Despite visiting the shop a day in advance to pre-book golf club hire the guy faffed about so much when I went to collect them. Totally disorganised, he couldnt find the hire contracts, then the printer wasn't working and the final straw was when he had to search every drawer for staples to pin the THREE page contract together! What should have been a 10 minute transaction took over half an hour and to add insult to injury the delay resulted in a bloody parking ticket. Only for the fact that the guy was super polite the rating would have been 1 star!
