Aluguei uma viatura durante a estadia na Madeira e gostei muito da simpatia, transparencia das pessoas com que lidei nesta empresa!! valor apresentado no site é o que se paga e ponto final. Enquanto varias empresas é um valor e depois temos de pagar franquia etc uma surpresa!! No meu caso foi um Fiat Panda Hybrido com cerca de 20.000klm esta novo! tem sistema start and stop e Hill Holder (que ajuda muito na Madeira) é economico media de 5.9 economico para o declive acentuado da ilha!! para quem vai muito para cima e montanhas se calhar é melhor ai um 1.5cc para cima para nao ficar muito frustado e causar filas, mas este faz o trabalho na mesma e é facil estacionar e boa brecagem!! Recomendo a toda a gente esta empresa!! dizem por video no whatsap onde receber a viatura no aeroporto e onde a entregar!! enviam tambem links de bons restaurantes e sitios a nao perder na Madeira!! quando la for falarei novamente com eles sem Duvida!!

Very happy to recommend Just Drive. They are very competitive on price, delivered and collected from our hotel, and even gave us a hybrid car, which cut down on our petrol bill. Very nice people, too!

Transfer to the office may be delayed,..We apologize, but due to heavy traffic the procedure for issuing the car in the office may be longer... , What ??? Not in JustDrive Madeira. I was afraid that the plane would be late or that my luggage would require a complaint, so I booked a car pick-up an hour after the official landing. Unfortunately :) the plane arrived half an hour ahead of schedule, the luggage was found quickly, I had over an hour to wait. I asked via WhatsApp if they could bring me the car earlier? An immediate positive response with the car registration number to avoid confusion and in 5 minutes we met at the arrivals parking lot, so in the most convenient place for a visitor. The contract was already filled out, it took a minute to check my driving license and my signature on the contract. I paid, got the key and the assurance that I could ask via WhatsApp about everything in Madeira, not just the car. Fiat Panda Hybrid, quite popular in Madeira, my year 23 and 23000 km, performed flawlessly, I drove everywhere on every driveway, although dont count on the battery giving you unlimited engine power support for several dozen kilometers of a constant driveway. Ive been driving larger Toyotas for 20 years, but I cant find fault with anything in this Fiat. On the other hand, fitting in the narrow streets and roads of Madeira and precise, stress-free driving on the interior on numerous serpentines was the source of my admiration for our Panda for the entire 17 days (1200 km) and thats the end of the story. The return, confirmed the day before right at the departure terminal door, is even more efficient, takes as long as you can have a very nice polite conversation about the course of your wonderful vacation :). I paid only in cash, without using a card, i.e. without the high spreads of my favorite card operators. If I come back again I wont be doing any more research on the rental. Another time saver:) Big thanks to the Just Drive Madeira team. P.S. Leaving Funchal after the fireworks show is a real lesson in humility for a driver.

Perfect experience. Booking is easy and flexible, plus it doesn t require a deposit. Prices are super reasonable. Communication is excellent with the team being very responses over phone and WhatsApp. We went for full coverage which instilled a lot of confidence in our ability to relax and not worry about any mistakes or damage. They were also very gracious to offer to personally come to you for help in case anything did happen. Very nice people are that car we had (Skoda hatch back) was in perfect condition. They also offered to take us back to the airport upon drop off. We personally interfaced with Cristina the whole time, who was very pleasant, professional, and kind enough to send us a lot of recommendations. Definitely one of the best rental experiences I ve had and I will use them again!

Wir haben auf Madeira schon 3 verschiedene Autovermietungen ausprobiert. Wir können Just Drive Madeira bestens empfehlen für rasche und problemlose Abwicklung. Sehr guter WhatsApp Kontakt mit Sandra. Fotos und Videos für Abgabe und Rückgabe des Fahrzeuges. 5 Minuten vorher ein Zeichen gegeben und Cristina fuhr wie bestellt mit einem fast neuen Skoda Kamiq Automatic auf den Flughafen-Parkplatz. Sie löste uns das Ausfahrtticket. Formalitäten waren vorbereitet, wir mussten nur unterschreiben. Keine Kaution, Barzahlung. Tankfüllung voll, wieder voll abgeben. Bestehende Kratzer nicht beachten, da kein Selbstbehalt. Wenn etwas sein sollte, einfach anrufen. Es war zum Glück alles perfekt. Wir hatten wunderbare 11 Tage auf Madeira. Zu kurz, um alle Tipps, die wir per WhatsApp erhalten haben, auszukundschaften. Auch die Rückgabe am Flughafen hat super geklappt. Gemäss Video bei Abflug auf der Seite geparkt, Koffer ausgeladen. Zeichen gegeben und 5 Minuten später haben Cristina und Fahrer von Just Drive Madeira bereits hinter uns geparkt. Schlüsselrückgabe und Tschüss ... Danke für alles und die Wünsche. Wir hatten einen guten Rückflug.

Atendimento e suporte excelentes! Os carros são confortáveis e me senti muito segura em dirigir na ilha com a Just Drive. Eu e minha família pegamos o Opel Corsa e o Skoda Fabia, ambos tem fácil conectividade com CarPlay e o que mais amei e acho extremamente necessário para dirigir na ilha é o hill holder (auxílio ladeira). Recomendo muito!

Für die unglaublich gute und unkomplizierte Abwicklung und den tollen Preis will ich mich hier noch einmal bedanken. Wir waren im September 2024 auf Madeira und hatten uns sehr kurzfristig für einen Mietwagen entschieden. Die Beratung und die Abwicklung in der Servicestation liefen sehr schnell und professionell ab, Abholung und Pickup/Return waren auch absolut perfekt mit Kontakt per WhatsApp und Telefon. Beim nächsten Madeira-Besuch werden wir mit Sicherheit wieder dort einen Wagen mieten.

All things written on the website turned out to be true (no hidden fees, credit card) and all for a great price. This is definitely the best car rental weve ever tried. The communication was excellent, our contact, Sandra was very friendly. :) Everything went smoothly even on Christmas and New Years Eve, which were our pick up/drop off dates. And they dont ask for a deposit or credit card, thats an absolute plus, very rare on Madeira.

We have a great experience with this company. Just like they described it, they bring the car to the airport and fill out the paperwork for you (it only takes a few minutes) and off you go. Returning is the same (except the meet up location is on the 2nd level). Communication (with Sandra in our case) using WhatsApp was also great . We definitely will rent it again from this company next time we visit Madeira.

It makes the whole process smooth and easy so you dont need to worry about the car renting process. Cars are new and in good condition. On site, we paid an additional 50 euros for full insurance, which covered wheels, windows and paint scratches. For 7 days 350 euros with full insurance. When we picked it up, the lady didnt look at anything but talked to us nicely about our stay.

Service top! We rented a car for 7 days with the full cover and all has been very very good. We took and left the car at the airport and the service was clear and quick The car (new and with all the modern utilities like car play) was very good for the roads of Madeira, even in the moments of difficulty (like to go to Pico do Arieiro) The full assurance has been a good choice to be always relaxed, considering roads and parkings of Madeira We strongly recommend this company, not only for the professionality but, also, for the kindness that is always appreciated.

Fantastic service! From the beginning I received helpful information prior to my arrival including a great video showing where exactly to meet. Sandra was very helpful upon arrival and gave lots of advice and recommendations on general things to see and do in Madeira. Comms was via WhatsApp which again was helpful and meant I had fast and direct contact if I needed anything. I had a Dacia which was nice and comfortable and handled the Madeira roads well especially tight turns and steep sections. Fuel was really good too. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely use again.

The best position room. Communication without problems a day ahead via WhatsApp. They have sent videos of exactly where to find the car at the airport and where to hand it over. No fees, no deposits. Pourquoi choisir des grosses agences sans considération pour leurs clients alors que vous pouvez choisir une agence locale qui est aux petits soins pour vous ? Lagence suit votre vol en ligne pour vous déposer la voiture à laéroport, pas détat des lieux car lassurance complète est comprise dans le prix. On vous fait signer le contrat et on vous fait payer directement au dos de le voiture et vous êtes partit ! Ça prend littéralement 5 minutes pour récupérer la voiture. La première voiture (9000km au compteur) que nous avons eu avait un problème de climatisation, jai signalé le problème sur WhatsApp et le lendemain matin on me livrait une nouvelle voiture (2800km au compteur) directement à mon logement. Le jour de la restitution, il suffit de rendre la voiture avec le plein dessence et de se rendre au point de rendez-vous devant la porte des départs de laéroport. De la dizaine de pays que jai visité, je nai jamais vu une procédure aussi simple et fluide. Bravo JustDrive !

We paid extra for airport pickup and drop-off and were sent a video showing us exactly where the collection point was at the airport which made it easy to find. The car (which was brand new) arrived within 10mins, driven by a very friendly and welcoming young woman. At the end of the hire period we were sent another video showing where to park for car collection. Unlike other hire companies I have experienced there was no hard sell on extra insurance or microscopic inspection of the car at the end of the hire. An altogether very pleasant experience. We were a bit scheptical when arriving and meeting at the parking lot, but Just Drive Madeira sent us all information needed, and we were faster underway thannany of the big ones! Very friendly, extremely fast and reactive. Next time in Madeira Ill book them again. Also no hidden fees or any funny business, great!! We got the bigger model, an Opel Corsa, which was perfect: not too big for madeira roads but enough motor for three steep climbs.

We rented a Class D car, specifically a koda Kamiq or similar, but received a 5-door Seat Ibiza, which is listed on the site as a Class C and also 5-door. The company representatives insisted it was a Class D, which was very disappointing. After lengthy discussions, they allowed us to return the car with an empty tank. However, this did not make up for the unpleasant experience and confusion. Hopefully, they will improve their service and accurately list car classes in the future.

Rented a class c vehicle and got a Opel Corsa for a week - with the car delivered and dropped off at the airport. Really helpful instructions were provided to ensure this ran smoothly. The car itself was very new and in good condition. When I was shopping around for car hire companies in Madeira I was a bit overwhelmed at first and didn t want to pay a huge deposit and wanted an option to pay extra insurance incase anything happened. This company offers this service at an affordable price. When I return to Madeira again I will 100% use this company and will be suggesting it to family and friends. Sandra who was in charge of our booking was incredibly friendly and even sent us many suggestions of things to do during our stay. Thank you so much!!

The price is reasonable and the car we got was in a perfect condition (there was no problem and it was very clean - both from outside and in the inside). Faz precisamente hoje uma semana, que chegámos à Madeira e fomos muito bem recebidos pela funcionária Cristina da JustDrive Madeira! O levantamento do carro foi muito fácil, com todas indicações muito simples. Tivemos um pequeno problema no primeiro dia de aluguer que foi prontamente resolvido no próprio dia, o que aumentou a nossa satisfação. O carro correspondeu às nossas necessidades, contudo iremos optar por um a diesel numa próxima ida! Sim porque pretendemos voltar e reservar carro com esta mesma empresa!

Always go local with your car rentals, folks. They treat you well. I did this in Greece and did this here as well. No issues. You can pay cash with full coverage outside of tires and glass (not necessary unless you re doing stuff you shouldn t). Pickup and drop off anywhere on the island. Cristina was sweet.

No wonder why they have 5 stars with that many reviews! Best service ever. Besides a great car, it being in perfect condition and super clean, their staff is amazing! Clear instructions, positive and friendly attitude, smart, genuine care for the clients, very responsive and they also recommended some places to visit and great places to eat at. simply the best, absolutely recommend, absolutely great arrangement, all communication via whatsapp, car prepared clean and washed exactly on time, paid in cash (debit card possible) on the spot, no deposits, no credit cards, simply simple, full insurance (it is an option) and you dont have to worry about anything, no one cares about anything, we had a Fiat Panda - absolutely enough for two people, it drove everything and everywhere and its small, so its great for Madeira and its streets :-) car rented in 5 minutes and returned in 1 minute, actually 5 minutes, because they took us to the apartment for free :-)

Es ist leicht, eine gute Bewertung abzugeben, wenn alles so reibungslos verläuft und man keinen Schadensfall hat - so wie bei meinem einwöchigen Aufenthalt auf Madeira. Aber ich denke, dass man auch im Schadensfall bei Just-Drive gut aufgehoben ist. Die Abholung erfolgte persönlich auf einem Parkplatz vor dem Flughafen. Mir wurde vorher per WhatsApp ein Video geschickt, dass mich zu dem entsprechenden Platz gelotst hat - sehr unkompliziert. Eine Mitarbeiterin und der Chef waren bei der Übergabe dabei, beide sehr freundlich! Ich habe dann noch jede Menge Tipps und Google Links per WhatsApp erhalten, zu sehenswerten Orten oder guten Restaurants auf der Insel. Das Auto hat mich für eine Woche 400 gekostet. Mir wurde keine Versicherung oder sonst irgendetwas angedreht. Es war ganz klar was versichert ist und was nicht. Ausgeschlossen waren Reifen, Glas und die Kupplung glaube ich. Kratzer oder Beulen waren inbegriffen. Das würde ich auch jedem empfehlen, denn die Straßen auf Madeira sind eng und nicht alle können damit umgehen. Im Schadensfall hätten wir Just-Drive kontaktieren sollen und dann wäre jemand vorbei gekommen und hätte eine Reparatur durchgeführt oder, wenn nicht anders möglich, wäre das Auto in eine Werkstatt gebracht worden und wir hätten eine Kopie der Rechnung bekommen. Klingt auf jeden Fall fair, zum Glück ist es nicht dazu gekommen. Das Auto selbst war ein neuwertiger VW Up. Ein paar mehr PS wären manchmal hilfreich gewesen, aber das kleine Auto hat uns zuverlässig überall hingebracht. Also von meiner Seite aus alles wunderbar, freundlich, reibungslos und meine vollste Empfehlung - auch wenn der Preis etwas höher ist.

Hemos estado mi familia 9 días en Madeira, y cogimos el coche en Just Drive. Ellos mismos te lo traen al aeropuerto tanto en la llegada como en la salida, te envían información sobre lugares de interés. El segundo día se le clavó en la rueda una grapa y enseguida le enviamos la ubicación y nos lo arreglaron rápidamente en el momento. Sin duda volveremos a repetir con ellos ya que te facilitan mucho las cosas y te dan seguridad al tener seguro a todo riesgo.

Kann ich sehr empfehlen!! Wir haben direkt vor Ort einen Mietwagen geliehen und es ging sehr schnell, unkompliziert und preiswert. Das Team ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kann ich nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen!

Die bisher beste Erfahrung, die ich mit einem Rental Car Service machen durfte! Wir wollten eigentlich über Booking.com oder Sixt direkt einen Wagen mieten, haben uns dann aber aufgrund der hohen Preise auf den Websites (die dann meistens immer noch keine Vollkasko enthalten haben, dafür aber 1.000 bis 2.500 Kaution) dagegen entschieden und wollten die Insel per Bus, als Anhalter und mit Bolt / Taxi erkunden. Nach unserer Ankunft am Flughafen sind wir runter nach Santa Cruz, um etwas zu Frühstücken. Als wir dann nochmal bei Goolge Maps geschaut haben, ob es dort vielleicht eine kleinere Vermietung gibt, sind wir auf Just Drive Madeira gestoßen. Wir haben spotan vorbei geschaut, gefragt ob noch etwas verfügbar ist und wurden total nett Empfangen. Sie hatten dann auch gleich gute Nachrichten für uns: In 1,5 Stunden ist ein Wagen zurück, den wir für die nächsten 5 Tage mieten können. Wir haben uns dann bei einer Kleinigkeit zu trinken und beim Flieger beim landen beobachten die Zeit vertrieben und danach unser Auto eingesammelt. Keine Kaution, Vollkasko Versicherung und besser als jeder Preis in den Online Portalen! Auto war in einem super Zustand, gepflegt, sauber, top. Bei der Rückgabe alles total easy: Zurück gekommen, Schlüssel abgegeben, fertig. Und dann wurden wir sogar noch von einem der beiden Inhaber zum Flughafen gebracht, damit wir kein Taxi nehmen brauchen. Wirklich perfekter Service und wenn wir könnten, dann würden wir nicht 5 sondern 10 Sterne geben!

Very nice and helpful. They sent us video where to pick up car and where to left it, so we didnt have any problem at all. They give you full tank of gas, so you dont worry about that. They even help us to find some nice places at the island. So every recommendation :)

If you are still wondering whether to buy a car here, take it, you won t regret it! No deposits or anything else, full insurance, payment in cash. The cars are in good condition, but Fiat is a bit weak for serpentines. The guys are very friendly and polite. Always in touch. Meilleure agence de location de voiture que jai pu avoir. Nous avons loué une voiture pour une semaine et avons eu une petite Polo quasiment neuve parfaite pour la semaine. Excellente communication de leur part tout se fait par WhatsApp en anglais avec des explications en photos et vidéos. Le retour se fait très simplement avec le plein de la voiture. Ils ne sont pas tatillons sur les petites rayures dusures normales ce qui est top . Je vous recommande sans hésitation !

This car rental is the best. They delivered and picked up from my hotel in Funchal. Communication via WhatsApp spot on and instant. My rental was a newer Skoda, 9,000 km so brand new. Spotlessly clean when I picked up, spotless, full tank of gas. But, some P.O.S. scraped my bumper in a parking lot the last morning. Its going to happen in Madeira guys. You can be as careful as you can, parking lots are bumper cars guys. You are gonna get a scrape. My brand new rental got scraped very bad the last day of my rental in a parking lot. Probably $2k damage. They told me to walk away, dont let it ruin your holiday. They just picked the car, zero issues. If you rent anywhere else, you are a complete idiot. Si piensas viajar a Madeira, no busques mas. Esta empresa es lo que necesitas para alquilar tu coche en esta isla. Todo PERFECTO. Atención personalizada, coches casi nuevos o nuevos, y muy buen estado. Te atienden desde días antes de llegar y te ayudan a tenerlo todo planificado mediante whassap con vídeos, enlaces de interés, todo para que no tengas ningún problema. Si has cogido Ciscar en Las Islas Canarias (la empresa de alquiler líder en las islas españolas, y con mejor reputación), Just Drive es su prima hermana pequeña. Flavio y Sandra, te explican las dudas y te informan de las normas de circulación (velocidades máximas, tasa de alcoholemia, consejos de conducción, etc) para que no tengas problemas por la isla. Si vuelvo, directo me voy a vosotros. Como último consejo para los que alquilan coches: no os metáis en sitios complicados, cuestas muy empinadas o descampados abruptos. más vale aparcar un poco más lejos que en la misma puerta del sitio que quieres ir, o dar un pequeño rodeo para evitar calles muy inclinadas, y así garantizar la seguridad del vehículo y que empresas de alquiler de coches no pongan tantas dificultades a la hora de alquilar. En nuestro caso lo hicimos así, y no tuvimos ningún susto o problema.

Excellente expérience avec Just Drive : Nous avions loué un Volkswaggen Caddy, nous l avons reçu quasiment neuf (pour ne pas dire neuf), très pratique étant donné que nous étions un groupe de 6, même à 7 cela aurait fait l affaire avec nos bagages. Aucun problème depuis la réception jusqu au retour de la voiture. Agence très disponible, nous répond très rapidement, peu importe les questions (comment ouvrir la trappe pour mettre l essence). Car rental perfetto! Auto praticamente nuove, assicurazione compresa (tranne gomme, cerchi e vetri) ad un prezzo concorrenziale. Non richiedono la carta di credito e non bloccano quindi una cifra come cauzione, ed inoltre cè la possibilità di pagare tramite bonifico bancario. Noi avevamo una Panda 1000 ibrida con 16000 km, comodissima ed agile, anche se per le strade di Madeira a volte fa parecchio fatica a salire..

Wir haben für 9 Tage einen Fiat Panda Hybrid geliehen bekommen und waren absolut zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiter von Just Drive Madeira haben uns das Auto am nächsten Morgen unserer Anreise zu unserer Ferienwohnung gebracht und auch wieder am Abreisetag abgeholt. Somit hatten wir keinen Aufwand. Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und haben uns per WhatsApp Wanderrouten und Restaurantsempfehlungen zugesendet. Alles in allem top und gerne wieder.

Location de 2 voitures depuis laéroport de Madere pour 10 jours. Démarches de réservation très claires et precises informations parfaites la veille de larrivée les voitures quasi neuves et très propres. On avait un petit siège enfant très réactif pour son échange car pb de taille. Véhicules rendus à 2h du matin sans problemes et avec le sourire.. Bref une agence à vraiment recommander car très à lécoute et économique. Bravo et encore merci pour votre service.

We had a Fiat hybrid, a very nice and comfortable car, but the only complaint was that it was not quite a strong enough car for uphills, at least in our case. But everything else was commendable!
