We reserved a transfer online from Porto to Opo Airport for 3:30 in the morning, March 7, Thursday, and the driver was outside our hotel early, so we left early and arrived at the airport early. The driver, Paul, was friendly and helpful and professional and spoke great English and had lots of interesting information about Porto to share (without being at all pushy). As neither my wife nor I have smart phones, and we had to rely on an iPad, we werent able to send or receive texts messages to confirm the transfer, but we did receive an email from the company the day before, which made us feel more secure in the transfer. Anyway, I really recommend this transfer service!

A VERY early morning pickup and delivery to airport. All was perfect; on time and professional.

Ricardo was there to greet us at Porto Airport and Walter arrived early to take us back to the airport. We received text messages to remind us (which also reassured us) about both trips. The taxi itself was a Mercedes and very comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend this service.

Mi ha detto che in 8 mesi ha imparato da solo l inglese, che parla molto bene per quel che li serve.

Excellent experience. One of my pieces of luggage did not arrive with my flight. I had to file a report with lost & found at the airport. My driver, Walter, waited patiently during this time. Walter is a very good conversationalist and we had a nice conversation during the drive to my apartment. The weather was quite bad on this day. Very heavy rain and high winds. There was about a 60 meter distance from the carpark & my apartment building. Walter helped me with my many heavy bags & my dog w/ her carrier. Booked the Mercedes from Santiago De Compostela, Spain to Porto, Portugal. Car was nice and comfortable. Beautiful drive that flew by. You can elect to have a stop at a different city which is a nice touch if you are interested in seeing a different area for 30 minutes. Driver was nice. Initial confusion regarding the wifi that was stated on the website but the company was very responsive and took care of it. The entire website is based on Portuguese time which is important to note if you are requesting service in Spain and are an hour ahead.

We had a super nice experience with Porto Airport Transfers. Last minute we had to arrange the shuttles for a business meeting near Porto. I contacted Philip, he was very quick in answering and arranged everything within that day. We had a business reunion with over 40 people flying from everywhere with different time schedules and a lot of baggage. There was a little confusion about the type of baggage, so we needed bigger cars to pick up the other guests, but that was no problem. Then the day of pick up some times and schedules changed, but it was all okay and the company was very understanding and flexible! The drivers were very nice and helpful. Our transfer was from the airport to Douro Valley so 1 hour 20 minute drive. Both ways the drivers were very professional, on time and knowledgeable on what to do and gave us a deep insight to the culture and what to do in the valley. 100% recommend. Worth every penny for a peace of mind. Also the car ride was smooth I fell asleep (I dont do that since I get car sick).

An excellent service which we used on 3 occasions in Porto. All the drivers were very helpful and courteous and the vehicles are of a high standard. All of our transfers were on time and when our flight from London to Porto was delayed the driver waited for us at no additional charge.

We booked a few weeks in advance for transfers from the airport to the city and back (from a different hotel). We received fab email communications and they helped us adjust our booking with ease. Fantastic service, which I used on two occasions. On one occasion, the driver had to collect us at 2:30 am in order for us to make our flight on time. Having a customer service contact number that was available 24hrs a day was reassuring but was never needed as the driver was always there on time.

Taxis were right on time both ways and the taxis were clean and smooth. Both drivers were very kind and polite and this was a great service. Highly recommend them!!

Have no fears if you use this taxi service. We were not sure how it would work out, but it was just as described. The driver was waiting at the arrivals gate with my name on a board. He quickly took us to his car and carefully drove to our hotel in Porto. It was a new Mercedes and spacious. He was courteous and chatty in good English and the half hour journey passed swiftly. I have no hesitation in recommending toptravel.

Super, Super, Driver and Service. Right on time A very comfortable and exceptionally clean Mercedes Benz for a trip to the airport for only $25 Euros. That is 5 Euros less than it cost us to take a regular taxi on a previous trip. This is the absolute best way to get from the airport to your place of stay and back again for the return. The driver was very safe, the vehicle was exceptional, along with the overall service experience - what more could anyone want? 100% recommended.

Top quality service. I booked a return transfer from Porto Airport to the Old Town for 6 people. The driver waited for us after a delayed evening flight and then assisted with our luggage into a new blacked out Mercedes people carrier which had the most comfortable seats! Our driver Alex was exceptionally polite, smartly dressed and gave some tips and information on Porto as we drove from the airport. It s the details that make a service like this. We also booked a return transfer to Lousada for a wedding and they were on time for all pickups again in a clean smart people carrier. It can be stressful organising transport like this for family and the last thing you want is for a service to be badly organised or not even turn up at all. Thankfully we didnt have to worry, everything went without a hitch. Will certainly be using them again on any future trips to Portugal. Highly recommended.

We had to wait quite a long time for our luggage, but they didnt make a point of this. Very friendly drivers, new and big cars, very easy to have baby seats to be reserved as well. Would recommend!

Great experience :-) The driver was waiting at the airport despite half an hour delayed flight arrival. He was very informative, giving advice as to places to visit and eat - so we got our first guided tour on our way from the airport to the hotel ;-) And he spoke both English and Spanish (besides Portuguese of course). Very recommendable!

Our driver Alex came in a huge van just for the two of us and our bicycles, it was large enough to seat 8 pax comfortably. He spoke very good English and gave us excellent tips of what to see, do and eat in Porto. We will definitely recommend this service to other friends.
