Terrible service, friendliness 0
Terrible customer service. I contacted them by phone to resolve the following issue: - The insurance company extended my insurance, increasing the rental days... Do I need a new receipt? After 8 calls and 20 minutes of calls, the issue was not resolved. On the 3 occasions when they answered the call, they told me to wait and then the call was dropped after a few minutes. On one occasion, they told me that they would put me through to the counter where I had picked up the car (Torres Vedras) but they put me through to the counter in Leiria. With this, I still don't have an answer. Note: on the day I picked up the car, I asked for the counter's telephone number and they told me that if I needed anything, I would have to contact the central office. The central office doesn't work properly.
