I have been to Madeira in October and rented the car for 4 days. Our hotel connected us to Ricardo and I couldn't have been happier! I got the Renault Clio Evolution (delivered to us free of charge with 1/2 fuel tank), the car was in perfect condition and had plenty of power for all the hills and tricky roads of Madeira. In the end it was cheaper than other offers (including insurance), got a great car and an incredible service and support; you can tell Ricardo loves what he does. Worth the 5 stars review!
I recommend this rental company. Quick contact. No deposit when buying insurance. Moving Citroen C3 did not generate problems. Possibility of booking and payment through their website.
The car was in a very good shape, and the service was kind and helpful. The communication was very easy via WhatsApp. No credit card needed, no deposits as well. The car was delivered to the hotel so it was very comfortable😊👍.

10 Stars if I could give! Very friendly employees, 24/7 available via phone and WhatsApp, perfect service and very uncomplicated processing. Our pick up back to the airport did not arrive at 1:10 am and Hotel reception was closed. Our Travel Guide could not help us, so our last chance to get to the airport was to call again Alfa Rent-A-Car. The manager Simon drove us to the airport in the middle of the night! I would choose this company again at any time.
We rented a car for 7 days, they assisted us by WhatsApp very quickly and offered us a competitive price, with insurance, without the need for a deposit. The entire process was simple and fast. The car was small, enough to cover the entire island. I highly recommend them. Thank you!

Nous avons loué chez Alfa Rent a Car Madeira pour notre séjour de 9 jours à Madère. Tout sest très bien passé. La voiture était parfaite, propre et fonctionnait parfaitement. Le dialogue avec la société était très bien, ils sont très gentils, professionnels et disponibles. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable. On vient vous chercher à laéroport pour vous amener à lagence de location pour vous donner la voiture. Et pareil pour rendre la voiture et aller à laéroport. Je vous conseille cette agence ! Excellente prestation. Une fois arrivée à l aéroport, Ricardo nous attendait avec la voiture. Nous l avons ensuite déposé sur Machico. Clio neuve est très propre. Même chose pour notre retour (petite anecdote une fois dans l aéroport, je me suis rendu compte que ma paire de solaire était restée dans la voiture. Ils ont fait rapidement demi-tour afin que je puisse le récupérer avant l enregistrement). Toutes les communications se font sur WhatsApp et la disponibilité est au top . Je recommande à 100 % cette agence

Esperienza perfetta. Atterrati a Funchal ho subito ritirato lauto in loco dove cera Ricardo ad aspettarci. Molto cortese e gentile, ci ha subito spiegato e dato informazioni su come guidare sullisola di Madeira. Se avessimo avuto bisogno o assistenza, lui era disponibile 24/24h. Auto pulita e consumi molto bassi. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente! Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia noleggiare unauto sullisola per godersi in serenità la propria vacanza.

Sehr guter Service. Das Auto ein Citroen C3 wurde uns zum Flughafen gebracht und wir konnten gemütlich in unsere Ferienwohnung fahren. Beim abgeben nach 2 Wochen am Flughafen war die Übergabe problemlos. Preis Leistung Verhältnis super, keine Kaution, keine extra Reinigungsgebühr. Alles in allem sehr guter Service. Würden wieder zurückgreifen.

Service et expérience numéro 1! Ils se sont adaptés à notre situation puisque nous n avions pas de ligne téléphonique, nous ont fait les communications par courriel, nous ont reçus sur place avec un grand sourire et beaucoup de bienveillance. Ils sont venus chercher la voiture à l aéroport à 4h le matin. La voiture était récente, avait le bluetooth, on a même pu choisir la couleur! Vraiment 10/10

Waren im Mai in Madeira und haben uns nach einem Mietwagen erkundigt. Das beste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gab es bei Alfa rent a car Madeira. Der junge engagierte Mitarbeiter Ricardo hat uns eine neuen C3 zum Hotel gebracht und später auch wieder abgeholt. Bei unserem nächsten Inselaufenthalt wird es sicher wieder ein Auto von dieser Firma. Vielen Dank noch einmal für den tollen und freundlichen Service!

Great service of this company. Definitely recommend. We called to rent a car just few minutes before getting to pick up location and they were able to manage it even on Sunday when other car rentals were closed. We could also return the car at different place, so it made our trip easier.
