STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! First and foremost the employee who is at this location most of the time has an attitude problem and clearly has no idea what customer service is. Second, two years in a row my parents rented a car and did not get the car they rented nor a car within the same class but they sure charge you for a higher end vehicle. Their excuse “this is what we have” and they don’t give a shit. My parents have now had to cancel there credit card after being back home for over a month.. Sixt car rental has put through MULTIPLE fraudulent charges under different company names, one company showing up as “.” Luckily the bank can see these charges are coming from this company. You rent from Sixt rent a car, pay for everything in full days before even picking up your car and once you return the car you start getting charges from JAPPARC RENT A-CAR, search up the reviews under JAPPARC RENT A-CAR and you will see every one with the same reviews, claiming to be scammed by SIXT with this company name. You can also try to call them and email them.. they won’t respond OR will tell you they are still looking into it, or better yet the last person told me they have absolutely NO IDEA what these JAPPARC RENT A-CAR charges are for and it is NOT them. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Sixt, is the best car rental company that I have used in my personal opinion. I only use Sixt when I travel.

Friendly and helpful people. The prices aren't very appealing, but the service is good, thank you. I only don't give more stars because there are no electric car chargers nearby. At least 200kw or 300kw with 4 to 6 stations are missing nearby. Industrial area with few solutions that are no longer up to date.

I received the car, only the exterior was washed, the interior seats were very dirty with dust. In Vila Real there are no cars to choose from, I don't have any indicated in the app or on the website. Very poor service, it doesn't work on the weekends...

At short notice we rented a car online the day before and paid for it (there were more than 10 rental vehicles available online), then we wanted to pick up the car in the morning and the lady just said she was sorry, there was only one left Electric vehicle with a range of 270 km is available, which we couldn't risk due to our travel plans. Sixt could have called us in the morning so that we could save ourselves the trip to the industrial area. Totally bad customer service, incorrect booking tool, we feel ripped off
