Great experience renting a car for here - we booked with another website online yet everything went smoothly. Airport shuttle pick up, arranging our papers and car took only like 10-20mins. They have cars in very good condition and quite new models which was re assuring when taking one for a long road trip.
I'm pretty happy with the rental car from Drivalia: - after paperwork we checked the car together, the employee went through all the previous scratches, I didn't even notice some of them, we made pictures and signed the contract - we got a free upgrade from a 5door manual Micra, to an automatic BMW series one with leather seats (I know it's just luck, but still felt great) - we didn't pay for the Via verde device, and accidentally went through the wrong gate, as the device was in the car regardless, I didn't have to pay the 25eur fee only the device "activation", which was much less - the car had a few scratches but nothing that would make it less appealing. I didn't make photos of the car just this one. I recommend the company!
ATTENTION! Be very careful with renting a car at “Drivalia”. Cars are being tracked. Not by the company itself, but by thieves that wait until a car is being rented in order to break in as soon as a customer has it. I know that, because I actually found a tracking device inside the door panel. A place where you don’t get so easily. The company is aware, but doesn’t really care. Why would they… they have an insurance. But do you have one for your goods?
I chose this company after reviewing almost all possibilities and they provided me with wonderful service. Great value for money and trustworthy people! Highly recommended. I extended the rent and all email communication was simple and straightforward. When returning the car there was a misunderstanding about timing, which wasn’t my fault, and it was taken under consideration by the customer service team. The car I rented was brand new and didn’t have any issues on all roads. Should include toll roads service in advance, just to make life easier. The deposit is fair. Washed the car before returning it as the roads were rather dusty, it costs €1 and easily done! Thank you to the team :)
Great car (brand new!) at a great price. Friendly and helpful service at the counter. When my reserved car wasn't ready yet, they upgraded me without questions to an even nicer one. Lovely road trip through Portugal. I recommend it!

good experience with Sado Rent, will definitely use again if needed. it took us about 20 min. to pick up our car and return was really easy and fast. no issues with a rental car.
Refused to give us a car because they only accept one type of card from one brand for deposit payment then refused refund too as if we didn't show up! Still fighting to get the rental money back since they refused us service, a nightmare in every sense, one star is too much!

Per quanto riguarda il noleggio tutto ok, macchina in buone condizioni e lavata. Fate attenzione se al ritorno volate al T2 perché la loro navetta può lasciarvi solo al T1 (da cui poi dovete prendere lo shuttle gratuito). Nonostante la richiesta di essere lasciati al T2 non hanno fatto nulla, abbiamo quasi perso il volo. Sarebbe meglio specificare questo aspetto prima (o nei fogli di noleggio)

Mit dem Auto war alles super. Jedoch hatten wir am Tage zuvor angerufen, ob wir auch ohne physische Kreditkarte bezahlen könnten, da wir die Karte welche wir online hinterlegt hatten in der falschen Wohnung hatten. Auf Nachfrage über das Telefon wurde uns daraufhin ausdrücklich bestätigt, dass für die Kaution auch eine Applepay-Version der Karte in Frage kommt und notfalls auch die Nummern und Codes der Karte genügen. Auf doppelte Nachfrage, ob ich mich hierauf auch verlassen könnte wurde mir auch dies ausdrücklich bestätigt. Bei Ankunft wurden wir jedoch sehr unfreundlich und unverständlich darauf hingewiesen, dass dem nicht so sei und man wollte uns eine separate Versicherung aufdrängen. Auf Nachfrage, welcher Mitarbeiter uns telefonisch Auskunft erteilte wollte mir niemand eine Antwort geben. Schlussendlich mussten wir eine völlig neue Buchung abschließen, was mit erheblichen Mehrkosten verbunden war. Fazit: nehmen Sie lieber einen anderen Laden, da man hier den Eindruck hat, dass man vorsätzlich falsche Informationen rausgibt um Mehreinnahmen einzuspielen.

You arrive at the airport, give them a quick call and theyll be there in 10 minutes. No crowded shuttles. Friendly people at the counter and the cars are new and well maintained. peggior esperienza della mia vita. Al rientro ci hanno detto che avevamo fatto dei graffi sul cerchione dellauto (il cerchione è in plastica). ci hanno trattenuto 90 + 10 di commissioni per dei graffi sul cerchione di plastica della fiat panda che nessuno avrebbe notato al ritiro della macchina (guardate la foto). Vergogna. chiedo ai responsabili: secondo voi è valsa la pena perdere un cliente ed avere una recensione negativa per dei graffi (non fatti da noi) dal valore irrisorio? Vergogna!!! rovinate le vacanze alla gente.

Hemos alquilado un coche para pasar el fin de semana en Comporta. El servicio de atención al cliente fue muy amable y eficiente, y el vehículo estaba en excelentes condiciones. El precio es razonable e incluye seguro completo. Recomendamos este lugar de alquiler si viajan a Lisboa.
Jamais plus nous allons réserver une voiture avec Drivalia. JAMAIS. Mauvais service, la location d une 4 portes à essence dans leur système est l équivalent d une 2 portes (Fiat 500) électrique. Mauvais service, fausse représentation. On restera avec les compagnies connues.

Sehr schnelle Übergabe, wir haben ein Auto bekommen, welches neuwertig und sehr sauber war. Wir wurden sehr freundlich behandelt, uns wurde keine zusätzliche Versicherung aufgedrängelt,auch die Abgabe des Mietwagen war reibungslos. Ich kann diese Autovermietung sehr empfehlen und würde auf jeden Fall als Kunde wieder kommen.

Drivalia prima autoverhuurbedrijf. Snelle verwerking contract, alleen wat onnodig lang gewacht voordat auto daadwerkelijk werd geleverd. Iets grotere categorie en automaat meegekregen, fijn ! Weliswaar halfvolle tank, maar gelijk opgevuld bij het tegenoverliggende tankstation. Shuttle service in orde. Inleveren auto ging snel. Vriendelijk personeel

Macchina noleggiata con Drivalia. Non sono del tutto soddisfatto. Nella prenotazione (con check24) era scritto che allaeroporto si trova un bus navetta. In realta occorre telefonare altrimenti nessuno verra a prendervi. La macchina poi aveva gia molti chilometri (piu di 43.000) e pur funzionando normalmente, aveva la cappelliera del bagagliaio rotta lasciano cosi tutti i bagagli in vista. Infine al momento della consegna, appena avviata, una spia del cruscotto si e accesa segnalando che il serbatoio adblue (motore diesel) era vuoto! E stato rabboccato ma.... non si controlla prima della consegna dellauto?

La navette ne passe que si vous appelez. Il lui faut 15/20 minutes pour arriver. noubliez pas dappeler . . . . Longue attente pour récupérer le véhicule. jai rien compris concernant létat des lieux de départ.... Retour rapide et état des lieux en 4 photos, très simple. Jespère juste ne pas être facturé à postériori car lagent ne ma pas donné de reçut comme quoi la caution était bien débloquée....
Abnahme und Abgabe gingen schnell und unkompliziert. Sehr netter und kompetenter Service. Automatische Maut Abgabe, dass allerdings nochmal extra kostet und nicht am Anfang (über Check24 gebucht) inkludiert war. Insgesamt sehr zufrieden ohne, dass man uns eine Versicherung aufschwätzen wollte.

Réservation d une bmw serie 2 cabriolet diesel boîte auto ok . Navette entre l aéroport est leurs société ok mais il faut apeller drivilia pour qu ils envoient un chauffeur. J ai payé avec une visa haut de gamme donc ras. Caution ok. Juste l etat du véhicule pour 55000km qui est censé être normal d après l hôtesse ( jantes rayé carrosserie micro rayé et de belles rayures parechoc avant arrière abîmé intérieur de capote usé) cependant après 1200km avec ce véhicule rien a dire il fonctionne très bien et ne consomme pas environs 5.5l . La capote déconnait de temps en temps car le capteur de coffre semble fatigué il faut claqué fort le coffre d après le loueur... ok c est pas ma voiture . Le loueur m a prit pour un con en me disant que je ne savait pas me servir d une capote de voiture. Hors j ai ma société de réparation de cabriolet en France... bref Pas de mauvaise surprise au retour car nous avions fait le tour du véhicule avec le loueur pour indiqué une belle liste d endroit abîmé. Je l ai lavé avant de la rendre car les voitures se salissent vite au Portugal avec le vent et la poussière . Sinon relativement très bon accueil juste lent comparé à nos habitudes française. Je le recommande :)
Já entrei em contacto com a empresa mais do que uma vez para resolução de um problema com as portagens e não conseguem resolver o problema nem dar resposta ou alternativa . Não estão a responder aos e-mails e referem que vão ligar de volta e nunca chegam a ligar.

O atendimento podia ser muito melhor ( dar as dicas do carro) e hoje em dia como aluga um carro e não tem suporte de telemóvel e o carro em si não tem GPS e não aparelho com o carro e esse de deixar o combustível como estava a companhia fica sempre a ganhar o resto tudo perfeito
There was no information that they do not have présence in the airport terminals. The shuttle bus took a long time. Also long waiting before the car was ready. We lost almost 2 hours to get the car and be on our way. The car was OK. Android Auto was not enabled, would have been better if it was.
Original sado rent is now Drivali: Very very good price for a great car. Great service. In and out quickly. For Sado rent: If you re getting full coverage, please make sure it s on the paper you sign before taking the car. I told the staff several times I want full coverage, she said yes multiple times. Then I saw her pre-checking the car for damages and I asked her again if I have full coverage, she said yes and kept checking the car. The contract she handed to me was the not English but the Portuguese version. After I returned the car, they told me I don t have full coverage and charged me for a small damage. Caught me off guard and I got very upset. The guy that I worked with me helped me and made things better but I still had to pay for a portion of the tiny dent. It was still manageable. Pros: the car is very very nice, the service was accommodating, it s fast pick up. Con: verbal communication isn t enough to get things across correctly, perhaps there s a language barrier. That could have been a complete disaster if it weren t for the accommodating staff when I returned the car.

Abholung vom Flughafen ohne Probleme- keine Wartezeit! Check in dann ein wenig holprig - trotz Voucher hat der Mitarbeiter ewig benötigt, um alle Daten zu erfassen. Unnötige Diskussion wegen Abgabetermin- insgesamt (noch?)recht wenig Kompetenz bei Fahrzeugübergabe durch den Vermieter. Abgabe dann sehr schnell und OHNE Probleme. Umgehender Transfer zum Flughafen.

Ci hanno consegnato una macchina più piccola rispetto a quella prenotata. I due seggiolini noleggiati erano di pessima qualità e uno anche rotto. Ci è stato cambiato il seggiolino e dopo unora e mezza di attesa arriva il secondo seggiolino che non andava bene per il peso dei bimbi. È stato recuperato un terzo seggiolino di pessissima qualità, la mia bimba ha lamentato mal di schiena per una settimana di viaggio. Ci è stato abbonato il secondo seggiolino dopo diversi solleciti in quanto siamo stati in attesa 2 ore per uscire con la macchina. Non capisco come fanno ad avere sulla coscienza dei bambini dotando le loro macchine con questi dispositivi.

Absolutely atrocious service. We arrived at 8pm, were immediately required to pay a late fee then were told the car was not there at all - in some other garage, returned late etc. We were given a car we didn t want and the right car delivered the following morning. Delivered far later than promised - reducing our weekend holiday time. We were still charged for full rental time, which is completely unacceptable given the car wasn t available until mid morning the day after our rental started . I would book elsewhere.

I want to complain about the staff there. We drove from Algarve to Lisbon and we wanted to left the car there. We arrived there one hour before the closing and we had to wait in a queue for more than 20 mins to eventually tell us that we were in the wrong place. However no one was taking care of us and in general the staff was rude. When we could finally leave our car the shuttle from the company to the airport already left and they did not offer another alternative so we had to pay a taxi to the airport.

Worst customer service ever. Very unfriendly staff. They do not accept debit visa cards so we had to purchase extra insurance from them. Here we were first given a wrong price which was then later suddenly more expensive. Better book somewhere else.

Nous avons aujourdhui même attendu une navette qui nest jamais arrivé plus dune heure, nous décidons de prendre un taxi pour y aller. Une fois arrivée la voiture nest pas disponible 1pres avoir attendu pour lenregistrement 45 minutes . On nous dit il fait attendre une heure pour la voiture à ce moment cela fait deja 3 heures que lon a atterris. On nous propose après avoir dû menacer une voiture qui est sale une opel. Nous avions réservé léquivalent dune vw t rok boite automatique et nous voilà en boîte manuelle. Le patron est absent et les employés sen fichent. Éviter absolument !!!!!! Jattends de rendre la voiture pour voir ce qui peut encore nous arriver. Service déplorable. Qualité du véhicule sale interieur et extérieur. Pour le reste des incompétents
Sowohl die Abholung als auch die Rückgabe gingen relativ schnell. Das Auto wurde sauber zur Verfügung gestellt. Nur der Hinweis auf Schäden wurde nicht automatisch mitgeteilt und der lt. Angaben Volltank war nicht korrekt. Es war nur zur Hälfte gefüllt. Bei der Rückgabe wurde der auch nur zur Hälfte abgegeben. Keine Beanstandung seitens Anbieter. Einen Shuttlebus zum Flughafen hat es auch gegeben.
Abwicklung war in Ordnung. Das ein Shuttle vom Eingang Airport wo alle abholen zum Verleih fährt, wäre als Info hilfreich. Rücktransport zum Airport hätte schneller gehen können, haben sicher 30 Minuten warten müssen. Etwas knapp zum Check in deswegen. Direktstandort Verleih am Airport läuft besser. VW T Cross bei Geländefahrt und 3 Kindern nicht zum empfehlen.
Collection takes along time 1-2 hours, they hard sell you various extras, some staff were incredibly rude and abrupt. I wont be using this company again and will definitely stick to the in terminal companies next time. Only open 8am-8pm so if you need to drop off/collect the vehicle out of hours youll either need to drop it early and make your own way to the airport, park it in the car park they suggest at 35euros, or collect at another time. Over the phone they said someone would meet us on arrival out of hours we called at least 4 times to confirm this was happening and no one turned up to meet us, leaving us stranded late at night. No one answered any of the contact numbers even other rental companies tried to help but with no response. Had to collect the following day with no apology they brushed it off. Seriously a nightmare company

Sie haben nur 1 Shuttlebus wo max 7 Personen platz haben. Auch wenn man als erstes dort ist muss man um den platz kämpfen, das finde ich nicht gut. Wenn man zuerst ankommt solte man auch als erstes einsteigen dürfen. Deshalb gibt es nur 3 sterne.
Péssimo serviço aluga-se um carro recebe-se outro (nada a ver) tempo de espera interminável não aconselho. Queria fazer um segundo comentário mas como não é permitido tenho que editar este, serviço de partida igual ou pior do que o serviço de recepção, esperamos pelo transporte para o aeroporto tranquilamente (uns 20min) o transporte chega, embarcamos e temos mais 20min de espera por dois clientes que nem sequer embarcaram connosco na mesma carrinha. Exprimindo o descontentamento com o gerente ou responsável (Gleiton ou Cleiton) o mesmo diz-nos que temos é que esperar, sem sequer se preocupar em primeiramente falar adequadamente com os clientes, tentar atenuar a frustração, nada ZERO. Pedi o livro de reclamações ainda tentou psicologicamente fazer com que não escrevesse no livro, falando me da integridade da empresa, e a integridade dos clientes?

Die Abholung und Rückgabe des Mietwagens waren schnell und unkompliziert. Der Wagen war sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Transfer vom und zum Flughafen hat auch einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden :)
Je change mon avis suite à une incompréhension. La location sest bien passé. Les interlocuteurs sont polis et cest le principal. La voiture était parfaite et nous navons pas eu de mauvaise surprise. Bonne continuation à léquipe de Drivalia.
Extremamente demorado, confuso e ineficiente.
Fuyez Drivalia. Entre le temps d attente interminable pour la navette (vous verrez celles de toutes les autres compagnies vous passer sous le nez), l antipathie totale de TOUS les employés auxquels nous avons eu affaire (fait rare mais là, pas un à épargner. Pas un sourire) et les mauvaises surprises (comme cette belle arnaque consistant à vous faire signer un contrat stipulant que le réservoir est plein et constater 100 mètres plus loin que vous roulez sur la réserve. Et vous devrez restituer un réservoir plein ) CAUCHEMAR. Vérifiez le niveau du réservoir et prenez vos propres photos de tout. C est pas cher, OK. On a compris comment ils se rattrapaient

Friendly people at the counter, 2 EUR/day additional for toll sensor that is already in the car. It took incredibley long to get the car because they were not prepared, brought it to the cleaning when I arrived. Will update after return.

Almost 2 hours to receive the car, a Tesla, first one they gave was not cleaned at all and one of the tyres had a hole in it. They had a second Tesla but had to charge it and clean it. Was given not fully charged. The staff seemed lost like headless chickens running around doing nothing. They don t even know how to operate a Tesla, one of the workers tried to unplug the Tesla charger and was just pulling hard on it for 5 minutes, had to show to her you need to unplug it from the screen inside no apologies given no cares given. Just take the keys and go. Not recommended.
Zügige Abwicklung, über Broker gebucht, kein langes Gerede wg Versicherung oder so, musste ein bisschen aufs Auto warten, dieses war aber hervorragend. Mit der Verlängerung wars dann ein wenig kompliziert, aber dank Einsatz von Gustavo hat dann alles geklappt

Todo genial, unos 15 o 20 minutos desde nuestra llegada hasta que nos recogieron y a la vuelta, entregar el coche y directos al aeropuerto. El trámite del contrato tardó un poquito, entre otras cosas por la barrera del idioma, pero todo correcto y sin sorpresas.

Il sagit dun bande de business men cherchant le profit plutôt quétablir une relation humaine et de confiance avec une clientèle. Je ne savais pas quil leur fallait une carte de crédit et non pas de débit comme ma visa premier pour sassurer de récupérer la franchise en cas de problème. Ils mont donc obligé de payer une hausse de contrat du simple au double pour quil ne sagisse plus que dune caution pouvant être débiter immédiatement. Malgré que je sois avec mon épouse et mes 2 petites filles, que je lui propose ma carte didentité ou virement pour éviter ce surplus, il nen avait que faire... Jai donc payer ces Escrocs !! Je ne reviendrai jamais et vous déconseille!!!

I did not have data, and had to call from a pay phone inside the airport, but was told the shuttle would be there shortly. I waited over an hour for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport. Once I got there, I was told I needed to email a copy of the confirmation voucher I received. Email said I needed to print or present virtually. I had it downloaded on my phone and presented that, but it was not accepted. I tried to connect to their WIFI, but they had issues with their internet, and wouldnt reset the router (connected, no internet, no issues connecting to WIFI on dropoff). She was not going to honor my booked price because of this. Extra (but not even full coverage) was offered for $150 more. I was only renting the car for 2 days, this amount is more than the total car rental. I declined because my insurrance/ cc should provide enough coverage. When we went to look at the vehicle for damage. It seems the cars get the white glove inspection. I have never experienced such an intense inspection. She pointed out the tiniest scratches, every little mark. I tried to be extra thorough and found two additional areas she missed- slight paint marks and scratches. Her English was ok, but not perfect and she was moving faster than I could keep up. I left with the car extra afraid due to the experience and intense inspection. I was EXTRA careful with the car due to this. I personally did not hit anything. Parked away from other cars, my visits were not in busy towns. I am not sure how or when anyone could have bumped the car. Of course when I brought my car back, same worker, found the smallest little dent. I needed to come look at it in the right light because it is hard to see. Right lighting hard to see and me not parking near anyone else, very easily feels like this was present before. I waited an additional 15 minutes for her to talk to manager on phone for the amount. Not sure why there is not a preestablished list? Manager is coming up with amounts on the spot? I needed to pay $225 for repair out of pocket. They obviously are not repairing, as my car came with all these tiny little damages. It felt a bit scammy to me. The actual rental rates were pretty low comparatively, but it seems like they may find these tiny things and charge to make their money. There were also other additional hidden costs and fees. This is not a ethically run business to me and strongly recommend paying a little more for better service elsewhere.

A sadorent pode estar habituada a 4 e 5 estrelas e muito provavelmente merecidas.Agora quando recebe três o melhor será perguntar porquê no sentido de evoluir e não dizer ao que está habituada. Quando recebo um carro a 1/4 de depósito e com os estofos cheios de manchas não posso deixar de ser coerente.Entendo que a altura é de muito movimento e não há maos a medir! De resto fui bem atendido mas sem solução ou troca de viatura. A altura do ano é difícil e os carros sempre a circular. A culpa não será nunca do cliente.
Excellent service and ease of transactions at sadorent. We picked up our car in the 4th day of our trip and it was simple, drop off was just as speedy and efficient and the shuttle to the airport took no time. I worked with Manuel and he provided speedy and efficient service on pickup and drop off and his knowledge of English made it especially easy for me.
Alles problemlos gelaufen, von der Übergabe bis zur Rückgabe. Personal sehr freundlich. Unser Auto hatte ein Display, über das mit Hilfe von Android Auto und Google Maps und Handy navigiert wurde. Einstellen auf deutsch.. Perfekt.

Face a resposta sem nexo, mais informo: - Nenhum dano foi efectuado na viatura. - O local de entrega não foi cumprido, era para ser junto da Gulbenkian e a viatura foi levantada em Alfragide por erro Vosso - Sempre informei que a entrega não seria de certeza em Alfragide - Da mesma forma que fotografam os danos nas devoluções, deveriam fotografar os danos nas entregas: a minúcia desses detalhes é o ponto, lamento que não entendam!!! - A demora foi essencialmente para fotografarem todos os danos, inclusive por baixo do para choques frontal!! - O alerta para os possíveis clientes é apenas mesmo isso: façam vídeo demorado quando levantam as viaturas porque essa é a única forma de não serem enganados!! - Portanto, da mesma forma que Vocês fazem APENAS nas devoluções!! Als je bij Sado Rent van te voren een auto reserveert vragen ze je voordat je de auto komt ophalen om via een website een aantal gegevens op te geven zodat het daadwerkelijk afhalen sneller gaat. Dat werkt goed. Je hoeft aan de balie dan niet nog een keer alle gegevens op te geven. Helaas zijn er klanten die vooraf geen gegevens ingeven waardoor het afhalen langer duurt. Dat is heel frustrerend. Ik merkte dat ook bij het inleveren. Er waren voor mij 2 klanten die een uur nodig hadden om hun auto in te leveren. Toen ik aan de beurt was duurde het niet langer dan 5 minuten. Ik heb een Skoda Scala gehuurd. De auto werd netjes afgeleverd. Reed ook goed. Naast de vestiging van Sado Rent waar ik de auto heb gehuurd zit een benzinestation (met de laagste benzineprijs van Portugal; dat weet ik niet zeker. Onderweg nergens goedkoper gezien).

Had a great experience with our rental at Sado. We were a little hesitant from a few of the reviews, but had no issues whatsoever. The location is off-site so a van will pick you up at the airport. They do the old fashioned walk around the car and write down what damage you see before you drive off, which always makes makes me a little nervous to miss something. But overall, we had a positive experience and had no charges outside of the agreed amount.

No trouble at all. Always order the green pass to use on toll lanes. Had to ask around to find shuttle at gate. Very fast checkout, no issues. Nice big electric Mercedes shuttle took me back to gate within 20 mins.
Sendo brasileiro, sempre que venho a Portugal me utilizo de um artifício que rende situações interessantes: falar apenas em inglês para poder compreender o que é dito acerca de mim. Isto me permitiu entender os funcionários da Satorent falando na minha frente, em tom de deboche e em bom português, acerca de uma situação que surgiu durante a minha recolha do carro. Tentaram cobrar-nos o dobro do valor inicialmente acertado, apenas por estarmos usando um cartão de débito. O problema poderia ter sido resolvido de forma simples, mas preferimos cancelar a nossa reserva e buscarmos uma empresa na qual não nos trate de forma sarcástica e a fazer piadas. Se falam desta forma em frente aos próprios clientes, não quero imaginar o que falam quando já não estão lá.
Já faz a terceira vez que a Sadorent nos confirma uma reserva e depois acaba por haver uma alteração de última hora. Hoje acabou de nos desiludir com uma reserva feita há duas semanas e confirmámos ontem a reserva que estaria tudo OK para hoje. Não se tratam assim os clientes que fazem a agenda a contar com as viaturas e depois falham os compromissos.
Une vraie arnaque. Vendredi soir je me présente pour récupérer ma location. Ils déclarent qu une Carte Visa Premier n est pas valable pour une location de voiture. Et demandent 110 d assurance (sur une location à 80 !!). J ai réservé à la place chez Avis pour le même prix, sans problème.

Nous avons loué un véhicule au mois daoût 2022. Prestation parfaite. Pourtant pas rassuré du tout avec les nombreux commentaire sur les arnaques de location de voiture au Portugal. Effectivement ils proposent une assurance à vous de savoir si vous la prenez ou non. Ils nous obligent seulement à la prendre si nous navons pas de carte bancaire crédit, et non une carte bancaire Débit comme beaucoup en France. Si vous respectez les conditions cest à dire carte de crédit, permis au nom de la location vous aurez simplement à verser une caution. 0 problème avec le véhicule, quasiment neuf, les personnes sont pro à la prise du véhicule jusquau retour du véhicule. La navette pour laéroport 0 attente. Nous ne prendrons dorénavant que cette agence.

O serviço prima por negligência de informação e a falta de profissionalismo para não falar da falta de educação ao telefone. Não recomendo. Isto depois de ir buscar um carro de substituição no dia 2/09/2022 pelas +-19h 15m e a mesma avariou pelas 20h . Liguei para o número indicado para a assistência de viagem o qual me disse que não fazia esse serviço e a Sadorent estava avisada, não sabendo quem fazia esse serviço. Liguei para a Sadorent e já ninguém atendeu. Só depois de muitos telefonemas é que um funcionário da companhia de seguros Caravela me deu um número para eu tentar. Já passava das 22h e 30m que lá consegui falar para o pronto socorro Depois disso ainda foi um problema para receber a caução que foi mais 1 Semana........
We took a video of the car before we rented it and had proof that the marks on the car already existed. They charged us an additional 180 euros for existing marks on the car. They fully nickel and dimed is - unbelievably cheap scammers. There is a reason this is an off brand rental place. The guys that work here are not professional at all and have zero customer service. I hope the 180 euros is worth the negative reputation I m sure you ll be receiving from here on out. Save your money and rent from a reputable place! If you do decide to rent from here take a million videos and pictures - even that won t save you, good luck!
Disappointing drop off experience. When dropping off the car, the employee scrutinized the car and claimed there was damage in 3 different places on the bumper. We took a video beforehand, debunking 2 of the claims easily. The 3rd claim was so faint on the bumper our camera didn t capture it in our initial video. Tough luck for us I guess but the employee approached the conversation with zero empathy, especially considering how dinged up the car was already. The rims were so beaten up, this makes me think they use this tactic to make money without actually fixing the cars charged 200 euros for this and was told they were doing me a favour. Also need to shuttle from the airport to get to the rental location. Won t be using these guys again, unfortunately, and would suggest you steer clear as well.
You can rent nice, new, clean cars from them. The staff is professional and fast. I recommend them to everyone. A special advantage is that they pick you up at the airport with a minibus, take you out to the site and bring you back after the rental is over, so you dont have to suffer with the traffic around the airport. The highway is easily accessible from the site.
Transfer from Airport to rental car station with schuttle from this company (just 10 min) as no direct counter at the airport, no problem but you need to call them. Car nice and clean, no cheating by trying to sell any useless extra not needed services (should be a good example for other rental companies), very good and firendly staff. Problem: no cable for recharge battery on board (we had a Hybrid, they told us 50 km extra with this battery not worth to charge, which is a bit stupid when gasoline takes you max 300 km with this Jeep Renegade we had) and no first aid kid as they are often stolen. Not sure, what to do in case of an accident without it, dont understand this logic, definitely not safe by choice, Wouldnt it be so easy to check upon return if first aid kid is still on board?

I would not bother with them. As other reviews, the tiniest scratch and they will make you pay for a very expensive repair. In my case, it was an almost invisible chip on the windscreen, the type that if it happens to your car, the insurance just get you to go and get it fixed with epoxy at Carglass. While I was there another customer had a tiny scratch on the bumper and was made to pay. This is not the case in many other car rental companies I have used where there has to be a damage that is more than barely visible before you have to make an insurance claim, especially in big cities. You can see from the replies they give to customers that customer service is not their forte either, very condescending borderline insulting replies like cars are not like carrots and many such examples I wished I had read before using them. They were also late picking me up at the airport when I arrived.
Sehr freundlicher und schneller Service ( Abholung 15min, Rückgabe 5min!), super Flughafentransfer (kaum Wartezeit, moderne Vans, gute Fahrer) und ein sehr sauberer neuwertiger Leihwagen. Gebucht hatten wir über Check 24 inklusiver Versicherung. Es gabe keinerlei Probleme, wir würden und werden dort wieder ein Auto mieten!
Rented car from Sadorent through Discover Cars. The initial process was smooth from shuttle service at the airport to check in. Courteous staff. Car was clean. Prices on my voucher were respected. My issue is the fact that they gave me a car with half a tank of gas (I was early, but would have waited for the car to be ready). Ok, I had to bring back the car with half at tank, not a big issue. Three days after we received the car, I get a low motor oil message. I check and indeed, it was low. Contacted Sadorent who was helpful and offered to give me a new car but since we were far, opted to send me to a garage to buy a specific motor oil. Of course they would reimburse me, which they did. My annoyance comes with the stress it caused me having that message late at night in a remote area and losing my morning going around trying to find the right type of oil. The mechanic even told me it was near empty. I was told by a sadorent employee that they only check when they get a message. What?? This is why I have a big issue with this. They should be checking before they give me the car. Never had this type of issue with other car rental agencies. There was no winshield washer liquid on top of it. Drop off process was smooth (outside opening hours) and I received the updated invoice with tolls the following day. I might try this company again but they need to make sure to check liquid levels before giving it to a client who is paying a lot of money for the rental.

Niet eens 1 ster waard. Wij huurden een auto bij Sadorent. Ophalen vanaf airport was prima en huur auto ok. Toen we de auto gingen inleveren kregen we te horen dat het mapje waar de autopapieren in zouden moeten zitten kwijt/verloren of gestolen was. Wij wisten van niets, wij hadden ook niet getekend voor auto papieren en bij check-in is ons niet verteld nog laten zien. Aan de balie kregen we te horen dat alles in orde was verder. Er werd niets gezegd over schade/extra kosten. Bij de afrekening zagen we schade 75 euro ex btw staan, en dat bedrag is zonder overleg of uitleg van onze rekening afgeschreven. Het voelde heel dodgy aan bij de check-out. Als je niet voor afkoop schade kiest in eerste instantie (a 22 euro per dag meer) krijg je de rekening achter. Ik zou hier niet meer een auto huren. Voelde niet goed. Kijk naar alle reviews hieronder, er zijn veel meer mensen die zich niet eerlijk behandeld voelen. Wij hebben de auto inderdaad met wat zand van het strand terug gebracht. Er staat nergens dat je de auto spotless clean terug moet brengen.

Du départ à la fin... Réception du véhicule en mauvais état (multiple rayures, coups, appui tête Av manquant...) Pneu av dégonflé. Defaut AdBlue après quelques km sur autoroute, impossible a corriger. Kilométrage limité au compteur de ce fait... Aucune disposition ou prise en charge pour arranger la situation. Personne ne prend de décision ici...! Contrat non respecté et geste commercial derisoir compte tenu de l incapacité au véhicule à faire X km. Vacances gâchées par Sadorent...
Never rent at Sadorent!!! They declined our creditcard, said we didn t have enough money (we had more than enough), were very very unfriendly, laughed at us when we asked if we could get our down payment back, just very rude people and we couldn t rent the car anymore for no reason??!!
Excellent car rental! By far the most positive experience I had so far. Most friendly staff who does not use upselling techniques and gives very comprehensive and complete explanations. The premisses, although located outside the airport but very close to it (free shuttle service, approx. 5-10 minutes from the terminal depending on traffic conditions) is clean and tidy and even had a waiting area (which we didn t have to use as we had been served directly) and a toilet for customers. Our VW Golf 7 was extremely clean and recent. On top of that, the price was very competitive and definitely a bargain considering the excellent service. I would rent again from Sado Rent without hesitation!

We have rented a car with Sadorent in Lisbon for a week and that was the most terrible experience I had with car rental. First, we had to wait for more that 1 hour for someone to pick us up an bring us from the airport meeting point to the rental agency. Then we had to queue at the agency for more than 30 minutes before being welcomed by a grumpy personnel. Our BMW car, a 5-year-old model, was then waiting for us dirty, because the karcher was not working (sic). In the trunk the security equipment (spar wheel) has been removed because it is not needed. We had asked for extra equipments (baby seat) that were not installed in the car. The staff eventually brought mismatching parts of the equipment which could not fit in. Safety first. Rental check-out was also an interesting part of our experience. It is the time where the staff is the most diligent while trying to find any damage that they could charge you. 3 weeks after the checkout 765 have been charged on our credit card without any prior notification and we dont konw yet the reason. ---------------------Follow-up message on business owner Sept 22nd response ------------------------ Just to help people making their own opinion about who is sharing misleading information here I have found it helpful to have a look at your website and trustpilots one (cf. pictures)

First the good, clean and new business premises. Bus transfer from the airport takes 10 minutes. Now my experiences: the shuttle bus only came after a 30-minute wait and an additional call. Renting took another 40 minutes. A common queue for collection and return upon delivery. Its not competitive. The car was cheap, driven 50,000 km, with small dents and scratches on all sides.

Good rental company. Adequate prices, good fleet, clean cars. There are no hidden payments (I took a car with full insurance). Pleasant staff. Minus - a bad meeting at the airport, I waited for a representative for two hours!
Prices are cheaper than the in-terminal providers but it simply isnt worth it. 1. the faff of getting a minibus to/from the airport wastes best part of 30mins on pick up, followed by a registration process that is painfully slow (15mins of paperwork) considering we are in 2021 and all of this could be done electronically in advance 2. the service on return is absolutely abysmal - there is no dedicated drop off provision so I stood waiting for 20mins behind people who trying to pick up a car (i.e. experiencing the painfully slow registration process I experienced a week earlier) 3. During the time waiting, my returned car was moved by one of the staff members such that they were unable to locate it to check it when I finally got to the front of the queue. All in all in took 30mins to handover the keys - before then waiting for a minibus back to the airport The positives were that the car was good and worked without issues, and they were helpful in dispatching someone with a spare key when ours got locked inside the vehicle. But I wouldnt use this service again.
Car reserved for 1 p.m.: but No shuttle, and we only received our car at 3:30 p.m.... And no commercial gesture, not even a coffee to keep us waiting... 2.5 hours of waiting after a plane trip, with two young children, I do not recommend at all!

Pessoal antipático, destratam clientes, sem noção sobre atendimento ao cliente. Lamentavelmente, além de terem mau comportamento perante os clientes, não aceitam críticas para melhorarem e contra-atacam para se defenderem, a pior reacção que deveriam ter como provedores de serviços. Assim que cheguei ao balcão, fiz questão de apresentar a minha reclamação à pessoa que me atendeu, uma rapariga brasileira que me pareceu a pessoa mais simpática do turno. Já agora, gostaria de acrescentar que fiquei uma hora para ser atendida, com apenas uma pessoa à minha frente. Relativamente à minha chegada, o carro não estava à nossa espera, a pessoa que nos recepcionou disse que o motorista iria demorar 10 minutos, então decidi ir buscar um café, mesmo ali ao lado. Voltei com o café take away e o tal motorista mal encarado já lá estava a reclamar por eu ter demorado, quando nem sequer 10 minutos tinha demorado. Agora pergunto: o cliente pode esperar 10 minutos pelo motorista, mas eles não esperam pelo cliente que nem 10 minutos fez? Além disso, após me ter aproximado, cumprimentei o motorista mal encarado e nem me respondeu. Isso é serviço? Foram vários motivos num dia só para considerar que a Sado Rent não tem perfil de bom atendimento. Para agravar, supostamente o aluguer seria de um SUV, ou seja, no anúncio aparecia um Kia Stonic, cujo comprovativo tenho em minha posse, entretanto no acto de levantamento foi-me entregue um Renault Clio de 35 mil km com vários riscos e amolgadelas. Após ter reclamado, foi-me dito que era a classe que eu teria alugado. Desta feita, considero a imagem do SUV Kia Stonic publicidade enganosa. Após ter tido a resposta da Sado Rent, onde não se identifica a pessoa que responde abaixo ficou ainda mais claro que esta empresa é de mal encarados e mau atendimento.

Alugar carro na Sado rent foi uma enorme frustação. A excepção de um funcionário que é proativo e dinâmico, os outros dois que nos atenderam não percebem nada do negócio, fruto de formação inadequada para a responsabilidade da função. E isto é o começo de um mau atendimento e falta de informação adequada ao cliente. O tempo de espera para receber a viatura superior a 30 minutos, o mesmo aconteceu na devolução. Vá com tempo. Caso usem os serviços desta empresa, e façam a reserva online devem estar atentos aos seguintes pontos, Km são ilimitados? Registem isso. Vão sair do país, validar qual (ais) o pais. Via verde, limpeza da viatura, vejam bem os riscos. O seguro contra todas pode não ser. Ler as normas e tudo deve ficar escrito, caso contrário a fatura vai ser bem mais alta. Já alugo carro à muitos anos e posso concluir, que já que vamos pagar sempre mais. mais vale ir para uma empresa de renome internacional. Não contem com explicações que podem salvaguardar a vossa carteira, pois o objetivo é faturar.
