Great service, they were easy to get in contact with when my flight was delayed, and there were no issues or extra charges They provide a pick up service from the airport to the cars and they helped with luggage while signing the final agreements
Best experience yet with car rental 👌. They picked us up at the airport and took us to their office where we did the paperwork in minutes and off we went in exploration of Madeira in beautiful red Panda 😃. Price was very fair 👏 . Definitely recommend and would rent from Madpoint again.
Great experience renting a car from Madpoint for our Madeira trip. They were waiting for us outside of the airport with a shuttle to their office just a few minutes away. Their initial electronic invoice when I picked up the car actually had detailed photos of all existing (very minor) damage to the car, which I’ve never seen before (usually rental companies I have been to just use a paper carbon copy). Not sure if this is standard elsewhere but I appreciated the attention to detail. No problems with the car and they also dropped us off at the airport after returning our car at the end of our trip. Would happily rent from them again.
Very convenient way to rent a car in Madeira, reasonable prices, easy pick up and drop off. Definitely recommend.
Upon arrival you'll find one of their colleagues standing in front of the airport with the name of the company. After checking your reservation they'll come and pick you up within a few minutes and taking you to their office which is located just above the airport. Silvio and his colleagues are really friendly and helpful. Their cars are not older than 1 year! I can only recommend this company, we had a great experience with them! As driving in Madeira can be challenging due to the extremely narrow slopes a full insurance is recommended as well as an automatic car for drivers with less experience.
Great service, perfect company, all is fair, prices good too. We got a brand new kia picanto, car did ok, no problems at all.
I had made a deep dent to my rental car, which was a perfectly new car (I had driven sideways into a stone close to gas stage, it was my mistake). So I expected to get rid of my 1'500 Euro deposit no questions asked. But, no: Madpoint took only 290 Euros for a dent which in my opinion cannot be repaired for this rather modest price, at least not in my country... So, I have to say, they were very fair! And the whole rest was also very good (nice people, good car, shuttle service was immediately there to bring us back to the airport, etc.). So, highly recommendable!!!

Je recommande ! Des prix intéressants, des véhicules (principalement Skoda) de bonne qualité, un service efficace (transfert Aéroport <-> agence au dessus du tarmac, enregistrement) et souriant. Si prochain voyage dans cette ile magnifique, je nhésiterai pas !
Prix imbattable sur la location après avoir comparé une quinzaine dagence. Voiture neuve à bas coût signifie forcément grosse caution (1200 ), de petite taille extrêmement pratique en vue des routes de lîle manque un peu de gaz dans les pentes, mieux vaut ne pas avoir de valise dans le coffre Nous étions les derniers pour le retour du véhicule et avec un léger retard de 5 minutes, mais lagent a été adorable et a foncé nous déposer à laéroport.
Super accueil, rapides et très efficaces, voiture en très bon état. Leur tarif est avantageux si on loue pour au moins une semaine. Je recommande !!!

Service au top et voitures de qualité. Ils viennent vous chercher à laéroport et vous assurent le transfert du retour également. Par contre ils sont très regardant sur les petits accrocs des voitures, donc un peu stressant quand on a une voiture quasi neuve. Mais tout sest bien passé et nous nhésiterons pas à repasser par eux si besoin.
Super service. Exactement comme annoncé et dans les temps. Merci à Malik. PS: la voiture était de petit format, manuelle et pour 2 personnes, nous n avons eu aucun problème. Il faut la mettre en première parfois dans certaine pente, mais ça allait très bien. Nous sommes allez au pico do arieiro sans problème.
If all car rental agencies were like this one, it would be great! Very good experience with Madpoint. They will pick you up at the airport to take you back to their agency and return your vehicle. Same for the return.
J ai loué une voiture chez Madpoint pour mon premier voyage à Madère, tout s est super bien passé ! La prise en charge a l aéroport. La voiture, la caution et le retour à l aéroport. Je recommande !
Bereits zum dritten Mal haben wir hier unser Auto gemietet. Auch Bekannte und Familie, denen ich das Unternehmen empfohlen habe, waren sehr zufrieden. Wie die letzten beiden Male war es auch diesmal ein toller und freundlicher Service und eine völlig problemlose und unkomplizierte Abwicklung der Anmietung. Mit dem Auto hat auch diesmal alles hervorragend gepasst. Wir können MADPOINT uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen sicher wieder! Obrigada!
