30 minutes late in delivering the car because it wasn't washed. The place is far from everything and you need transport to get there. The old car is full of small dents that are so numerous that it's confusing. The fuel tank doesn't go from full to full but from eye to eye on the pressure gauge... The insurance company Logo didn't provide an automatic gearbox, which is a big problem for those who are used to it.

Terrible service, we waited more than 5 minutes without anyone speaking to us, the supposed owner was very rude and arrogant, they charged €100 for a tank of gas that came with less than half the tank, the car was delivered completely dirty inside and out, a disgrace. An experience not to be repeated, a lack of empathy for the customer, zero friendliness, the service is tremendously disrespectful.
