Incompetência suprema. Agendam as 11h30 porem carro não estava disponível. Mandaram tomar um café e aguardar mensagem. As 12h30 como mensagem não havia chegado voltei e estavam a fechar para almoço. As 12h50 meu carro foi trazido por outro funcionário que deixou o xarro no local e saiu. Só vou poder pegar o carro às 14h30 quando a loja reabrir. Isto é, desde as 11h30 que deveria receber o carro e estou parado ao sol a esperar a loja reabrir as 14h30. Para piorar, o funcionário voltou por volta das 13h35 e disse: não viu nosso horário de almoço? Agora somente as 14h30. Ocorre que nem a mensagem chegou nem o carro havia chegado quando retornei. Não recomendo. Serviço terrível.

Über mein Reisebüro habe ich bei Europcar Vilamoura einen Mietwagen reserviert. Der Mietzeitraum war vom 26.6.2024 bis zum 2.7.2024. Bei Abholung des PKW ist mir Adelinho positiv mit seinem guten Englisch aufgefallen, wir konnten uns gut verständigen und das abholen hat problemlos geklappt. Das Fahrzeug war in 5 Sterne zustand und hat unseren Urlaub in Portugal über 600 km zuverlässig begleitet. Ich empfehle für ortsunkundige einen Hotspot von Portugal Internet sowie GMaps, damit sind wir überall hingekommen wo wir hin wollten. Da Adelinho bei Abgabe des Fahrzeugs in einem Kundengespräch war wurde das Fahrzeug von seiner freundlichen Kollegin angenommen. Auch das war problemfrei. Ich kann Europcar Vilamoura uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werde bei einem Portugal Urlaub wieder dort einen PKW mieten. Adelinho und Kollegin, grüße aus Deutschland, weiter so! :-D

Called in here to drop my car back and the guy who was supposed to be here decided to step out and not come back for 45 minutes. Then they marked on my petrol tank that it was full when I got it when it was empty and I never signed the papers to confirm it but this guy demanded that I had to pay or they would take it out of my deposit. Its been 3 months later and theres still no sign of my deposit being returned to my account and their support is absolutely non existent. Avoid. All youll get is some lame reply to this comment from no one who cares and just spending their day doing enough to get paid and go home. Youll send an email and it will go nowhere to someone else who hates their job

We booked a car for the next day and then went there and they told us that the car isnt available and that they also dont have any cars left to rent. Now we miss out on many reservations we have. Dont waste your time and money with Europcar Vilamoura.

Thanks to the very friendly employee at Europcar I could drive around in my holidays after my car broke down and the insurance company failed to find me a replacement.

Uns incompetentes de primeira caregoria. Cuidado com o dinheiro do sinal, vão ficar com ele e depois vão ser meses com o apoio ao cliente para o recuperarem. Os aldrabões desta loja só ajudam a ficar com o dinheiro, para reaver já tem de ser o cliente a desenrascar. Um verdadeiro serviço de lixo.

Had a great experience when had to rent a car. Lady who served us was kind, fun and profesional. The car itself roofless Mini Cooper was pretty much brand new and fun to drive in winding roads of Portugal.

In Vilamoura/Portugal everything went well with the handover and return of the vehicle. very friendly staff The vehicle was also in perfect order

If I could give zero stars I would! Absolutely disgraceful to deal with! Fill in the paperwork and say the tank of petrol was full when you got the car and it wasn t so wanted to charge our card for it! Do not use them!

Great service, easy process, reasonable price and nice little car. We have rented here twice this month and have been very happy with EuropCar in Vilamoura. I think the staff person was Lucas and he was wonderful. We moved here from the US and he made renting a car easy and even enjoyable. We will continue to use this company.

Unfortunately not recommended. We rented a small car for 3 days. The car wasnt clean, windshield wipers not working, missing docs in the car. Not used to this quality at Europcar!

Despite the first car breaking down within a mile of the collection point, it was sorted with the excellent help of the staff.

They accepted my insurance company reservation, but they had no available cars. When they finally found a car for me, they handed it to me with the orange maintenance light lit - and it did break down mid highway ride. Not to mention they charged me extra because they didnt follow insurance company s instructions.

The girl at the counter which I cant remember her name unfortunately, with long black hair and a beautiful smile who travelled in Egypt and around the world felt connect to fellow travelers was so nice. Den lejede bil FIAT havede kørt 75000 km. og derfor noget medtaget i lakken og karossen. Mange små ridser og enkelte buler ved skærmene. Alt blev registret, men var alligevel nervøs for aflevering,- om nu de havde set det hele. De reklamere med at bilerne er max 6 mdr gammel, denher var ældre,- er jeg sikker på. Der var dog ingen problemer ved afleveringen. Bilen gik upåklageligt.

We are travelling in Algarve and needed a car for a few days. I checked on the website the location and the open times abd we walked to the office from Quarteira to Villamoura - Tgey were supposed to be open until 12:30 before lunch . And we arrived at 12, the lady (member of staff) saw us, but told that she had another things to do, locked the office , got in her car and drove away the worst customer service ever .

Een Renault Clio gehuurd voor 1 dag. De service was top. Hij noemde gelijk de prijs inclusief uitgebreide verzekering, dus geen extra kosten bij het ophalen van de huurauto. De Renault Clio had nog geen 500 km op de teller en was compleet uitgerust, meer opties dan wij hadden verwacht en groter dan wij hadden verwacht. Ook het inleveren ging heel makkelijk. Misschien huren we deze vakantie nog een dag een auto bij Europcar Vilamoura.

Como é uma empresa grande consegue sempre satisfazer o cliente principalmente se reservar previamente. Tem a facilidade de poder alugar numa cidade e entregar algures no país.

Horrível, experiência alugamos um carro para 10 dias no Booking eram 275 por todos os dias, eles nos deram um carro de 350, o cara que alugou o carro nos cobrou 850 pelos dias á mais com o carro Imagine vocês que eles nem se quer ligaram ou me enviaram um e-mail para dizer que havíamos passado do tempo, pois pedimos ate dia 31 e eles fizeram o contrato até dia 24 Horrível, odiamos

Het boeken is gemakkelijk verlopen via de website, ook de online check in ging makkelijk en snel. We zijn op het kantoor vriendelijk en snel geholpen. De auto was helemaal in orde; nieuw, schoon, goede airco en radio.

Horrible experience! We booked a full coverage car 24 hours in advance. When we got to the branch, Ivan, the guy at the counter, told us that we can not pay the deposit with a different card (the reservation was paid online and we wanted to pay with a different card own by the same person). We looked to solve the issue and ge advised us that we should cancel the booking and make a new one if we want a car, the cancelation fee, online and at the branch, was 100% of the booking and he did not seem very keen on helping. It certainly looked like he was trying to sell us a more expensive vehicle to get the commission! This was solved when his manager, with no issues whatsoever, just told him to charge our other card. Beware of scammers working in this branch!

Very disappointed when we visited. We found a price online and thought we we go into the shop to book. We were told that the price online couldnt be offered in branch and we felt that they didnt really want our custom. We used another company 5 minutes walk away which was much cheaper and easier to deal with.

Got confirmation email about my car, went there the car was not delivered. Next day they call me confirming my car would be ready, told them keep it Ill pass by between 12-13 and I wont book it online again. Went there, they gave my car to another client and asked me to wait till 15:00to see if Faro branch would have automatic car to deliver. Two days in a row.

If you want a rental car or two wheeled transport, this is the only place to go in Vilamoura. The staff are amazing and really care about their customers. The vehicles are the best with scooters, quality mountain bikes and e-bikes available at reasonable prices.

Bensatankki ei ollut lähtiessä aivan täysi, vaikka mittari niin näytti. Jouduimme tankkaamaan monta litraa ylimääräistä. Trippimittarissa oli valmiiksi 53 km, sitä ei käsketty itse nollata. Ajomäärä oli siten vaikea todistaa. All-inclusive yritettiin tuputtaa ilman erittelyä. Onneksi firman Lagosin konttorissa oli fiksu kaveri, joka lupasi kompensaatioita seuraavasta viokrauksesta.
