito, não aceitaram nenhum argumento meu. Péssima empresa.
