The worst telephone service I have ever seen, I asked for a minute to confirm the reservation and the man said he couldn't wait, very rude, so I prefer to go to the airport where the service is much better.
I am very pleased to note the assertiveness, professionalism, dedication and commitment that was shown to me.
The people in the service follow the rules and at Turiscar everyone is guilty until proven otherwise. They charged me 150 euros for 3 risks made by another individual with a GNR report. Now I call to get the amount back and they put me on hold indefinitely until I have to hang up. I do not recommend this Rentacar to anyone.

I used it because my company vehicle had to be serviced for a long time. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The vehicle was very clean. The only reason it doesn't get 5* is because there are no 7-seater vehicles available, at least after talking to the receptionist, that was what I wanted.
Truly unpleasant experience with this Rent a Car, following the use of a replacement vehicle. I use and have used Rent a Car quite regularly, and I have never had an experience like this. I have already complained on the appropriate websites; Customer Service Provider and in the Electronic Complaints Book.
Turiscar avenida Mestre Lima Terrible experience, from the rude valets/washers of a very low standard! To having received a replacement car that was not compatible with the class of my car!! Never to be repeated!!

Péssimo...carros com problemas mecânicos, perigo de Vida mesmo...ahhh...e se tiverem o azar de pagar as devoluções financeiras o mais certo é demorarem uma eternidade se é que algum dia devolvem o dinheiro, gente incompetente, mentirosa e completamente inconsequente dos seus actos.
