Guerin works with entities such as CarJet that do not refund rentals after the vehicle pick-up time, either because they forgot to bring the documentation or because they do not have it at the time. This same entity (CarJet) sends confirmation emails after the payment has already been made, which for some reason usually end up in the company's spam folder. In these cases, Guerin simply cancels the rental without taking responsibility for the second entity. In addition to asking for huge deposits on vehicles, they also have a backward system. Conclusion on this subject: - Low prices at first glance, but with a lot of risk of losing the money without completing the rental, - No responsibility, - Very poor service without clarification, trained to only answer what you ask, leaving the customer "empty-handed". In my opinion, avoid 100%. There are other good companies in the same city.
The lack of professionalism in deceiving the customer is regrettable. After speaking on the phone with the driver's assistance who informed me that there were several group C vehicles available in Viseu to make the exchange, I drove over 100 km to exchange a vehicle, when I arrived at the Viseu agency after just over 60 minutes there was no vehicle to make the exchange. This has to be the last and only agency so that I personally will use their services again.
The customer service representative in Viseu was super professional and explained everything without complicated language. He made the process easy while being very friendly. We will definately be using Guerin in VISEU again.
Company with few principles, and little desire to cooperate! In addition to the delay, they do not make it easy if the person does not have a PHYSICAL credit card... because VISA online, Revolut and MBWay do not accept it!! Shame on these companies!!! I lost €39, the complaint will go ahead!! I also proposed paying the deposit in cash and they did not accept that either.

Atendimento péssimo, envolto a burocracias sem sentido. Não basta ter o dinheiro para o calção de 600 , tem que, OBRIGATORIAMENTE, ser no CARTÃO DE CRÉDITO FÍSICO!

Boa tarde, hoje (2/05/2022), estive mais de uma hora a tentar contactar com a Guerin Viseu, entre as 11h e as 12h30, sem sucesso... acabei por alugar carro noutra empresa.
