Antonio was an excellent guide for our tour of the city. His knowledge and personality made the tour very enjoyable. We were introduced to a wide variety of places of interest and were treated to some amazing views, He kept the tour moving smoothly, while providing plenty of historical detail to add to the enjoyment of our tour. The e bikes were in VG to new condition. Antonio the guide maneuvered the crowds and guided us around the city that would honestly be difficult to do without e-bikes. Personally we would have liked to hear more about local and current information on the city along with the history information that was provided.

Great tour and Antonio was a great guide as well. The bikes were pretty new and modern and made riding the multiple hills of Porto sooo easy and enjoyable!!! Highly recommended!!!

We highly recommend! We rent 2 bikes for 4h, the bikes are super comfortable and easy to ride. He let us pass the rental hour without charging any additional fee, and offered us the baskets for our personal belongings. He also gave us useful advice on where to spend the afternoon and the cellars to visit. All in all very positive experience and service! Muito obrigada!

This is perhaps our favorite activity in Portugal. Bernardo provided a very interesting tour, starting with an overview from a high vantage point, and then taking us to many key sites. The e-bikes were a fun and easy way to see Porto!

Great e-bike Tour. Bernardo was fantastic from the start ensuring everyone was comfortable on their ebike, including a relaxed test run before setting off. His instructions were very clear, and the tour progressed at a relaxed pace. At each of the stops interesting information was shared with us. Neither of us had ridden e-bikes before and we both highly recommend this tour.

An absolute highlight of our stay in Porto - cannot recommend highly enough! We were in a group of 8 cyclists with our fab guide, Bernado. He is a local expert and we loved learning about his beautiful city. The tour began after each participant was fitted on their bike and comfortable with the basics. You do not need previous experience on an e-bike; they are very easy to use. We saw other tours with much larger groups and appreciated our manageable size. From the booking to check-in, the tour, and conclusion, it was all managed expertly. Friends of ours did a walking tour and wished they had done the e-bike tour with us. We covered a lot of ground, learned a lot, and loved it!

We had such a great experience with Bernardo and CICLO. Communication was great, very fair prices and they suggested a perfect route for us to do on our own - it was very easy for the five of us, which included my 60 s/70 s in-laws and my 3 year old daughter who rode on the back of my bike. We felt very safe. Finally, Bernardo (apologies for almost certainly misspelling his name!) was super patient and detailed in briefing us on how the bikes worked and where to go. Highly recommend this independent trip and in sure the tours are just as excellent.

This bike tour is brilliant. There were 5 of us in our group, our guide was very knowledgeable and easy to chat to. Definitely recommend this bike tour. We covered a lot of ground and went to the Monastery, train station, book shop, bridges, park to view the Atlantic ocean, Cathedral, churches. An excellent tour.

These are well maintained, great quality bikes. Highly recommend. My husband and I hired two bikes for the day and head out along south coast. 90% of route is cycle paths, wonderful views, miles of beaches and plenty of places to stop for food and drink. Service at CICLO was brilliant. Professional and friendly.

My family of four went on the Porto Highlights Tour on our first day in Porto. It was an excellent way to orient ourselves and see some of the beautiful sites. We covered a lot more ground than we could have on foot. Bernardo, our guide, was fantastic!

Very nice way to get a first impression of the city. The views of Porto are spectacular. Our guide was great, very friendly and patient, taking time to point out interesting things and answering questions. They use very good quality bikes, and go with smaller groups. We did many touristic tours in many cities. This one is definitely amongst the best.

CICLO Bikes tour guide (Antonio?) gave us an excellent tour of Porto. The EBikes are by far the best we have ever rented anywhere. Antonio was considerate, polite and quite informative about the history of his city. I must say that we were a bit uncomfortable with the crowds, cobble stone roads and traffic while on the EBike. Thank you so sorry we had to run off quickly to catch our return transportation to the cruise ship.

Although the tour cost a bit, I was very satisfied with it. It was an electric bike so it wasnt hard and it was a tour that you could enjoy while feeling the cool breeze

Our three hour bike ride was a fantastic way to see the sights across Porto and learn about the city s history. Came here on a cruise stop - last minute decision, called them on my way from cab and they graciously waited. Bernardo was patient and knowledgeable. My wife not really comfortable in traffic but he accommodated and everything went smoothly. Bikes are top notch - hills are not a concern.

This bike rental company is a winner! We were cycling through Porto when a pedal on my own bike broke,after a bit of searching we came to this company just before closing time on Saturday afternoon. The owner was very helpful and fitted new pedals on the spot for almost buy-in price. So if you want to rent a bike with top service then this company is the place to be! My family and I took the riverbank tour and had a great experience. We were already seeing the central part of Porto with another tour and on our own, so opted for the riverbank tour to see sites farther out. Got to see a different part of Porto which was very interesting. Our guide was great, and made sure we were all keeping up and safe. The e-bikes make the riding essentially effortless.

With only a couple of days in Porto, this was the perfect way to see the whole city and avoid walking up and down every single hill. This city is gorgeous, and our guide (Bernardo) did a great job of sharing fun facts about the city and making sure we all felt safe in the middle of highly-trafficked areas. If you only have a short amount of time here (or even if youre staying long-term), I would highly recommend taking part in this fun and informative activity.

Booked the 3 hour tour as the first thing we do in Porto. I must say it was 100% the correct decision. Bernardo, our guide was fabulous. Explained the technique and risks of using the e-bikes. It was our first time on the e-bikes and boy were we surprised. Porto is and up and down city and we were amazed at the easy at which we went up the hill. Mind you its not an e-scooter, you have to peddle but the e-bike makes it so easy. Bernardo stopped at all the main places and explained the history in detail. He was patient and also gave us tips to different bars and restaurants in the city. Will surely recommend.

Ciclo EBikes is a fantastic way to explore Porto! We initially took the river tour with our fun and informative guide, Antonio, and enjoyed that tour so much we came back a second time to take the city tour, again with Antonio as our guide! The views of the river and city from these tours were spectacular and we explored areas we never would have found on our own. The eBikes Ciclo provided were state of the art and the guide always kept our safety as their number one priority. We had a blast and made memories of a lifetime! Totally recommend Ciclo EBikes!

Perfect service. Good quality bikes! Only bike rental we could find who could rent us bikes that can carry our three children (4, 7 & 9 years)! The owner really helped us finding a solution for our family. We cylced 75km in two days and the children loved it and we felt perfectly safe on the streets of Porto!

We had a wonderful bike tour on Sunday. Antonio, our guide was excellent, showing us around all the main sights of Porto, pausing at each place with an explanation of the site, explaining how to use the bikes to sail up Portos notorious hills and doing so with great humour and knowledge. We always go on cycle tours when were on holiday and have been on them in Valencia, Cadiz and San Sebastian, this was definitely the best - a five star experience!

Wir haben dann zwei Tage später noch mal E-bikes geliehen und sind Richtung Capela do Senhor da Pedra gefahren, traumhaft. Auch eine Empfehlung von Lola. Facettenreicher kann man Porto und Portugal nicht kennenlernen. Very enjoyable tour of the city, broken up nicely by stops with explanations of local buildings, history etc. Easy to book. Excellent guide (Lola) who guided everyone carefully through the busy traffic and very clearly paid attention to anyone struggling who had never used an electric bike before. Would definitely recommend as a starting point on a visit to Porto to give you an appreciation of the city.

The staff are really, really, really friendly. I was debating whether to rent a bike for 4 hours or all day, and they suggested I rent it for 4 hours and pay the difference if I arrive later. They also told me about the restaurant when I returned the bike and let me travel the next day. I also planned the route haha. If you are going to rent for more than 2 hours, it is cheaper than renting something on the street.

There s a reason CICLO has five stars across the board - their bikes are incredible, but we spoke to Bernado, who is just so passionate about what he does and gave us a brilliant itinerary for the day. My wife and I just took a 3 hour tour of Porto, Portugal, on an E-Bike with Bernardo from Ciclo Urban Electric Bikes. It was one of the most informative tours and one of the most enjoyable bike rides we ve had the pleasure of experiencing. Bernardo was warm, enthusiastic, and profoundly well informed about the history and culture of Porto. The bike shop staff was super friendly and helpful. They provided helmets, gave us instructions on the shifting systems, and made sure our bikes fit us properly before we hit the streets. They even loaned us bikes to go get lunch along the river while they closed for their lunch hour! I ve been an ardent cyclist for most of my adult life, riding both road and mountain bikes, and I ve climbed more hills and mountains than I wish to remember. However I have never experienced the ease and joy of riding up hills like I did on this tour. Despite the steepness and surface irregularities of the tiled streets in Porto, we cruised up them as if riding on a flat road with a tailwind. Not an easy feat for a 70-year-old who hadn t been on a bike for the past 2 years. Likewise, my wife who is younger than me but hasn t been on a bike in over 5 years, rode ahead of me the entire ride. Riding their E-Bikes made climbing hills easier than we ever thought possible. If you are ever in Porto and want an interesting history lesson of the city and the country, and if you want to experience an incredible bike ride around the city, I would highly recommend the E-Bike tour from Ciclo. You won t be disappointed!

I have done this tour twice because it is THAT GOOD!!! They masterfully craft each tour based on the group and what they want to see and do. The pace is very comfortable and you are able to really enjoy the different sights without feeling rushed. The bikes are very high quality and very well maintained. It feels like you are riding a brand new bike each time. The team clearly put a lot of effort into the quality of the equipment and the value of the tour. So much fun! We loved our guide and feel so grateful to have seen the city on bikes.

Rented e-bikes and pedaled west to the beaches then south along the coast for a great morning s ride. Friendly staff got us set up with good quality bikes and gave recommendations on the route including coffee and lunch stops. Rode on bike paths almost the whole time for an about 40km round trip that fit into a 4 hour rental including a lunch stop at the Al Furada fisherman s village which was a highlight.

We rented ebikes to cycle to and down the coast. We loved it!! The staff at Ciclo ebikes were friendly and helpful. They spoke English well. They gave us a thorough description of the route with restaurant suggestions! The shop was close to Luiz I bridge and easy to find with good signage. A fabulous way to spend a day on our visit to Porto! We would highly recommend this company!

This was a fantastic tour! We have done city bike tours with various companies in Paris, Barcelona and Lisbon, and while they were all good, this one with Ciclo EBikes was by far the best. I researched the various companies in Porto befoer choosing them, and I chose it because of the fantastic reviews on various sites, but also because they had by far the best quality bikes. Our tour guide, Bernardo, was fully bilingual, English/Portuguese, and it was clear how much he loves his city and his level of historical knowledge was outstanding. He always provided great context, made us laugh, and answered every single question we had. We left lucky that he he was our guide, Back to the bikes: these are not cheap bikes, and they are maintained to a very high level. This makes a big difference when you are biking on hills and cobblestones, I promise you. The company also puts safety first: you wear helmets, and the guide carries a first aid kit and repair kit. Directions were very clear on bike operation, and the bikes were super easy to use. They are also very comfortable, and biking up and down hills was effortless. We only had one full day in Porto, and I am so glad we chose this tour instead of a walking tour or tuk tuk. I feel like we saw and learned so much more on the bikes with Bernardo. Incredibly good bike store. We took the 3 hour tour with Lola and it was fantastic in spite of the rain. Lola is an excellent guide. Several days later we rented the bikes for a day and travelled north and south along the coast. The only way to see Porto and surrounding towns given the traffic. The bikes are top notch for hilly Porto.

Took a city tour on an E-bike with Bernardo this afternoon. What a great experience! The bike took the strain off the Porto hills and Bernardo shared his in-depth knowledge of his home town. Saw so much more than we expected and got some gentle exercise at the same time. Don t hesitate to book a tour. We felt safe, well looked after and it was a super introduction on our first day here.

Great quality bikes, great prices, I paid 30euros/4h and biked till the ocean and further away, came back and biked downtown. The manager is very friendly and gives a lot of useful advice. I recommand 100% !

This shop and Lola in particular are absolutely fantastic. Despite the fact that I rented my bike from another rental company which was closed on a Sunday, Lola went out of her way to help me repair my chain. She is a real credit to Ciclo bikes and I have no reservations of highly recommending this company to anyone that wants to rent an e-bike in Porto. If I could give more stars I would.

Had a great experience renting a bike. The owner was super helpful, explained everything about the bike, helped to tune it and gave tour recommendations. It was my first time riding an e-bike and it turned out to be super fun. Equipment he gave us was fresh and solid. If you re looking for a nice ride along the coast, I definitely recommend this place.

We did the bike tour and hired the bikes the next day. The bike tour was excellent, the tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. The bikes themselves were awesome. For the bike hire we went out to the coast and headed south; some amazing beaches and lots of bars and cafes to stop for a drink. All in, I can highly recommend Ciclo EBikes; really friendly and helpful with excellent bikes too. Cant wait to come back.

Renting a bike in Porto and riding along the coast was one of the highlights of our trip to Porto. What made the experience even more special was Lola, who helped us with our bikes. Her customer service was superb. She was so friendly and helpful, especially as we were late for our reservation ( took longer than we thought to walk to the store). The bikes were perfect for our ride, comfortable with plenty of power. Getting to the bike path was a little tricky, having to ride around people and on the road, but the path is marvelous. We biked south and stopped for a quick bite at one of the beachside cafes. Perfect day!

We did a 3 hour city highlights tour with Antonio. It was amazing!!!! Honestly one of the best tours we have been on. We went all over the city, saw the city center, train station, crystal gardens, city center etc. Antonio was knowledgeable, funny and engaging. We would highly, highly recommend this tour and specifically Antonio as the guide.

Es war eine tolle Tour! Bernado hat uns super viele spannende Hintergrundinformationen über seine Heimatstadt gegeben. Wir haben verschiedene Spots angefahren und er hat uns immer wieder was dazu erzählt, wir durften fragen stellen und auch das ein oder andere eraten.Ich bin vorher noch nie mit einem E- Bike gefahren. Es macht aber absolut Sinn bei den Steigungen in der Stadt und ist dadurch auch super angenehm. Würde es jedem empfehlen und immer wieder machen.

I signed up for the 3hr city e-bike tour before we arrived for our vacation into Porto. Once we arrived, I noticed no there were no bike paths and cars like to fly by, therefore I was extremely nervous for this tour. Being this my first time on an e-bike I was second guessing whether to continue with the tour. Boy, would that have been a mistake, if I had backed out. Our host was amazing, he made sure we were comfortable the entire time, and this turned out to be the most exciting and memorable tour in Porto. Wat een prachtige fietsroute langs het strand aan de zuidkant van Porto over een km s lang fietspad. Ontzettend veel strandtenten waar je kunt lunchen en baaien waar je op het strand kan liggen of een duik in de zee nemen. De fietsen waren perfect om een hele dag op pad te zijn en de eigenaar van Cyclo geeft je leuke tips voor onderweg.

This Electric Bike Tour of Porto was a wonderful experience. The best bike tour in Porto. The bikes are luxurious, and simple to learn for a novice. Ciclo zit op een perfecte lokatie voor een geweldige fietstocht, aan de voet van de Luis I brug met een parkeergarage praktisch naast de deur. Wij hadden 6 prima e-bikes, goede sloten erbij (handig in een tasje aan het stuur waar je zelf ook nog wat spullen in kwijt kan). Ik had een mandje mee voor onze hond, maar die paste net niet goed. Toen kwam de eigenaar met een splinternieuw mandje aanzetten! De route is geweldig, je kan helemaal naar Espinho grotendeels over het mooie rode fietspad, langs de kust, met strandjes en genoeg leuke strandtentjes! Echt een aanrader!!

THIS IS THE PLACE FOR PORTO BIKE TOURS!!! We recently took a tour with Bernardo and it was excellent. The attention to detail is the main reason that they stood out. - Prompt and friendly check-in as we arrived and let us know that the WC was available if we needed it. - They paid close attention to our equipment needs: - Helmets were carefully selected and sized. - Bikes were chosen according to rider size. - Seats were sized appropriately according to the riders size and pedaling preference. - Carrying capacities of the bikes were demonstrated and a complimentary bottle of water was provided. - The battery assist functions of the E-Bike were carefully explained to that each rider would be safe and comfortable with the functions during the ride. This was our first time riding E-Bikes and they made it the perfect way to experience Porto. The hills were not an issue and it was very easy to ride just like any other regular bicycle. Bernardo took us on a comprehensive tour of the city and was very knowledgeable of the various locations where we stopped. He took the time to explain the significance of each stop and the surroundings. By taking us through a wide variety of stops, we were able to see a complete view of the city and not just the area by Ponte Luiz I where many tourists will spend their time. He took the time to make sure everyone understood what he was saying so that no one felt out-of-place. The timeliness of the tour was also excellent in that we left promptly and also arrived back on time with a good amount of time at each stop around the city. I bought my bike from Ciclo 18 months ago. Even now, when I have a problem, they are quick to solve it & go way beyond normal customer service. This week, they came to my home, repaired my bike, brought an assortment of bike bags for me to chose from & even spent the time to find me a safe way to get my bike to & from the garage. They will always be my bike shop!

The best way to see the city! The bikes are top of the line which is needed in Porto given the incline and cobblestone. Youll be surprised how comfortable and easy it is to navigate the streets in Porto with these bikes. We did a city tour with Bernardo who is a local with deep knowledge of his hometown. Was very good at explaining the game plan along the way and was very safe. I was taking pictures while riding the bike at the beginning of the tour and Bernardo politely asked me to save the picture taking for when we made our stops (wasnt mad about it at all bc I knew he was just looking out for my safety). Bernardo spoke great English and shared a lot of history and was able to answer all questions thrown his way. Being a local he had no problem providing suggestions for food, attractions, or just basic directions to get somewhere. You can tell Bernardo is passionate about what he does and loves his city and is determined to share it with people so they can fall in love with Porto too. The bike tour was a highlight during our time in Porto and I feel like it should be the first thing all visitors should do to help understand the layout of the city while getting a taste of the highlights. Use the tour to determine what is worth going back to and use the insights from Bernardo to help plan the rest of your stay in Porto.

Best costumer service, very friendly people. The bike I rented was in perfect condition and was able to do almost 70km on full charge! The city had already been explored on foot so I took a ride by the coast South of Porto up until Capela do Senhor da Pedra - this route has a perfect cycling path and very nice ocean views. And then back to the city and to the other side of Porto up North until Capela da Boa Nova - this route isnt as bike friendly as the previous one. The same goes for views

Ciclo is a fantastic little company. Really friendly staff made our tour very special, helped by their insistence of having smaller groups. Our guide Joao spoke multiple languages and showed us places in Porto we would never have found on our own, or with our nose in a guide book. Also, this was our first ride on electric bikes and they were top quality. So easy to climb up the steep hills of Porto with no effort at all. Truly the best way to see the city. We liked the bikes so much that we rented them for a day for our own tour the following day (with much help from Ciclo on where to go) - but pleased we did the guided tour around the city. Would highly recommend Ciclo for your stay in Porto. Would be great if they offered a Ride, Wine and Dine tour!!!

Nice and easy, we were in and out in 10 minutes with our e-bikes, which were nice bikes. Good recommendation to cycle to the south beaches. Very nice way to spend the day!

Together with a friend of mine we were both looking to purchase two top of the range Riesse & Mueller bikes and despite living in the Algarve with another dealers closer, we decided to get our new bikes from Ciclo sports. Obviously, price is one of the main factors but service and after care was also high on our list of priorities. From the first moment we spoke with Filipe it was clear he was the best choice despite being the furthest away ! This week he delivered our bikes personally and spent a full days setting up the bikes, riding together a full morning and making minor adjustments. This guy has the patience of a saint as we have bombarded him with questions for weeks and every time answered these in great detail and always with a sense of humour. When he didn t know the answer straight away on some real technical issues, he did say so and referred back to Bosch in Germany. That s honesty and one of the reasons why we choose him in the first place and now also ordered two new Nevo bikes for our partners. Sorry Filipe, another trip to the Algarve . ;) Like to wish you and your team every success for the future, you deserve it.

Nous hésitions entre le tuktuk et le vélo pour découvrir porto et vu le monde dans les rues ne regrettons absolument pas! Le vélo électrique est vraiment le meilleur allié de celui qui veut pouvoir se faufiler partout en un minimum de temps. Notre guide était vraiment super, il connaît les rues comme sa poche et nous as montré des endroits vraiment magiques! Porto est une ville qui monte, donc même si vous êtes un montagnard dans lâme lassistance électrique nest vraiment pas de trop vu les cols que nous avons montés. Nous avons tellement apprécié lexpérience que le lendemain nous avons loué à nouveau les vélos pour aller se promener au sud de Porto, le long de locéan via 20km de piste cyclable! Nous recommandons cette expérience!

We booked two ebikes for an afternoon a day in advance. Pretty easy way to get around and amazing bikes. We toured down all the way along the coast to Capela do Senhor da Pedra, stopped for coffee and a nice fish meal on the way back. For this type of tour you dont get the battery drained. With that support and the quality of bikes the prices seems fair. After a couple of days in Porto and Gaia with Metro, Uber and many steps on the counter it was another brilliant way to explore the area. Booking in advance is recommended. So plan ahead.

Weil es so schön war, haben wir uns am nächsten Tag e-bikes ausgeliehen und sind an der Küste entlang bis Senhor da Pedra gefahren (auch ein toller Tipp vom Ciclo Team), superschön. Kann man nur empfehlen!

The owners were super helpful! They gave us directions for a gorgeous ride along the coast that allowed us to avoid cars. We rented 2 electric bikes that lasted our entire 6 hour ride with 40% power to spare. Bikes were comfortable and came with locks, a sachel and helmets. We ve rented e-bikes in several cities in the past and these were the best so far!

Very affordable e-bike rental! We did a half day (4 hours) for 25 and it was the perfect amount of time. It gets windy near the coast and the battery was my best friend! Good service and high quality bike :)

Honestly, I m in excellent shape, but I would ve struggled getting around (especially on the coast) without the ebike the wind is absolutely crazy If f you are trying to decide between spending a little more and getting an ebike or saving and getting a regular bike, don t think twice .you will thank me later! ;) Highly recommend this place!!! FYI: they also do ebike tours, which we didn t do but I would try that next time!

Great experience. Ordered bike rental and then did nice solo adventure of about 40 miles with still 30pct charge left on the fabulous top quality Reisse and Muller bike. These are 6000 plus bikes. Great suspension so you dont feel the bumps. Powerful so you can breeze up hills. Thanks also to Lola who gave instructions on the bike and even suggested a nice route for me.

CICLO offers super advice and first-class e-bikes. My friend (57 years old) and I (56 years old) wanted to rent a normal bike for a day trip. We happened to come by CICLO. Thanks to the super friendly and confidence-inspiring advice plus the offer to try out an e-bike, we rented two e-bikes. It was the first time we rode an e-bike. It was very easy to handle and a super positive experience. We enjoyed it so much that we wanted to ride further and further south; by the way, there are super bike paths along the coast. The strong headwind on the way back didnt bother us thanks to the e-bikes. We can only warmly recommend the e-bike rental company CICLO with its DREAM TEAM. Thanks to this great experience, I will certainly buy an e-bike as soon as possible.

Great experience with a superb quality ebike! We took the bikes with 2 kids (4 and 1) in the back for a 36km ride (2x18) to Praia da Granja. Many playgrounds on the way where we stopped for the kids to enjoy and beautiful views that catch your eyes along the red path down the beaches, but most definitely when you ride back to Porto city! Service is really good and the quality of the bikes are very good! We had an effortless ride on tour mode and had plenty of battery left when we returned, so we could have even gone up 2 modes to make even more easy! The roads down the beaches are really safe and smooth to ride with kids (youngest one even fell asleep couple of times) and navigating your way around is really easy too! For all 4 of us this was one of the most exciting adventures in Porto and would recommend this to anyone!

This shop was close to our hotel and on deciding to hire a couple of bikes to explore the coast we could not have chosen better. We are keen cyclists but had never been on E bikes before. The store owner, said we d love the bikes and he was not wrong! We were given excellent instructions and a pair of high end bikes and off we went. The trip down the Douro river and along the coast was on cycle paths and board walks above the beaches. We had a great afternoon and were glad of some electric assistance battling the winds blowing off the ocean on the way back. All in all a fantastic experience and a memorable day out! 5 stars all the way for Ciclo E bikes

The best way to see Porto! We upgraded to the performance e-bikes and they were worth it! Cycled out on the Vila Nova de Gaia side and had lunch at Taberna de Sao Pedro. Stopped off at Churchills garden bar and cycled all the way along the old town and back along the river. A 50km cycle easy and fun experience! Thank you Philippe!

Super friendly staff, easy to book and collect, very affordable yet high quality bikes! I spent an afternoon exploring Douro valley and with these e-bikes and their Turbo mode there was 0 effort in climbing the hills. Recommended! Even if youre not a fan of cycling, Ciclo will for sure change your mind about that. Ill probably get it for another day to explore some more

We did a 3 hour eBike tour of Porto in late September. The tour was great and we would definitely recommend the tour to anyone who wants to get a good overview of the City in 3 hours. We used the trip to get our bearings and decide where we wanted to visit during our stay and the tour did this. The bikes were of a high quality and our guide Antonio was fantastic. The team made sure our bikes were set up correctly before we left, the route was safe and Antonio made sure we were all together and navigated the traffic safely. Much of the route was on back roads so this was not too much of a problem. Antonio was extremely informative during the tour and the designated stopping points meant we covered all the key tourist areas of Porto. It is hilly so the eBikes are great ! This trip was well worth the money and the quality of the bikes and our guide helped to make this a great 3 hours in Porto.

The shop is at the head of the famous D Luis bridge on Gaia side, at the waterfront level, probably the most convenient location to start any bike trip on south side of the river. The staff are all very friendly and speak good English, also answered all my questions wrt the bike routes, etc. The ebike I got was sturdy, fast, with good brakes and functions very well. Highly recommended.

Best way to move around Porto! We did the guided tour, and Lola was a great tour guide. The quality of the bikes is above any other rental place of the area. Next time in Porto, we will definitely rent them again for a solo tour. Definitely a recommended experience!

Electric bike tour is a great way to discover the city and get a feeling of the atmosphere while having a good first view of where to find the must see spots. Electric is a must as its a very steep city in someplaces. The bikes are of top quality and very safe to ride. The helmets with intercom are awesome to hear the explanations while riding. Lola and Bernardo were very kind, professional and full of good stories and information worth the tour. A must!

We hired electric bikes for an afternoon of cycling. The assistant was very thorough & helpful, adjusting the bikes to suit and fitting us out with helmets. The equipment was top quality and all worked as it should. No hesitation in recommending this excellent service.

Ciclos Porto Highlights e-bike tour has been a highlight of our visit! Our friendly and knowledgeable guide João (who is not allowed to have a bad day) had wonderful stories of Porto history to share and was also great at maneuvering our group around the city on streets that I would otherwise have been intimidated to ride on. I should also mention that the e-bikes themselves were fantastic on hills and cobblestones. Highly recommend!

As I left Ciclo after returning my rental bike I assured them I would be writing an excellent review. Little did I think that I would just be adding another voice of admiration, appreciation and affection for Filipe and Joan to the many other positive reviews. None the less it is a pleasure to point others towards this excellent bike shop with super nice staff, top end e-bikes and a warm and cheerful manner. When I am with a group of friends we enjoy nothing more than a guided bike tour and by all accounts those led by Joan are excellent. When alone I love to find a really good bike and just go off and explore. Filipe was happy to let me have his ride, a top end Reisse & Mueller, similar to my own HNF Nikolai bike. Well equipped and with a sense that heading out along the river to the coast and then going on the cycle path would be good I headed off. It was just perfect, couldn t have asked for more. Lots to see, excellent biking infrastructure, a myriad of cafes and restaurants and quiet beaches. This was a highlight of a three night break in Porto and I am deeply content to have chosen Ciclo. Guys I wish you every success.
