Ana Lodges is a great car rental! Very flexible, fast, kind and good communication. Car in a hotel on time (in fact we had a half day before time) without any extra cost :-) In the price is full insurance and cleaning of the car. Together with car we received gift (package of the regional sweets). We had possibility to leave the key of a car in reception of the hotel. It was absolutely good experience with Ana Loges Rent a Car.

Superb service. Everything included in the price, no deposits, full insurance by default, no complicated contracts. They deliver the car to the airport and pick it up there or elsewhere on the island. We took Jeep Renegade and I have to say the engine is a bit too weak for the steep roads on Madeira (we were 4 people in the car), but weve managed. You just need to be very experienced with a manual gearbox (they dont have automatic and on Madeira most of people drive manual, which makes sense) Nevertheless I highly recommend this company.

We rented a Jeep Renegade, and got a new, perfect car! Ana and her team offer service at its best, they delivered the car to the airport where we also dropped it off. Everything went sooo smoothly, no wasted time spent in queues, very fair prices, full insurance, no hidden costs. And Ana was always reachable for questions and the whole team is so very friendly! What more can you expect from a perfect car rental? Go for it you wont regret it!

We rented Fiat Panda from Ana Lodges for two weeks. The handover was very comfortable, as Ana picked us at the airport and took us to the place, where we stayed, with the rented car, so I could check the cars basic functions layout during the ride. We used the car every day to get to all possible places at the island, from where we started our hikes and the Panda made all the hills without problems. It was perfectly comfy for the two of us with a plenty of space for our stuff and we could have easily placed more persons inside if we needed. We had the car for a very good price and all the formalities went smooth. The takover was also very easy, Ana simply took us back to the airport in this car. We appreciated a friendly approach and the reliability of the rental office owner. We can highly reccommend AnaLodges!

I highly recommand you Ana to rent your car. Her cars are brand new. We took a Fiat with 2 child seats and it was really good for our daily trips. Ana waited us at the airport parking (easy to find) when we arrived and bring some of our luggage to our rent apartment (same for the way back to the airport). Ana always had a solution when needed. Perfect rent car and apartment with Ana.

Just perfect, very convenient and quick car rental with an awesome service! We rented spontanously a Fiat Tipo for six days to discover Madeira. The car was brand new, safe and perfect for the winding streets and slopes. But the best of all, was the service. No additional charges for delivery and 2nd driver for a very good price. Very nice couple renting cars for cheap prices. They will deliver the car to your hotel as well as pick it on return. Cars are new, clean and even with Panda you can drive to see the famous sunrise on Pico Arieiro or Sao Laurenco. No problem with the car at all (5 days), we are very happy with the rental in general and for sure recommend to our friends! :)

Highly recommend hiring a car from Ana! Super smooth process and really friendly service from this family run business. No deposit was required and they dropped the car right to our AirBnB in Sao Vicente within moments of our short notice booking! Drop off was also really easy and smooth where we met her colleagues at the airport for the hand over. We hired a brand new electric Renault Zoe which was fantastic to drive! Took on the roads of Madeira so easily and all top up electricity was included in our price which was extremely reasonable. A full explanation of how the car worked was given when they dropped off the car too which was very helpful. Will definitely be using these guys again when we return, thank you so much to all of you!

Totally recommended. :) Very nice people, no hassle process, can arrange for delivery to where you re staying, very punctual. Panda was brand new, clean, had CarPlay!
