Totally dissatisfied, I rented a vehicle with exterior damage, I was stranded because the vehicle's connection was loose, the floor mats were not compatible with the vehicle and they still demanded money to put new ones on. When the vehicle was delivered to the customer, they didn't explain anything, they just sent the customer away. Terrible company for renting vehicles. And misleading advertising!!!

The service is getting worse and worse and there is no follow-up. I have been using Kinto for eight years. There is no personal contact, slow and uncomprehending responses. They hide behind the computer system. I will not sign a new contract when it expires at the beginning of 2025.
Kinto Portugal enters into leasing contracts for vehicles to be stored in garages and not for the purpose of carrying out the activity for which they are contracted. They cannot have any dents from normal use. The reconditioning of the vehicle upon delivery is carried out by entities that ask them to be as thorough as possible, checking all the details of the vehicle with a magnifying glass. When they present damage that is not legible in the reconditioning manual and the value presented is questioned, they only respond in accordance with the assessment criteria of the external entity. When the value of the damages caused as verified by the lessee is accepted and the return of the salvage is requested (in this specific case, the radiator grille and protective grille and front bumper), they say that the vehicle cannot be seen again after delivery. The question that arises is, was the replacement of the damaged parts attempted or is this just another way of stealing a few euros from customers? Be very careful when renting with this company, and read every word in the contract and user manuals.
I would rent from Kinto Porto again. Car was clean, perfect condition. Next time a bigger car because Yaris is a bit small for family of 4. André was a great host, at pick up and delivery.
I have a plug-in vehicle with warranty. I had an electrical problem and they told me to deliver the car to Midas in Vila do Conde. Two and a half months have passed, I have no car and no phone call from anyone who manages the issues. So, without taking responsibility, it is easy for anyone to be in the market. Disgraceful behavior.
I am a Kinto client since last August. I had an accident on 07/03 in Lisbon, when I contacted Kinto support-made by Ms. M... I informed I didn't lived in Lisbon but I was with my 2 kids and husband and they gave me the number to go the the rental car to get the replacement vehicle. The vehicle was totally different from my category, when I contacted them to fix the situation the service told me Kinto is closed now and I can't do anything for you, I discussed for 30 mins and I needed to pay extra money to have the same vehicle (older but the similar) than I contracted. My contract, In clause 6, paragraph one, says clearly: SIXTH CLAUSE REPLACEMENT VEHICLE 1. If the vehicle is immobilized for a period exceeding 4 (four) hours, KINTO will provide the CUSTOMER with a replacement vehicle (VS) of the same category as the CUSTOMER's vehicle. Tried to contact the juridical sector by all these emails of operations, contracts, and all staffs I have, and all call center. Received a call from Ms. M... and informed that in my contract says that I contracted a "pequeno familiar" from Kinto, so I asked her if Toyota Corolla, is it a "pequeno familiar" and she didn't answer, because she knows clearly, it's not, and if I rented this for the Kinto, why when I go to get the car to have a similar car for them is it an upgrade? All leasings companies around the world specifically do all efforts to have minimum discomfort to the client and support the client as much as humanly possible to assist the client. However here we found ourselves in a situation Kinto and specifically the staff from Portugal are abusing the client at very misfortunate situation of an accident where some one else had just hit the car . Not only that we have to go thru the trauma of the accident but Kinto is abusing the client and squeezing maximum to have their expenses paid by the client thought the contract clearly mentions that they will replace same category vehicle ( please not its not similar ) its same ! Our strong recommendation : Please avoid at all cost the Kinto Leasing. Its not suitable for family, SME or Corporates. The service of portugal office is incredibly unprofessional and a dirty stain to the name of Toyota. Run away, they don"t respect you!!!!!

2 horas ao telemovel a espera que me atendessem para tentar resolver um problema urgente ninguem atendeu , liguei para o numero geral nao conseguem ajudar nem transferir para o departamento específico

Tenham cuidado com esta empresa. Antes de assinar contrato prometem mundos e fundos. Quando há algum problema, ninguém ajuda ninguém. Eles só querem rescisões para ficarem com os carros e com o dinheiro. E isto não é nada comparado ao que eu já vi sobre esta empresa. Enfim é tudo uma questão de interesse
Falta de respeito com fornecedores, é impossível falar com alguém!!! Não aconselho ninguém a prestar serviços para esta empresa

Für mich nur Betrug, habe einen 4 Jahre alten Volkswagen Passat mit ca. 40000 km gekauft. Nach 9 Tagen Getriebeschaden, Reparatur dauert mehrere Wochen. Leihwagenkosten über 2000,00 Euro muss ich selber tragen. Achtung Vorsicht, dort werden Autos mit verdeckten Mängeln verkauft. FINGER WEG !!!!
Serviço prestado foi fantástico, precisei de substituir pára-brisas, pneus dianteiros e tratar da IPO e tudo correu da melhor forma, agendaram as intervenções de acordo com a minha disponibilidade, assim que o veículo ficou pronto enviaram mensagem, só posso elogiar e agradecer. Parabéns pelo vosso serviço ao cliente.

Que grande lixo antes trabalhava com Arval podiam não ser perfeitos mas no mínimo atendiao os telefones que podia tar a morrer, não sei como é que tem 4 estrelas lixo mesmo não recomendado 0 estrelas

No recomiendo para nada esta basura de empresa de alquiler de vehículos a ninguno de los compatriotas que estén en Portugal. Mal servicio de atención al cliente, peores coches. No hay forma humana de poner una reclamación, para alquilar todos saben español, para las incidencias es como si hablaras en chino, nadie quiere saber nada. A la hora de gestionar la devolución del vehículo todo son problemas, campa llena vuelva otro día, pero vamos a ver que estoy de vacaciones y no puedo dedicar 2 o 3 días en un alquiler de coche. Sinceramente, no recomiendo esta empresa de alquiler a nadie.
Impossível ligar para esta empresa. Carro na revisão, com viatura de substituição e pedido de transporte até à rent-a-car no dia... Aguardo ainda email sobre o envio do táxi. Para quem tem que trabalhar é muito mau. Mau funcionamento da empresa, recebo mensagens de várias viaturas atribuídas à empresa em vários pontos do país... O que vale é que a revisão é aos 40000....
Péssima empresa, desaconselho. Tudo é apenas em prol deles, dizem que viaturas têm seguro que no final não existe, não temos respostas em tempo útil.
