Unfortunately, I have to warn you against the rental company. There is no contact with them when there is a problem with the car, they leave the customer alone. Also, unfortunately, after the end of the rental contract, the money started disappearing from my card whose deposit was blocked! I have no idea why, I have no contact with the rental company, they do not answer my questions about what is going on. I warn you and strongly advise against it.

After I wrote a negative review here, based on facts, the company responded that it was available for a fair resolution, which seems nice. After 3 contacts, there was no response, which reinforces the idea that the company acts in bad faith, and a lot of marketing strategy. Photo of how the car was delivered to us and they do not recognize it, despite witnesses and complaints.

Our experience is very negative. I can say from witnesses that they gave us a car with barely visible damage (assuring us that we didn't need to see it because it was new) and then we checked the damage and despite complaining they charged us. It is not a good company.

They managed to get me out of trouble at the last minute, in less than 30 minutes I had a car ready to go, super friendly service!

Unfortunately, the last reservation did not go well and I waited for the car to be delivered to me for about 40 minutes. Lack of staff. Previously, the car was delivered to us at the airport, but now they no longer do this and they did not inform us. I had been a customer for some time but I will not book with this company again. The quality/price ratio is no longer justified.

After i returned back home the company sent me a link and asked me to pay for the toll fees which i did straight awyay. Few hours later they used my credit card without authorization and took the same amount again. Despite they promised to solve it it's been 48 hours without updates and they're now ignoring me. Be very careful if you've given them your creditcard details because the company can use it without your authorization. I'm going to have to raise a dispute with my credit card provider if they don't solve it in the next few days.
