***SCAM*** DRIVERS*****BE AWARE*** .. company send you a scammer driver and then make you pay extra later after their original fees that you pay already online ... we booked a driver through Zuppin to transfer us from Sabiha Airport in Istanbul to an area ATAŞEHİR, the cost was 765 Try, we choose a driver from a list of offers, the driver stated a five star driver ,,, guess what , he welcomed us with some anger and then the scam started when he accused my son for breaking the cheap plastic door foot step on his car, showing me the plastic broken and a grey slamming the door of the vehicle with gestures, and showing us that he is mad offing all the way until we reached our destination, he was asking for the broken price 1600 euro so I called my friend who ordered the car to talk to him but he was mad and say I will charge you 1600 TRY for that price, we told him who do we know that it was not broken already , see the photos of the cheap foot step he has installed in the car as a trap for foreigners so when they step on it it breaks and then he requests compensation for that broken piece , my son is 9 years old how can he have broken it . Anyway my friend called his company through a number. That he found on the web( since they do not have customer service on the app and no telephone number associated with their app or website) anyway the company backed the driver and said that I have to pay for the broken piece, we asked the company representative that this is wrong but they said you have to pay and we will give a discount of 2.5$ on your next ride ,they told him that they will take the car to a place when they can assume the cost and they will tell us and then we pay through wire transfer but this never happened , imagine that , why would I request from the car next time. We could not win the battle with the company and the driver forced me to pay him 1000 try , this what i had with me , and he was angry and cursing in Turkish because he did not get the 1600 TRY … the amount he took from me is an addition to the transfer fee which was 765 TRY … we tried to complain to the company Zuppinand wanted to rate the driver but the have closed the rating area, every time we wanted to rate they rating does not go , that is for sure they do not bad rating on their app Please be aware and check my photos , I could not take a video because I was alone with my two kids and I was frightened for his reaction ***SCAM***
