Easy to reach by Metro, efficient Airport with a fast check in pace, good facilities but sometimes not very clear which gate to depart from, when a change of gate or delay happens. Like any other Airport, prices are a bit high on foods and beverages, so please take some with you before heading to the Airport. Disabled people get a very good service and guidance.
Absolutely brilliant. Clean. Helpful, friendly staff who went above and beyond with our booked Assistance. Especially the young girl who met us on arrival and pushed Pete on 23/9/23. She went to great trouble explaining where everything was for our return journey and advising re travel cards. Highly recommended Porto airport experience!
Very quick through passport control and security. Lots of duty free shops and places to eat.
It’s not terrible overall too many checkpoints with no real reason though . Once you pass the initial customs area they still ask for your ID 1 million times.
One of the biggest airports in Europe with plenty of destinations. Affordable international flights. Well communicated with Spain by bus. You can reach Vigo in about two hours. They have the technology that allows you to leave your electronics in your bag during the security check!
Buetiful and wide airport, though passport self-check terminal was extremely confusing with, obviously, portugeese that most of the people at the airport dont know. Sudden toilet cleaning created a 40 people queue for men only, into which we were "happy" to arrive as soon as it began to form. It might be a mentality of people working in portugal which in some way is a cultural shock for some people.

Waiting outside waiting for the Rayanair to be ready, departure at 6.35am its a real chimney breathing in this polluted area..... question cant we wait inside at this point?? Or find an alternative solution....

Très grand aéroport avec de nombreuses compagnies de vol. Handicapés pour la marche, nous avons été pris en charge rapidement et aimablement par le service chargé de cette mission. Ceci nous a rendu le voyage bien plus agréable. Merci à celles et ceux qui nous ont convoyés.

Normally, I love the airport in Porto, but this time, the smell on the toilets was disgusting. They use a parfum for the air, which is so intensive that i felt sick after only a minute inside. Please change this!!

The airport is clean and everything is well signposted. On the other hand, the assistance for people who need it leaves something to be desired, especially if you dont speak Portuguese well or very well (no effort is made at all to understand you even in English).
