Una experiencia maravillosa desde principio a fin Desde la recogida en el aeropuerto hasta el último momento de nuestra aventura, todo fue perfecto. Queremos dar las gracias a todas las chicas del equipo por su gran trato y ayuda, siempre atentas a nuestras necesidades. La autocaravana estaba en un estado fantástico, impecable y muy cómoda, lo que nos permitió disfrutar de Portugal al máximo. Nicht der beste Service. Die Übernahme und Rücknahme Zeiten sind unmöglich und gehen gar nicht. Solche geringen Zeitfenster sind eine Zumutung. Das ist schließlich kostbare Urlaubszeit. Bei der Rückgabe war die Dame unfreundlich und schlecht gelaunt. Bei der Ausstattung haben wir Geschirrspülmittel, Lappen, etc. vermisst.

Não são uma empresa de confiança e fiabilidade. Obrigaram-me a levantar a autocaravana às 17h00 e a entregar às 9h00. Desta forma inviabilizam duas noites. As informações prestadas são más, o atendimento tambem. Tivemos uns pequenos danos na nossa viagem, os quais imediatamente reportamos no momento de entrega, sendo que seríamos informados do orçamento. Tal nunca aconteceu. Infelizmente, a única coisa positiva foi mesmo as férias, porque o relacionamento com a empresa é para esquecer.

Der Papierkram bei der Abholung lief freundlich, auch wenn es Probleme mit der Kreditkarte gab (es hieß Visa / Debit sei keine Kreditkarte). Dann war ab 15 Uhr Abholung, um 16 Uhr ging unser Gefährt gerade erst zur Reinigung (in der Nebensaison!). Warum ist dann Abholung ab 15 Uhr? Schlussendlich fuhren wir 18 Uhr erst los, dürfen jedoch am Rückgabetag 5 Stunden später abgeben, als Ausgleich. Das ist sehr nett und hat uns besänftig, jedoch ist dann auch klar, warum unser WoMo erst 16 Uhr zur Reinigung ging, vermutlich schleppt sich das Problem von Woche zu Woche. Gut, wenn der Rückflug nicht zu knapp gebucht ist! Das WoMo ist noch recht neu und in gutem Zustand, klar gab es Schäden die es zu dokumentieren galt, jedoch konnte man sich hier wohl fühlen, alles war innen okay, es gab Mückenschutz und Verdunklung usw Wir würden wieder dort mieten und beim nächsten Mal mit mehr Geduld und Proviant bei der Abholung warten. Im Gefährt selbst haben wir eigentlich nur einen Besen vermisst, es gab nur einen Handfeger. Der Kaffeeautomat bei Mc Rent ist gruselig und das Zimmer für Kinder eine einzige Brutstation für Keime. Davon abgesehen gibt es dort nicht viel um Zeit zu überbrücken, keine Zeitung o.ä. Die Rückgabe hat problemlos geklappt innerhalb ca 30 Minuten, es wurde wieder alles gut dokumentiert, es blieben keine Fragen offen. Wir würden alles in allem wieder hier mieten.

Wir hatten einen Campervan für 10 Tage ausgeliehen. Der Camper war sauber bei der übergaben. Die Angestellten waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vor Abfahrt wurde uns alles erklärt was wir zum Camper wissen müssen. Auch die Rückgabe hat reibungslos funktioniert.

Excellent service, from the time I made the reservation by phone, to the collection of the motorhome and finally the delivery of the same, the vehicle was in excellent condition, everything was working. waited 2 hours for acceptance. The delivery then took 15 minutes. Missing basic utensils such as broom, dustpan, etc. were not available. We were asked to buy chairs, tables and bicycles from specialist retailers, which is very inconvenient for holidaymakers who are not equipped.

We zijn bij McRent geweest voor het afhalen en later weer het terugbrengen van een camper. De ophaal en terugbrengen tijden waren niet erg klant vriendelijk (ophalen na 15:00 uur en terugbrengen voor 10:00 uur). Omdat er ook nog wat aan de camper mankeerde gingen we pas om 17:30 uur op pad. Een ongelukkige start van de vakantie. De verhuurder kan je het beste met een Uber taxi bereiken vanaf Station Sintra.

Tive uma experiência extremamente satisfatória com a empresa de aluguel MC Rent de autocaravanas. Eles demonstraram um cuidado excepcional com os clientes e a explicação que nos deram sobre o funcionamento da caravana foi mais do que satisfatória. Recomendo que estudem um pouco sobre a caravana antes de a levantar, pois há muitas coisas para aprender em um único dia. As autocaravanas disponíveis eram todas recentes e bem cuidadas. A experiência em si foi muito gratificante e divertida para mim e a minha família. Gostaria de agradecer especialmente à Raquel por sua amabilidade e ajuda durante o processo. Em geral, eu definitivamente recomendaria esta empresa de aluguel de autocaravanas para qualquer pessoa que esteja procurando por uma experiência de viagem única e emocionante. No working aircon for two weeks in a 35 degree plus heat wave. McRent Lisboa sent the vehicle out with this fault and we wasted A WHOLE DAY of our holiday driving back to Lisboa and waiting for hours while they checked it. We chose McRent because it was supposed to be best quality and we paid a premium for this. No one would let us talk to any manager yo get help or at least a discount. So dissatisfied

Nous avons eu une très bonne expérience avec Mc Rent. Nous avons loué un motorhome AC70 du 3 au 8 mai 2023 Nous étions un peu inquiets au départ avec quelques commentaires sur la prise en charge mais qui s est finalement très bien passée. Cela a mis 2 heures environ mais je ne vois pas comment nous aurions pu faire beaucoup plus vite avec les papiers à remplir, la vidéo d explication, la vérification et l explication du motorhome (par Vitor qui a très bien fait ça). Nous avons aussi pris le système de péages automatique, très bon conseil surtout pour les péages en Algarve Nous avons ensuite voyagé et fait un tour jusqu en Algarve. Séjour magnifique facilité par l application Park4Night Nous avons eu a un moment une question sur le motorhome et l agence nous a très vite et très bien répondu par Whatsapp. Le retour s est bien passé également avec un petit stress pour une petite griffe qui n était pas reprise sur notre constat de départ. La dame a finalement retrouvé la griffe sur un ancien constat et nous avons pu récupérer la caution tout de suite. Nous conseillons de faire plein de photos de toutes les zones du motorhome pour éviter toute discussion lors de la remise du véhicule Donc très chouette expérience pour nous et a recommander. Nous reviendrons !

De afgeleverde motorhome was netjes en in orde. Men is zakelijk vriendelijk. Het ophalen van de camper duurde ellenlang (2uur en 30min dienen te wachten) waardoor een halve dag van onze vakantie in het water viel. Wij hebben pech gehad onderweg waardoor we via Whatsapp contact hebben opgenomen met de verhuurmaatschappij. Dit verliep zeer vlot, behulpzaam. Het probleem werd opgelost. Wat wij wel betreuren is het feit dat ons een boete werd opgeld daar de campervan te laat werd ingediend. Wij waren inderdaad te laat daar een vrachtwagen zich had vastgereden in een dorp en wij daar 45min vertraging hadden opgelopen. Onmiddellijk werd de verhuurmaatschappij via Whatsapp ingelicht. Onze bemerking dat wij 2u30 dienden te wachten alvorens wij over de campervan mochten beschikken werd weggewuifd. Afsluiter met een negatieve nasmaak.....

Alles lief sehr gut und vertrauensvoll. Für die Abholung muss Zeit eingeplant werden. Die Abgabe war unbürokratisch und einfach. Das Personal ist super nett.

Alugamos o nosso motorhome com essa empresa e tudo ocorreu bem, Stage super atenciosos e prestativos.

Wir haben über den ADAC ein Wohnmobil bei McRent geliehen. Als wir zur angegeben Uhrzeit (10 Uhr morgens) unser Wohnmobil abholen wollten, sagte man uns, dass Abholungen nur um 15 Uhr stattfinden. Nach Rücksprache mit dem ADAC haben wir herausgefunden, dass das stimmt und TUI als Vermittler falsche Uhrzeiten weitergibt. Somit kein Fehler von McRent, ABER die Mitarbeiter von McRent waren uns gegenüber in keiner Weise unterstützend oder hilfreich. Man sagte uns nur in sehr unhöflicher Weise, dass es immer so ist und nun unser Problem sei was wir machen. Die McRent Station liegt deutlich außerhalb der Stadt und wir standen mit Kind und viel Gepäck vor Ort. Als wir am Nachmittag zur mitgeteilten Zeit das Wohnmobil endlich abholen wollten, hat es weitere 2 ZWEI Stunden gedauert, bis wir das Wohnmobil entgegennehmen konnten. Im gesamten Prozess wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt was als Nächstes passiert, was genau Zeit dauert. Es hat so gewirkt, als ob von den 5 anwesenden Mitarbeitenden maximal zwei tatsächlich gearbeitet haben. Mit uns waren zwei weitere Familien vor Ort, die ein Wohnmobil abholen wollten, diese haben noch viel länger gewartet. Bei der Begehung haben wir sehr detailliert alle Vorschäden (es gab sehr viele!) dokumentieren lassen und selbst Bilder gemacht - das sollte jeder unbedingt machen! Unter anderem leuchtete während der Fahrt die Motorkontrollleuchte, auf Nachfrage meinte McRent wir sollen das einfach ignorieren, das hätte mit den Lichtern zu tun?! Bei der Rückgabe wurde uns ein Schaden angemahnt der schon lange vorher bestand. Zum Glück hatte ich bei der Übergabe ein Foto gemacht und konnte so beweisen, dass wir den Schaden nicht verursacht haben. Das ist natürlich auch ein Geschäftsmodell Schäden nicht auszubessern und dann mehrfach neuen Kunden in Rechnung zu stellen. Wirkt für uns nach einer Abzockmasche. Alles in allem werden wir nicht mehr bei McRent mieten! Der Umgang mit Kunden (gerade als Familie) ist keineswegs professionell oder serviceorientiert. Es gibt zwar einen Spielzeugraum für Kinder, der ist aber absolut lieblos mit Plastikramsch zugestellt und dreckig. Wir können nur empfehlen einen anderen Anbieter zu suchen!

Wirklich guter, sympathischer und äußerst professioneller Service mit Top Ausgestatteten Caravans. Wir haben hier einen Caravan gemietet für 6 Tage und sind damit an die Algarve gefahren. Und wurde ein super Rundgang gegeben mit einigen Tipps, worauf man zu achten hat und wie man am besten mit den kleinen und großen Wehwehchen von Caravans umzugehen hat. Auch als absoluter Newbie waren wir super abgeholt und bestens beraten. Hinweise zur Nutzung der Autobahn, wo man am besten und wie Strom und Wasser zapft und vieles mehr :) sogar ein paar Reisetipps gab es dazu :) Jedes einzelne Teammitglied hat mit Seriosität und Sympathie seinen Job erfüllt und uns als Customers das beste Gefühl bereitet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder herkommen und unsere Trips mit Caravans von McRent planen. Danke an das Liebe McRent Team hier in Portugal

Wohnmobil war in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Abholung und Abgabe lief problemlos.

Wir haben gestern nach 10 Tagen unser Wohnmobil zurückgegeben. Alles war perfekt - kurze Wartezeit, nette Leute, schneller Transfer zum Flughafen. Die Kaution ist schon zurückerstattet. Danke an die tolle Wanda - hier ist nochmal unser Tipp für einen Traumstellplatz unter Oliven im Landesinneren: Casa Fèteira Pedreiras.

Se pensa em alugar um Motorhome, este é o lugar certo Desde a retirada até a entrega da nossa autocaravana foi sensacional, perfeito! Rodamos 7 mil km pela Europa e conhecemos lugares paradisíacos Parabéns a Corina e toda a equipe. Voltaremos em breve. Gratidão

O carro é muito bom, bem equipado, limpo. Gostamos muito de viajar por Portugal com o motorhome. Algumas observações: - nos obrigaram a assistir vídeos explicativos que já tinhamos assistido. Isso prolonga mais a entrega do carro; - apesar de mostar muitas coisas, não explicaram como trocar a bomba de água (o que não é uma operação fácil de fazer). Apenas entregaram uma bomba reserva e falaram que poderíamos ter que trocar; - a bomba de água não funcionou na primeira noite. Tivemos que retornar na sede da Mcrent no dia seguinte de manhã para que um técnico trocasse a bomba. Isso nos fez perder uma manhã de viagem; - filme e fotografe todos os riscos e amassados externos no carro. No momento da entrega queriam nos cobrar por dois problemas que já tinha no carro.

Die Fahrzeugübernahme gestaltete sich etwas schwierig, da wir unsere vorab mitgeteilten Ausstattungsmerkmale nur ungenügend berücksichtigt sahen. Dafür aber ein ganz dickes Plus beim Service: ein Fahrzeugschlüssel ging verloren - aber in nicht einmal 24h wurde ein Ersatzschlüssel per Kurier in die entfernteste Ecke Portugals gebracht und übergeben! Sonst wahr alles super auch das Wohnmobil hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Die Rückgabe des Fahrzeuges ging unkompliziert und schnell. An Monica schicken wir noch einmal ganz besondere Grüße. Sie hat uns sehr gut betreut.

Pior experiência possível com esta empresa. Fiz a locação pensando estar contratando o melhor serviço, e foi uma decepção total. Fiquei 3 dias lutando por um suporte com um técnico, onde a única pessoa a falar comigo foi a recepcionista. Minhas férias em família se tornaram um pesadelo, com minhas duas bebês congelando em um motorhome sem aquecimento e água quente. Serviço caro prometendo ótima condição do veículo e suporte 24/7, e nada disso foi oferecido.

I joined my friends on a road trip from Lisbon and this rental was a pretty bad experience. Bad customer service, the van smelled bad too.

Regelen van boeking en oppikken van camper ging goed. In principe tevreden tot terugkomst. Een slot van een (omklappend) bed zat te strak en daarom los getrokken van het hout, zie foto. Netjes aangegeven bij McRent en de verrekening zouden we later krijgen per e-mail. Er wordt hier 350 euro (!!!!) voor gerekend, want McRent vindt dat het hele bed vervangen moest worden. Volslagen idioot. Klacht ingediend bij Customer Service, maar die gaven aan dat dit conform normale procedure is. Kortom: prima maatschappij om te huren in principe, maar door de afhandeling van normale gebruikssporen (en zeer minimale schade) zou ik niet aanraden om hier te huren. Je hebt 1500 euro eigen risico en op deze manier kan je vakantie dus zomaar 1500 euro duurder worden. Nog 2 kleine beschadigingen en ze verrekenen de volledige borg.

We gave back the van 2 days ago, so the memories are fresh. First we had a bumpy start due to a misunderstanding about the deposit. It was our fault, but the first staff member was fully uncooperative and negative. Then we met with Monica Rod. who was emphatic and nice, found a solution to everything, did a thorough takeover process and explaned even the smallest details of the campervan. She made our McRental experience outstanding so far - so I would give 5/5 if the first employee had the same client handling skills and client centricity.

Einen speziellen Dank und Gruss an Corina (Schicki Micki) . Wir haben für 3 Wochen ein Wohnmobil gemietet. Aufgrund erheblicher verspätung unseres Fluges kamen wir knapp vor Schliessung an. Trotzdem wurden wir überaus freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit empfangen und konnten einen tollen Camper übernehmen. Bei der Abgabe ebenfalls keine Probleme und wieder sehr freundlich. Fahrzeug Top, Kundenservice Top. Gerne wieder.

The deposit of 1500 with payment of Premium insurance is ridiculous. Checking the past problems with costumers charged for full deposit for damages around 200 shows the confidence.

2023 and still McRent Parracho has not make the refund, please do not use this company in order not to have a bad experience. Be carefull with this company, they do not refund the safety deposit. Not recommendable, try finding a trustworthy company Terrible experience. Reservation LSB14890. Minor incident with caravan and I was charged EUR 277. I had a safety deposit of EUR 500, so the remaining EUR 223 should have being refunded, but after 2 years of complaints, this has not happened. This company has zero empathy and no willingness to help customers. Not recommendable. Below McRent states that they did the deposit. Ive shared my bank account statements and even my bank told them that we did notreceive the deposit. The experience is really bad so far with McRent, not recommendable. The experience with McRent continues to be extremely annoying. Very unprofessional how McRent disengages from their responsibilities and asks me to contact their Bank and Central bank to solve this issue. It is McRents responsibility. Ive even shared my bank account statements to prove McRent that Ive never received the deposits. Dear McRent, amazing how you answer through here and not by email, seems that reputation is important right? Ive already sent my bank accoun statements, please seriousness in your reply. Foi uma experiência sensacional! As atendentes foram simpáticas e flexíveis! Não tive nenhum problema ao pegar ou devolver o veículo! Aventura maravilhosa!

Würde gern 0 Sterne vergeben, um den äußerst schlechten Kundenservice zu bewerten. Grund dafür: Die Kaution von Höhe von 1.500,00 wurde bei pünktlicher Rückgabe, natürlich vollgetankt und schadenfrei nicht sofort zurückerstattet. Angeblich Probleme mit der Datenübertragung an die Kredikartenfirma. Erst nach unzähligen Telefonaten, E-Mails und weiteren Lügengeschichten haben wir nach 37 Tagen!!! unser Geld erhalten. Keine Entschuldigung oder irgend eine Reaktion der Vermietstation in Sintra. Bei unserer nächsten Wohnmobil-Anmietung tragen wir unser Geld sicher nicht zu McRent in Sintra! Es gibt auch noch andere Vermieter, die das Wort Kundenservice kennen und auch umsetzen!

In den Grundsätzen alles super, ABER: Als wir das Wohnmobil um 12:55 Uhr zurückgeben wollten, hiess es, es sei nun Mittagspause und wir sollen um 3 oder 2 Uhr nochmals erscheinen. Als wir dann um 14 Uhr nochmals antrabten, meinten sie zu uns, wir müssen nun einen Extra-Tag bezahlen (>130 !), da wir das Wohnmobil erst nachmittags zürückbringen. Für die verfrühte Mittagspause der gesamten Belegschaft bezahlten wir also mit über 130 Euro! Unter dem Strich: Extrem Kundenunfreundlich + ständig Anrufbeantworter trotz Anruf während Büroöffnungszeiten und standardisierte, unpersönliche eMails. Finger weg von McRent!

Schade - wenn aus einer guten Erfahrung eine Kundenfalle wird. Wir mieteten ein Wohnmobil bei McRent Lissabon für eine Woche. Im Folgenden unsere Kundenerfahrung: PRO + Inaktes Wohnmobil, praktisch, bequem + Abholung hat soweit geklappt CONTRA - Kundenfeindliches & dreistes Verhalten! Bei der Rückgabe (um 12:55) wurden wir aufgrund der Mittagspause (welche nicht in den offiziellen Öffnungszeiten abgebildet ist) vom Platz verwiesen und mussten über eine Stunde warten (bis 14:00). Anschliessend hiess es, wir müssten einen Tag Miete (CHF 130) mehr bezahlen, weil wir 1 Minute zu spät gekommen seien (Behauptung vom Mitarbeiter: Wir seien um 13:00 angekommen) - Nicht erreichbar: Stegige Ungewissheit vor Abholung, da Büro nicht kontaktierbar (nur Anrufbeantworter) - Standardisierte & automatisierte Mails - Kundenunfreundlich und eigenorientiert Fazit: Wir empfehlen McRent auf keinen Fall weiter!

Atendimento pessimo, fazemos perguntas e respondem que n teem conhecimento das coisas e nao teem nada haver com o que falamos com os sites de aluguer das autocaravanas. Nada funcionou quando precisamos, pagamos serviços extra para no fim nos dizerem que por exemplo a tv n funciona em quase lugar algum a caravana era muito porreira mas limpeza zero ate teias de aranha tinha. Pior de tudo estou gravida e tive que esperar 3h pela caravana e sem condiçoes nenhumas e ainda falam como se a culpa fosse nossa. Digamos que pagamos bem e somos mal tratados. Peço desculpa o incomodo senhores funcionarios por vos pagarmos os ordenados PRIMEIRA E ULTIMA VEZ

Não foi a primeira vez que aluguei uma autocaravana, e esta empresa foi garantidamente a mais transparente e profissional que encontrei. Alugar uma viatura desta natureza pressupõe três momentos que não devem nunca ser descurados 1 - briefing de aprendizagem sobre todas as componentes da viatura e da caravana 2 - análise detalhada de todos as eventuais não conformidades da viatura e caravana no acto de recepção da caravana (riscos, janelas, toldo, mecanismos, etc) 3 - repetição do ponto 2 no acto de devolução Nos três momentos a equipa mcrent foi meticulosa e profissional. Para receber uma caravana, contem com, pelo menos, uma hora e esclareçam todas as dúvidas, repitam os processos mais complicados, vejam como funiconam todos os mecanismos e garantam que todos os que vão habitar a caravana saibam como se usam todos os mecanismos. Este é um pressuposto importante para que tudo corra pelo melhor. No meu caso a experiência foi muito boa e os pequenos problemas que tive foram residuais e a equipa mcrent foi transparente, profiissional e bem disposta na avaliação dos mesmos na altura da devolução.

Pas contente du tout! Aucunes personnes ne parlent français dans cette entreprise. A la location on m a fait attendre3h pour avoir mon camping car! Ensuite on a pas arrêté de prendre des cautions pour le télé péage 194.10 ( j ai utilisé pour 70.85 d autoroute mais il m on encore fait payer les 70.85 ) et il ne mon pas rendu ma caution)! Ensuite pour le camping car il m on prix 2000 De caution tout à fait normal mais pas de chance le pare brise c est fendu il me l on fait payer je ne comprend pas car dans toutes assurances Le Bris de glace e compris peut être avec une franchise. Et surtout le personnel n est pas sympathique coût final de ma location 7000 pour 1 mois

Foi a minha primeira vez numa autocaravana e optei por fazer a Nacional 2 em 8 dias...a estrada recomendo a todos por ser única e a 3ª maior estrada nacional do mundo...quanto à autocaravana excelente em todos os aspetos o que provoca a passar a ser um cliente da McRent. A equipe foi fantástica em todos os momentos desde o primeiro telefonema, 1ª visita e a excecional explicação na entrega. Very good service, new motorhomes. I only recommend spending at least an hour to do the car checklist before signing. Take photos, film everything because you will definitely have to pay for things that you didnt do when you deliver the vehicle, because the inspection upon receipt is very detailed, while the inspection upon delivery is very basic.

Erstes und letztes mal, Kleinbus reserviert und riesiges Schlachtschiff bekommen. Plätze die wir reserviert haben hatten zum Teil keine Möglichkeit die Grösse unterzzstellen. Touren in Städte unmöglich. Über Rent A Camper in Deutschland gemietet- wir müssen das Upgrade hinnehmen. Niemals wieder Rent A Camper oder McRent... keinesfalls zu empfehlen

Get your hands off! We rented a camper and the fridge didnt work. 1 week without fridge. No service! Additionally we had a slight scratch from a branch of about 10 cm. This was charged us with 907 !!! - rip off!! Never again with McRent!

Aluguei um motorhome em dez/19, e sinceramente, não indicaria pois o atendimento foi muito ruim e hostil! Para os brasileiros que irão alugar um motorhome pela 1º vez, aqui vão algumas dicas rápidas: 1º Tente ser atendido pelo brasileiro, ele parece ser simpático e atencioso. Infelizmente não tive essa sorte e fui atendida por uma pessoa totalmente inexperiente, que nunca tinha andado de motorhome e que passou várias explicações equivocadas, incompletas e em discordância com o manual do carro. 2º Seja bem meticuloso ao analisar os defeitos do carro na inspeção, faça constar todos os pequenos danos no contrato. 3º Filme toda as instruções! São muitos detalhes e também servem de prova se imprevistos acontecerem por causa de explicações mal dadas. 4º Peça que troquem o gás que está em uso por um lacrado. Se precisar comprar um na estrada, guardem a notinha. 5º Refaça tudo que foi aprendido para ter certeza que entendeu antes de sair do pátio: abra todas as portas, veja por onde a água entra, mexa no aquecedor, coloque a mangueira no gás.. *Não sei se é por causa de algumas diferenças linguísticas e culturais, mas foi mais fácil buscar as respostas no manual do carro do que perguntar para a empresa. INFO: Nos pedágios da Espanha e Portugal, a cobrança é baseada na distância percorrida x altura do veículo, o pagamento pode ser feito em dinheiro e cartões de crédito ou débito. A maioria das cabides de pedágio funcionam com máquinas automatizadas, por isto, é sempre bom ter dinheiro em espécie, para o caso de o seu cartão não ser aceito ou haver um problema com o leitor da máquina. [LIS POR 21,25 ] [LIS ALG 20,20 ] [BARC TAR 13.31 ] **Na McRent é oferecido o dispositivo da Via Verde, que só serve para não ter que parar no pedágio para pagar cada vez que você sai de uma rodovia. Cai nessa roubada, paguei 18,00 para algo totalmente dispensável, não aconselho! Fora que a explicação dada sobre o dispositivo foi muito ruim, éramos 4 brasileiros adultos e todos entenderam algo bem diferente. OBS: A locadora, apesar de estar escrito no site que fica em Lisboa, se localiza em Sintra. Eles fecham das 13h às 15h, se chegar neste horário, ficará esperando na rua.

BEWARE of Mcrent and its partners & franchise businesses. All of them have the same dishonest policies. ífinf out yourself... read into reviews. Be prepared MCRENT will try to charge you with false trumped-up reasons and deduct it from your security deposit. The least you can take for granted is an ill-mannered customer handling. If any problem arise durimg your rental be prepared to take care of them yourself. If you complain you will be treated in an inadmissible way. For details READ FURTHER .... Their RVs are not well cared for .. serach the net and read other reviews too not only mine Rental stations across Europe are listed separatly and read reviews, observ rating in detail). Dont run into the mistake we run luring yourself into they they are reliable and honest. Our camping van had sinks completely clogged. The fridge did not work for 4 days. This is because the business did not give proper advvice, directions when handing over and did not help to restore the problems turning a deaf ear. After a ton af call and emails and basic useless advice, we had to take care of these problems ourself by seraching the web for long hours / days. We were not compensated for this shortfall despite having asked for. Obviously incopmetent and irresponsible handling was denied. We were taken for liars and idiots. When returning the van, they denied to make record about these issues and behaved in an inadmissible rude and unethical way. They did not, wont bother to answer our email requests for compensation. IN CONSTRAST they have returned 200 euros less from the security deposit giving fake, false reasoning. Once more.. read other reviews... Be prepared MCRENT will try to charge you with false trumped-up reasons and deduct it from your security deposit. .. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Had to wait 2h after agreed pick up time until our car was ready. Also other guests were waiting for approx that time to get their car. All in all not a pleasant way to start your holiday.

I completely agree with all the other negative reviews. I was charged 1000EU for the replacement of a wing mirror and 2 minor rear bumper parts, which did not need replacing. While returning the vehicle I was informed that a quote would be sent to me and I would have to agree on the charges before the completion of the work, this did not happen. I did my research and was able to find the OE parts for half the price. Its saddening that my experience had to end this way after visiting such a beautiful country. McRent was chosen for me by a third party rental site, so I did not have a choice of the supplier. In the future Ill be sure to deal directly with reputable honest companies. Additionally, it took me 1.2 hours to receive the vehicle and there were more staff than clients. I do have to say that the gentleman who finally helped was great. I would give 0 stars if this review would let me.

Bad... Bad service

We hired a motorhome from MCrent to do a bit of surfing along the coast in October. We found them really helpful and attentive. They stayed open late for us when we were delayed in picking the motorhome up, they took us through how everything works, explaining it carefully and were on call when we had any questions. We got all our deposit back on the day we returned it. Id recommend using these guys :)

Wir haben 2017 und 2018 jeweils für zwei Wochen bei McRent Lissabon ein Wohnmobil gemietet. 2017 das vollintegrierte Compact Luxus von Dethleffs, 2018 ein Modell mit Alkoven. Die Wohnmobile waren beide Male in sehr gutem Zustand. In unserer persönlichen Erfahrung ist McRent Lissabon vollkommen vertrauenswürdig und korrekt. Das Personal ist nicht immer super-freundlich; der gesamte Ablauf der Übergabe dauert zwei Stunden, ja, aber alles ist korrekt. Bei Übergabe ist eine Kaution in Höhe der Selbstbeteiligung der CDW-Versicherung zu hinterlegen. Diese wird auf der Kreditkarte reserviert/abgebucht (je nach Modell bis zu 2.000 EUR). Wir haben das Wohnmobil mit einem selbst verursachten Schaden zurück gegeben und sind nach Hause geflogen. Nach nur einem weiteren Arbeitstag war der Schaden bereits taxiert und der Restbetrag der Kaution auf die Kreditkarte zurück gebucht. Die Schadenshöhe war fair bestimmt; ich hatte mit mehr gerechnet (zwei Karosserieteile gerissen, Material plus Ein- und Ausbau zusammen 250 EUR). Die Abrechnungsdokumente des Schadens erhält man unaufgefordert per Email und, falls nicht mehr auffindbar, nach einem Anruf in Lissabon auch noch ein zweites Mal zugemailt. D.h. wenn man den hohen Selbstbehalt von 2.000 EUR - wie ich - bei einem Drittanbieter versichert hat, den man nun in Anspruch nehmen muss, hat man alle notwendigen Unterlagen dafür schon zur Hand. Nimmt man den optionalen Toll Service in Anspruch, ist auch dafür eine Kaution von 100 EUR zu hinterlegen, die erst einen Monat nach Rückgabe final abgerechnet werden kann. Auch hier: alles korrekt, ohne dem hinterher rennen zu müssen. Bei Übergabe des Wohnmobils bestätigt man per Unterschrift, dass es keine (außer der aufgeführten) Vorschäden hat. Hierfür darf man es natürlich akribisch inspizieren. Sie stellen einem sogar eine Leiter hin und fordern einen auf, das Dach zu begutachten. Wenn man mit zwei relativ verrückten Kindern reist, wird einem da schon Angst und Bange. Bei Rückgabe hatten unsere Wohnmobile dann auch beide Male definitiv mehr Gebrauchsspuren als vorher. Die Begutachtung durch McRent war aber in beiden Fällen sehr wohlwollend. Es wurden keinerlei Macken moniert (natürlich bis auf den Kollisionsschaden, als uns ein Baum beim Rückwärtsfahren von hinten angesprungen hat). Warum also nur vier Sterne statt fünf? 2018 hatten wir uns aus den verfügbaren Grundrissen bewusst einen bestimmten heraus gesucht. Die Buchungsbestätigung nennt allerdings stets nur die Buchungsklasse. Unter dieser Buchungsklasse (Family Plus) wurden aber unterschiedliche Grundrisse angeboten. Versehen mit dem Hinweis, dass dies nur Beispielgrundrisse seien. Erhalten haben wir vor Ort dann in der Tat einen anderen Grundriss als ausgewählt. Man fragt sich insoweit, warum die beiden verschiedenen Grundrisse dann überhaupt separat angeboten werden und bei Buchung auswählbar sind. Nun ja. Die wesentlichen Grundrisselemente (Etagenbetten hinten und vorne Alkoven) stimmten. Die Übergabe dauert zwei Stunden mit viel Papierkram, für den die Mitarbeiterin teilweise in der Tat minutenlang wortlos hinter ihrem Pult nach unten auf ihren Schreibtisch guckt und man sich fragt Ob sie noch weiß, dass ich hier stehe?. Dieser Prozess ist zwar absolut im Griff, weil das Personal große Routine darin hat und genau weiß, was es tut (keinerlei Fluktuation von 2017 auf 2018, alle Mitarbeiter waren noch da), aber es scheint selbst ein bisschen genervt von dessen Aufwendigkeit und Dauer zu sein, so dass es nicht dazu neigt, dem Kunden nebenbei auch noch ungefragt zu erklären, was es tut. So werden einem viele Papiere zur Unterschrift vorgelegt, über die nicht viele Worte verloren werden. Mglw. kann hier auf Basis der bei Buchung gemachten Angaben noch mehr vorbereitet werden. Daher wird die Einweisung/Demonstration des Wohnmobils mitunter auch mit für Erstmieter zu hoher Geschwindigkeit durchlaufen und die Inventarliste zur Unterschrift vorgelegt. Das mitgebuchte WLAN funktionierte nach ein paar Tagen nicht mehr. Unter den Polyesterdecken schwitzt man tierisch.

AVISO : Pensem várias vezes antes de alugarem uma autocaravana à McRent (Parracho). Alugámos uma autocaravana no mês de Dezembro de 2018; a caravana era praticamente nova e foi entregue com celeridade. Tivemos um incidente com a autocaravana (embatemos , ao de leve, contra um arbusto e ficou com 2 buracos que não penetraram o interior: fotos abaixo). Quando a entregámos e explicámos o sucedido, pedi para ver a tabela de orçamentos para arranjo e foi nos dito que não tinham; achei estranho porque a McRent tem oficina própria (Parracho). Pedimos orçamentos em paralelo a outras empresas e rondavam os 500 euros. Dias mais tarde a McRent envia nos um email com uma factura anexada em que ficavam com o valor da caução total (1500euros), sem estar descriminada sequer (valor de materiais, mão de obra,...) e a dizer que o valor do arranjo era superior a 1500euros. Questionei-os relativamente ao facto da factura não ter detalhe nenhum sobre os arranjos e disse-lhes os valores de orçamento que me tinham apresentado; 6 dias depois apresentaram-me uma fatura forjada,detalhada, com um arranjo de 7000 euros: completamente absurdo e rídiculo. A McRent é uma empresa que age de má fé, desonesta, e, independentemente da percentagem de estragos feitos, tem COMO OBJECTIVO FICAR COM O DINHEIRO DA CAUÇÃO. A evitar! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Warning: Think twice before renting an autocaravan at McRent (Parracho ) We rented an autocaravan in December 2018; the autocaravan was pratically new and it was delivered fast. We had an inccident ( we hit a bush, lightly,that made 2 holes; it didnt penetrate the interior: pictures below). When we delievered and explained the situation I asked about their repair price list and they told us they didnt have one : I found it odd because they have their own repair shop (Parracho). Meanwhile I asked several autocaravan companies for their repais prices for this situation and they were around 500 euros.A few days later we received an email from McRent with a receipt saying they had charged us the total security deposit (1500 euros); the receipt didnt even say the cost of the materials,manual labor,..but it said it was above 1500euros. When I replied saying that I had collected other repais prices and the specifications of the repair receipt it took them 6 days to forge a false , detailed,receipt with a repair price of 7000 euros : completely absurd and utterly ridiculous. McRent is a dishonest company : it doesnt matter the amount of damage you make, because ALL THEY WANT IS TO KEEP YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. Avoid it!

Extremely bad customer service - no hello when you arrive, then they sit behind the counter and do whatever, but do not communicate with you. The motorhome we rented was partially in terrible condition (from leaking water supply, to furniture falling apart to a very noisy suspension (like never maintained)). I would not come back.
