We waited 30 minutes for someone, the insurance company made an appointment and only opened it later, the car they gave me was all battered and dirty inside, full of dust... I don't recommend it.

Good company for rental but had some problems with the website. Call them to reserve and do the booking and everything is sorted.

I put one star because it is not possible to put less. Disastrous and scandalous experience. My husband and I booked a car in March at a price of 538 euros for 14 days. We had received an email confirming the reservation and we were to receive information subsequently. A month before our departure, having received nothing, we contacted them. To our great surprise the reserved car was no longer available and we were offered another car at the price of 1200 euros. We also notice that there are cheaper cars still available on their site. We called them to clarify the situation and we found ourselves with a very haughty and dishonest person. This person refuses to admit that we had booked and speaks of a simple request for an offer (we have an email which proves that these statements are false) and sends us away when we express our incomprehension and our disappointment. Faced with such dishonesty and a clear attempt at fraud, we refused to continue with this company. We wanted to work with a local company rather than a large group, especially since my family had worked for years with the previous owner, but today I prefer to pay Europcar dearly rather than give them 1 cent. Absolutely avoid.

The worst thing is, on the website you make the booking to pick up a car and yyy..... it turns out that they don't have cars and you get bored without a car and they don't know anything that it will be a page error

I recommend this company, very good service. The one you really need to use to get a better value. Very punctual in delivery and always available.
