First time using Sixt, but was straight forward. Only took a couple of minutes online to book. Went to my local pick up, on Viseu, and after five minutes giving my details, I was in the car and on my way. Returning it was just as simple. The staff were friendly, and made me a coffee whilst they did the paper work. Excellent experience for me, and will definitely be my first port of call when hiring again
