I rented recently a car from them. When I made the reservation I chose a Nissan mini SUV but when I arrived I received a sedan ...Later, I decided to keep the car for an extra day. I called them and they accept for a charge of 29 euros but when I arrived in my country they sent me an invoice of 57 euros with the fee for the renting and many interesting supplements...If you do not like surprises avoid them.
Great experience. Car was very modern with great features. Staff was extremely helpful and their English was great. They took the time to show us the car and give us tips in driving it.
Easy to book online and Duarte was very friendly and efficient (and also spoke fluent English). Didn't try to upsell us and the car was clean and in good shape.

We were helped by excellent front desk staff, with great English, and got a clean and functional car. We would be happy to rent again from here if we end up in Sintra again. One thing to be aware of: the location shows up correctly in Google maps. However, there is almost no signage outside, as they lease a bit of space from a Renault dealership. Just go into the dealership and ask for Sixt (forward and to the left from the main entrance).
Really aggressive agents on heavy Sixt commission for selling insurance. Agent wouldn’t let me have the car without buying insurance or buying an upgrade. Felt bullied. Tried to scare me. I already added the insurance on the app and paid extra for £0 waiver when I booked. Sixt have no regard for human compassion.
The SUV completely filled our needs. It was clean and comfortable and had plenty of room for our luggage for four. Our check-in agent was very helpful and made sure that we were set up for English and understood the GPS system. The return at the airport was as easy as it gets. Great experience.
We are expats in Cascais. We've needed rental van to help us move our stuff. None of the other 'Big Rental Companies' or local ones have helped, had availability or even picked up their phones. As a last hope we've tried Sixt and it was absolutely amazing. I did not expect this professional, smooth and friendly service. We had Bruno as a rep. helping us, he was fluent in English , friendly and made it very easy and quick for us. The van was very modern, new and comfortable for long drive. When we returned the van manager of Bruno welcomed us and made it very quick to hand out the keys. This was absolutely thrilling and happy experience for us and from now on when we need a car, Sixt is the only one we will choose.

Great service, not easy to find. They said theyll have a proper store in this location in a few months. Everything else was perfect, would highly recommend.
Péssimo serviço ao cliente na entrega da viatura. Cheguei com ligeiro atraso e o colaborador da sixt fecha a estação e abandona o local de trabalho sabendo que tem uma reserva por atender. Nada recomendável reservar com a Sixt, nunca mais o farei.
O atendente prontamente resolveu o problema que tivemos com a bateria da chave do carro. Quero elogiar a presteza e cordialidade da atendente Sofia ao retirarmos o carro. Ela explicou os detalhes todos com uma calma inigualável. Sofia esbanja simpatia ao atender as pessoas. Nota 10 para o atendimento dela na Sixt do Aeroporto de Porto.

Quick and easy to get on the road with Sixt. Duarte is very friendly and helpful, arranging a smaller car to suit my needs. No problems at all, the prices are a little high all round at the moment but I will be happy to use Sixt in this location again next time.
O atendimento é muito bom, mas acho que precisam de mais gente, o tempo de espera deixa a desejar. O carro não estava tão bom bem judiado, vários pontos batidos, um cheiro de cigarro muito forte eu que sou alérgico quase não consegui ligar o ar condicionado.

Sixt is an excellent company to rent a car from if you ar ein Europe, they are local, no there area and are very helpful. There is app is incredibly easy to use.
Super competitive price, and Mr. Duartes friendliness and attention mean that whenever I need something, I already know where to go. The car smells like new!! Everything is perfect 5 stars!!!!!!!

Nao percebo o vosso atendimento telefónico ligo para fazer uma reserva para o dia e entregar uns dias depois e dizem que vao verificar os valores e as viaturas disponíveis e depois a chamada vai abaixo

Bom atendimento, mas longa espera. Preços competitivos, porém sugerem itens a serem acrescidos cujo valor não fica claro.
Crazy they don t have a logo so you know you got there, basically had to go into the Renault store and find out there is someone from Sixt in there.
