Picked up the car in Madeira city and returned at the airport. The airport office is a little bit outside of the airport, but they drop you off in front of the departures. 100% recommend, we also got a great tip for a poncha recipe on our way back to the airport. Affordable and great service

This has been the most amazing experience with a car rental company yet. From us having technical issues with booking, to the return of the car, every process has been professional with an exceptional service. We had booked the car, not considering the time zone difference, but even with only 3 hours of notice, they schedule pickup at the airport an hour earlier than we had booked. They had throughly written down all the damages to the car prior to handing over the key and took their time to go through the scratches on the car, and also where it was marked on the drawing that they provided. Did not try to sell us any extra insurances with the typical scare stories, but instead helped us to make sure, that our own insurance would cover in case of any damage. They provided us with fantastic recommendations of what to see, what to eat and where to hike - along with links to hiking website and live video to watch the weather! Overall, an amazing experience and highly recommended: we know where to book next time, when we revisit this amazing island
