Booked a car in advance and called more than once to confirm and was assured all is set up and will be picked up at the airport, as soon a we arrived to the airport I called and was told I will be picked up in 10 minutes and sure enough the driver arrived in 10 minutes but only to let me know that they dont have the car available and I can get a different car if I pay $350 a day instead of the original $170 per day price which of course I said no, thats double the price. I do not understand why if you dont have the car I ordered in advance, I wouldnt get a different car for the same price. why would I have to pay double the amount. Oh and they also offered 10% off the next rental with them. What a joke. I wouldnt recommend renting through this company if you want to be sure youre getting a car when you need it unless youre ready to pay double.
