Great service. Lily was very friendly and easy to deal with. Car was waiting at the villa when we got there and for collection we just drove a mile down the road to the petrol station to fill up hand the keys over and meet the taxi driver, all pre arranged and sorted out via whatts app text. I used RAS Rent A Car both as a transfer service between Ivanica, Mostar and Trebinje and to rent a car while in Trebinje and the service exceeded my expectations in every way. The owner, Lily, is extremely professional, kind and reliable and was an absolute pleasure to ride with and rent from. She was so easy to communicate with, offered great recommendations for places to eat at and see in Trebinje and offered free pickup and dropoff to and from my accommodation in Trebinje. The car itself was clean, comfortable and in excellent condition and the pricing was very fair. Im so glad I found RAS and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an easy and reliable way to get around Bosnia & Herzegovina!

I rented two cars in June and the service was excellent. Lilys communications were super quick, friendly and helpful. One of the cars was a 7 seater at a much better rate than other car hire companies. We drove in Bosnia, Croatia and Montenegro without any issues. Would definitely recommend.

The service from Lily at RAS Rent a Car Trebinje was top quality. Our group booked 2 cars and both were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Lily met us just across the border from Dubrovnik in Ivanica, Bosnia and Herzegovina. She also organized a taxi to pick us up at Dubrovnik airport and bring is to the ore arranged point to pick up the cars. The car hire prices were much lower from RAS than if we we were to hire similar cars at Dubrovnik airport. All paperwork, which allowed us to cross the borders into Croatia and Montenegro, were in order and we passed with ease on all occasions. Given our experience and the top quality customer service provided by Lily I would have no qualms in recommending RAS.

We rented a car a week ago from RAS car rental in Trebinje. We had a Citroen C3 which was in good condition, clean and comfortable. We also booked an airport transfer from Trebinje to Dubrovnik with RAS car rental. I can not praise Lily enough, the owner, who was absolutely amazing from the first moment we met. Her service was personable, friendly and professional. We look forward to using Ras car rental again!

We rented a Renault Mégane at RAS Rent A Car for two weeks. Lily, the owner, is very helpful, friendly and professional. Ik zou iedereen aanbevelen om bij Ras rent a car een auto te huren. Het contact met Lily ging heel goed. Lily spreekt vloeiend Engels, wat heel handig is. Ze reageert snel en is behulpzaam. We kregen een goede en schone auto mee. Tijdens het gebruik ervan hadden we op een drukke parkeerplaats licht contact met een auto waardoor er een klein krasje op de auto was gekomen. De vergoeding die we moesten betalen daarvoor was heel redelijk. Lily regelde zelfs een taxi voor ons naar Dubrovnik! Ik ben ontzettend tevreden.

I am very glad to say that I was very happy with the car hire service provided my this company. All their communication was clear from the point of first enquiry and during the period of the car hire and no surprise charges. Providing us with breakdown assistance cover was no problem either. Their assistance with arranging the transfers from the airport/Dubrovnik was very beneficial as Trebinje is approximately 45 minutes drive from Dubrovnik airport & there is very few options of a bus service to this town. I felt that Lily explained the features of the car that we hired very well & best of all the car was extremely fuel efficient (a Peugeot 308). A good experience is hard to find but I found it.

We were really satisfied with RAS Rent A Car. The car was in a really good condition and Ljiljana was really nice and courteous. Although we didnt get our car as planned on time on our pick-up day, due to some problems with previous customers, Ljiljana was so nice and let us have the car on our last day until the evening without paying any additional fee. We really recommend renting a car at RAS and if we need a car the next time we are in Trebinje we definitely will be renting a car at RAS.
