Rafa provided an excellent service! Timely and just as according to what I booked on the page. Communication was prompt and had no issues at all.
Rafael customer service was incredible! He delivered the bike to my hotel, put the pedals on the bike for me and gave me a great route and I did a 2 1/2 hour bike ride to Cascáis and back. Highly recommend!!!!! 😇

Rafael was fantastic to work with. I tried out various sizes before renting a road bike for a day (24 hours). I loved the bike , and Rafael suggested a ride along Marina Cascias, which was stunning. I'll definitely be renting again!

We rented bikes from Fitbike for the day to ride around Sintra and the coast. Rafael was amazing!! He answered our Whatsapp messages so quickly, made it very easy to book, and they have any accessories you need -- helmets, locks, different pedals. Rafael also dropped off the bikes right at the train station for us (and picked them up there as well). He couldn't have been friendlier or more responsive!! Plus, the bikes were almost brand new and high quality. Anyhow, definitely recommend Fitbike if you're looking for a rental (and it seems like they also service from other reviews).
My husband and I rented bikes from Fitbike for a week and were so happy with the service and the bikes. Luis and Rafael have a great shop and were very accommodating to let us pick our bikes up on a Sunday. Luis gave us great information about where to bike and also the history of different areas around Portugal - we loved this! We cannot thank them enough for such a great experience. We highly recommend the shop and we will definitely be back!

O meu filho anda há coisa de 5,6 meses muito triste e deprimido e decidi começar a fazer ciclismo com ele porém não tínhamos bicicletas adequadas, dirigi-me á loja fitbike pela qual fui muitíssimo bem recebido pelo shor rafael que tem uma lindíssima Mota já agora, isto para dizer que o meu filho se qualificou para a etapa de Portugal na sua bicla da Ktm orientada e afinada pela fitbike, empresa 5 estrelas, preço e simpatia no ponto. Kwam met 2 lekke banden van twee fietsen en ben hier top geholpen. Mijn achterband van de E-bike werkte niet echt mee en ze hebben het top opgelost. Ze spreken ook vloeiend Engels en staan zeer snel paraat. Goede prijzen ook voor de service, zeker ook t.o.v. Nederland haha. We kunnen weer veilige kilometers maken:) Thanks!
Really professional and quick help from Fitbike. My gearing system of my Scott Plasma 6 had shut down during travel so basically the bike wasnt possible to ride on at all. However, despite a quite complex issue, Fitbike sorted it out in less than hour. Really grateful and I would strongly recommend Fitbike to any future customers!

Der Service war einfach nur wow! Alles hat super geklappt - von der Kommunikation bis zur Beratung! Das bike wurde uns vor die Haustür geliefert und eingestellt. Nach 2 Tagen fiel uns auf dass ein andere Sattel dich besser wäre. Kein Problem, wurde sofort getauscht. Klasse Service! Antwortet auch innerhalb weniger Minuten sofort! Bester Service, den wir je für eine Dienstleistung bekommen habe! Und tolles Bike! Alles neu und lief richtig klasse! Definitiv große Empfehlung!

Amazing service, I was riding a bike from my brother, arrived at the top of Sintra mountain Peninha and first single track notice front and rear breaks where gone... we decide to find a bike store and when we arrived at Fitebike Rafael just repair everything and after few minutes we where climbing again .... great service and price as well. I will be back next year. Live to ride....
