Enterprise Rent-A-Car em Vila Nova de Gaia

FORBIDEN THIS COMPANY The worst rental car company in Porto ! We have 3 credit card but apparently they're not credit card for this company. Despite no informations at the reservation and ni solution to finaly rent the car.

If you’re using google to find this enterprise location, it is not correct. The agency is located at Guerin Gaia just 2 blocks down the street. Great service so far and I am American.

I do not recommend Enterprise to anyone! It was not a serious company. I have always used Enterprise for over 9 years, but this time they made a huge mistake that jeopardized my entire travel plan. I rented a 9-seater van, which was confirmed and paid for in advance. When I arrived in Istanbul, I was surprised to find that there were no 9-seater vans and that I would have to stay in 2 standard cars if I wanted one. They did not give me any options. In addition to paying more, we had to put one person from the group to drive the other vehicle, which was not able to drive the entire trip. The second driver was having problems and we had to stop every hour. It was horrible. It resulted in aggravated health problems and he ended up hospitalized in Istanbul. In addition to the double cost of fuel and tolls. For me, Enterprise definitely represents the stigma of a company that does not honor its commitments to its customers. Do not rent from Enterprise unless you want problems on your trip.
