I needed a car urgently from one day to the next. I booked it online the day before. And the car was available at 9 am the next day... Of course, emergencies cost more, don't you think? But for the rest, the service and attention were excellent.

Scammer + liars. Does not control the VHC well (quickly done) My debited an amount of almost CHF 1500.- on my credit card for a cache of a Jepp that was not originally in the VHC. For me Europcar is over.... never again. Now they are going to court.

To flee... from liars. And scammers to customers and insurance companies. They are little people who try by all means to extract money from you. Big Scam. I thought that in Portugal people were more honest.

New car, best price, exzellent service! Super!

Friendly, helpful and competent service. However, they rented me a vehicle that was not completely clean and the interior had a strong smell of tobacco.

At the Europcar station in Vila do Conde, my experience was very good. However, regarding the coordination with the airport station and the Lisbon central station, IT COULDN'T HAVE BEEN WORSE. From the moment I had to exchange my vehicle for an identical one due to maintenance on the first one, they opened a new contract with a daily rate that was around 30% more expensive. On the first day, I paid twice (1 rate for each vehicle), etc., etc., etc. The matter has been handed over to DECO, of which I am a member.
