I would like to thank BTA and especially Tina for all their professionalism and dedication in organizing our trip, which she planned down to the last detail: flight times, transfers, the recommended hotel (which had the best food of any hotel we have stayed at and the staff was very friendly). The "tips" on what to visit and what excursions to do were invaluable. What I found most important about Tina was her unconditional availability to answer any questions. I loved working with BTA Viagens, especially with Cristina. Cristina was super professional, understanding of my family's needs and very flexible in organizing the trip, always looking for the best experience she could offer us. I traveled with my mother and my great-aunt to Rome, with the aim of making my aunt's dream trip come true at a challenging time in her life. Cristina was very empathetic and understood perfectly what was needed, from the hotel, to the transfer, as well as the necessary insurance. She also gave us fantastic tips on how to get around the city and what we could explore in the city - monuments, concerts, tours from the most common to the most alternative and special.
