Very bad service to deliver the car. I waited there for more than 30 minutes and there was no one like me. There were 2 customers there. I called the number on the door and they told me they would be there in 10 minutes. Those 10 minutes were 30 minutes. Terrible service. The first car they gave me as an option was all dented on all sides. It looked more like a car that had been completely wrecked. I asked to change cars because they gave me another one, but honestly, it was not better than the previous one. We are paying for a service that should have cars in better condition. And then with this really bad delivery service.

I waited at the door with another customer for over 30 minutes. There was a note on the door with a mobile number saying they would be back soon. There was no comfort for customers to sit inside the premises while they waited. The floor was not carpeted, there was absolutely no decoration. Zero comfort! They gave me a car that had not been cleaned or sanitized. The carpets were not vacuumed, the seats were not clean, the doors were dirty on the inside, and there were shoe marks on the back seats. There were nose stickers on the steering wheel! I went back to the premises and complained saying that I did not want that car. They gave me another car that even smelled new! There were only a few small stones on the driver's side carpet due to the fact that it was raining.

Really good service . A little on the pricey size but the staff was great ! Thank you

When we least expect it, situations happen that are beyond our control or beyond our control, and we discover that right next to us we have the answer we need to resolve that situation and in my specific case Turiscar was crucial in resolving my problem...

I do not recommend the service provided in Santa Maria da Feira, both because of the arrogance and rudeness of the employee who was there at the time, and because of the vehicle they provided. The vehicle already had a scratch on the bumper and the employee did not register it, and when I returned the car he would not let me leave without paying. I had to pass the process on to my lawyer and only then did they give me my money back. Very poor service.
