I rented a Clio RS line. I loved it. The car was new and impeccable. Check-in and check-out were 5 stars. Everything was "well explained" and there were no "surprise extras", which are very common in other rent-a-car companies.

Company with few principles and little desire to cooperate! They did not return the deposit (€200), after I found out that they do not make it easy if the person does not have a PHYSICAL credit card... because Revolut and MBWay do not accept it!! Shame on these companies!!! I lost €200, the complaint will go ahead!!

Excellent service, and the employee who helped me was very patient with me trying to help me because I forgot my cc code 🙉

Horrible experience... terrible and unfriendly staff. Something very inconvenient happened. I rented the vehicle for 15 days, and to my surprise, they asked me to go to a location to exchange the car for a service during my vacation. It was absurd. They explained that it was normal procedure, but I confess that I have never seen such a situation. And finally, surprise fees upon return. Good luck to anyone who rents.

They are not available to help or clarify any doubts. I spoke to 2 ladies, both with the same arrogant attitude and without any kind of professional attitude towards a customer. I do not recommend it, the price does not compensate for the lack of professionalism.

The employees show no interest in working or helping customers. I do not recommend anyone to go to this store because in terms of customer service they are zero. I will never rent a car from this store in Santa Maria da Feira again. What caught my attention the most was the lack of respect they had towards me and also towards other customers present.
