Dopo 1 ora di attesa ci hanno detto che avremmo dovuto ritirare lauto in aereoporto ! Tutto finito ? Assolutamente no ! Al rientro con auto perfetta e tutte le polizze di garanzie ci hanno inviato un CID da compilare per un fantomatico incidente ( naturalmente mai realizzato !!! ) e ora dopo 3 mesi mi hanno inviato degli addebiti sulla mia carta ! LADRI E TRUFFATORI ! STATE ALLA LARGA!! Aggiornamento : dopo un anno altro addebito sulla mia carta di credito e richiesta di danni per 300 euro circa ! Agirò per vie legali ma state alla larga da questi truffatori che continuano a non rispondere a nessuna delle mie telefonate per richieste di chiarimento!!!

I got charged 2000 euro.. for being in an unlimited milage car and missing a service call since I was working in Germany and only got contacted when I was in Germany and was already over the milage. I was told to return instead of preparing service in Germany and then got charged the 2000 1 week before I got paper work for going to Romania for work and no one said anything about the service and would have been able to change cars. Instead I got a 2000 euro charge which I will have to personally pay. This is after renting for 10months and driving many many miles for work. If the GPS is on the car and they can track and know location of the car then Im shocked why this information wasnt shared earlier. Great Christmas gift.

zu empfehlen! Professionell und trotzdem entspannt und cool Auto wie bestellt erhalten. Kurz gewartet und dann innerhalb 5min alles erledigt. Lediglich der lange Weg , zum neuen Übergabeplatz nervt bisschen- 400m sind grad noch so die Grenze zum selbergehen- vor allem mit Gepäck und bei Regen. Auto sauber, getankt und super Zustand! Abgabe am gleichen Ort- Abstellen- es wird sich gekümmert. Zufahrt bisschen fummelig und eng! Trotzdem 5 Punkte wert!- gerne wieder!

Worst rent a car experience in my life.

If you have been scammed, you must verify the contract signed with them and photocopy it to avoid scams. The agreement with the employee was that the deposit amount to be refunded from the car rental was 230 euros, and what was returned to me was less than 100 euros! This is the last time I deal with them

Shady McGrady. Take your own photos of any damage when checking out. They show you the car in near-darkness to make it harder to check it. The person checking me out told me some scratches were too small to matter. Then the person who checked the car back in labeled them as damage. I went back to the counter and they said someone new hadnt been trained properly. Mm hmm. They backed off when I showed them my own photos, but two weeks later I was charged another 50 after paying 300+ for full insurance. Not sure what the point of the full insurance is then. Wont be using them again.

La experiencia fue buena desde el primer momento, nuestro vuelo se retraso 6 horas saliendo desde Madrid, avisamos a la empresa y no tuvimos ningún problema, fuimos al día siguiente a recoger el vehículo, y sin ningún problema, el vehículo estaba muy limpio, nuevo, muy cómodo y bien equipado, disfrutamos 15 días sin ningún problema haciendo miles de kilómetros por todo Polonia, el trato del personal fue correcto tanto a la recogida como a la devolución. Aconsejo coger el seguro a todo riesgo para estar libre de problemas.

Before my trip I have requested for a car from this company,a girl responded me and easily reserved for me a car.Up to here everything was nice and good experience.Before that I told them I do not have credit card and have just debit card.Honestly my poste italiane card is prepaid and wherever I go they accept it for reservations and other things,but when we arrived this company at airport they did not give us the car and our reservation cancelled.because of this bad experience I give just 1 star for this company,since another company gave me the car without any problem and very easily

Overall I had positive experience renting car from Enterprise Warsaw Chopin airport. Terms and insurance provisions have been explained. What hasnt been clearly explained is additional driver charge which I understood was for the entire two weeks and it turned out - it was per day! Was also specifically told not to wash nor vacuum car upon return. Nevertheless the guys in the garage and at the desk marked and documented existing scratches and scuffs. Upon the return (in Krakow airport) another team inspected the car and documented no new scuffs. My security deposit has been returned within few days.

Reading the other reviews below looks like this is a recurring issue with this vendor. SCAM ALERT. The car was fairly old with MULTIPLE SCRATCHES and dents all over. This was concerning so I took a detailed video/photos of the hood upon picking up the car. Once I returned the car, the staff was immediate to point out a small dent over the back left wheel and suggested I will be RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE. I ve shown the staff said video/photos clearly showing the CONDITION WAS PRE EXISTENT at the time of car pick up. The staff acknowledge the same and said there is nothing to be concerned about. A few days later I ve received an email from Enterprise stating the contrary and CLAIMING CHARGES for the repair. I ve emailed Enterprise the photos showing the pre existing condition once again. I m pending reply. Worst case this feels like a SCAM, best case POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would advise you to rent from other vendors to avoid the stress and unnecessary hassle dealing with such issues.

The staff that helped us at Chopin Airport was Simon, a nice, efficient and professional gentleman who spoke excellent English. He gave me his business card before we left the shop, and that proved helpful as we had a few minor issues along the way. The van we rented was in good condition and functioned the way we had hoped.

I made a reservation, but when I came to pick up my car in the evening, they said that they had canceled everything and given away my car. Terrible service. Avoid if you want to save your nerves and the trip.

The car we received is very good, clean, and everything is perfect But suddenly we stopped, the car stopped in the rain in a rural area, and we got lost, and then it suddenly started. The next day, in the morning, the first time we got into the car, it did not start. The problem turned out to be that the remote that started the car itself did not work, and it needed to change the battery. We talked to the company and they came to fix something. Every now and then they said they were on the way and nothing happened. Literally a whole day was wasted and in the end they went and changed the battery at midnight and it worked. Positive: Cleanliness, quality, and reasonable price Negative: Very slow customer service and delays in support

If you want to be swindled, use Enterprise rent-a-car @Chopin airport. On car pick-up the employee at the desk recommended their refuel service. Because that was very easy so you would not have to top up the tank yourself, 1,50 per liter, same as at the gas station. Just sign here sir, your credit card will only be charged for the amount of fuel needed. Afterwards they charge you for the full tank, saying that you have signed for it (I only used 1/4 of a tank). Their customer service also likes to just not respond. Absolutely never use this club again!

My wife rented a car from Enterprise Warsaw at Chopin airport for her trip to Poland. She was offered additional insurance at the counter to cover everything and agreed to it. After arriving at her destination, which was 250 km from the airport, she noticed a scratched bumper on the car. Since she didnt take any pictures during pickup (which was her mistake), she agreed that the scratch happened while she was in possession of the car. During checkout, she discovered that the scratch was not covered by the additional insurance she purchased at check-in. We received an invoice for approximately $430 to repair it. Furthermore, at the counter, she agreed to pay for ¼ of the tank of gasoline, which she was told was 10 liters. However, on the final invoice, she was charged for 20 liters, which is half a tank. This is the second unpleasant experience we have had with Enterprise in Europe. We never had any issues when renting from them in the US. Just try to learn from it.

Rented with Enterprise. Service was fast, car was great. Was served by Gabriela, and she was amazing, very helpful, friendly. She provided me with her number in case I needed to extend or make any changes and was very happy to recommend places to visit in Warsaw. I would rent from this Enterprise again just because of Gabriela s customer service.

Be aware if renting here! Before taking possession of the car take pictures and/or video of everything including tire rims, underneath the car, windows and all sides. I was charged for a scratch on the bumper which I do not believe I caused. Besides I would never see it in the dark parking lot. Learn from my mistake since I am stock with the bill for ridiculous claim. Be careful. Update: saga continues with two different damage invoices and now my credit card was charged twice for different amounts. I will not use this company ever again.

- DEBIT CARD not accepted (90% of French bank cards are debit) and needs a PHYSICAL Credit card . I had a virtual one but not accepted. It was not mentionned when I booked via my company Travel agency. Only ENTREPRISE do that. - I booked a manual car and got an automatic car. - All provided docs are in polish only so that you cant control what you sign FRENCH people avoid ENTERPRISE FRANCAIS évitez ENTERPRISE

Very good service. Quick handover of car, the guys will guide you directly to the right parking lot. Also very handsome return of the rental car. Someone already awaits you for the return and you can drop of the keys directly in the parking garage. Very friendly.

Hi, Rented a car for 4 days in week 7 2023. Swift expedition at the counter, easy access to the car, lean return of car and competitive prices. Follow up review: utter disgrace. This miserable rental place had the worst arrogant and unhelpful worker behind the counter one could imagine. My reservation from the US was rejected (!) even though I was able to provide electronic copy of international drivers license. The clerk refused to help us in any way. This left me stranded with my wife, daughter and service dog after an overnight flight. Horrible situation. It was unprofessional and outright nasty. We were forced to take a car from a competitor next door who in return completely scammed us with laughable fees (dirty car and fantasy packages, you cant make it up, crazy). Poland is not an EU country and I can only warn everybody to be very careful and well-prepared. It is unfortunate, but Warsaw airport is a snake pit of shady businesses and extremely unprofessional everything. It should be treated like traveling in a third world country imo. Please make sure they dont steal your money. And also, do not think the US consulate is useful, they are not. The lady there had the nerve to suggest we take a train. I dont even want to think about having to deal with these people in the case of an accident. Terrible. Make sure to bring a valid international drivers license (especially from the US). The situation can get dicey. Online IDLs are available and a copy can be emailed within 2 hrs or so. But Enterprise will not honor it anyway and instead leave you stranded.

I ve been using Enterprise car rental with the location at the Chopin airport in Warsaw on a regular basis for the past 18 months (1-2 a month). However, this is the first time I m posting a review although I should have done it a long time ago. I think I had a chance to meet pretty much everyone at this office. Always treated in a friendly yet professional manner which you d expect anyway, however, with an extra attention and support (even in a stressful situation, like car crash or a breakdown). Formalities and car collection is always quick, efficient, and so are returns. Good selection of cars in at least 2 categories I tend to normally use. My rating of the team is 5 stars out of 5 I highly recommend using Enterprise at the Warsaw airport.

Fraud experienced!! The guys from front desk ask for your credit card along with your ID and driving license to block the payment. NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD! I have experienced fraud transactions just 3 hour after I went to their office. Not only that, they are very manipulative. They try to fix you with a higher end car by making you pay more even though you booked compact or economy in advance!!!! Never booking with National or Enterprise at Warsaw Chopin airport.

Would it really hurt to have a more than 1 sign for car rental return? There is only 1 sign that points to car rental return, but it s not clear where you are supposed to go. I had to go around the airport 4 times to try out ever possibility. ITS IN THE BASEMENT OF THE MULT STORY PARKING LOT. MAKE THIS CLEAR!!!!

I booked Alamo car online and during the checking in Warsaw airport they told me that I was obliged to take full insurance because I got a debit card (and not a credit card). Consequently I had to pay twice the price than the initial booking. This information should be highlighted in the reservation confirmation instead of being written down in small on the bottom of the email. However after complaining about this situation, service customer refunded me this the extra amount of this full insurance. That s appreciable.

Enterprise does a real good job everywhere, and this location is no exception. The staff were friendly and spoke English very well. The process of picking up and returning your car takes less than 5 minutes. Once you leave the office, you just go out of the airport building at the nearest door and the cars are in the parking garage right across the street. Go down to the lowest floor (0), get in your car and youre on your way. Easy-peasy.

Im not at all surprised that this place has so many bad reviews. I booked a car of 5 star euro ncap safety rating (seat arona) only to receive one that barely has 3 stars (some Dacia duster garbage), which is extra distressing given that kids are involved and they are now endangering them by offering this substandard vehicle as an equivalent replacement. Whats more, the rep was super rude, not interested to explain anything (I had a couple of questions on different location return and different currency credit card which were simply ignored), he just wanted to get me out of there as soon as possible, even though there was no customer waiting behind me. When my wife called to complain, he was the one who took the call and promised to lodge the complaint in the system but of course he hasnt done anything yet. He was also quite insistent on trying to sell enterprise insurance even though he saw I had agency insurance and was attempting to inform me that it could be of the wrong type (in which case, why do they work with the agency thats selling the wrong kind of insurance??). And instead of going s step further to find out the return procedure to the other location (as basic customer service etiquette would dictate), he said I should just call the number, i.e. do his job (the voucher specifically says the return procedure would be explained on pick up). They are basically rude scam artists who will happily endanger your and your kids lives just to turn a quick buck. Avoid this place and its rude and obnoxious employees like the plague!

Enterprise at Krakow airport is a first class operation. The rental counters are conveniently situated within the terminal and are quick and easy to locate.The counter staff are friendly and super efficient with the whole rental process taking less than 10 minutes to complete.Without even asking we were given an upgrade.The car was easily located within the adjacent car park and was as new. During the rental I needed to contact Enterprise customer services and they resolved my problem quickly and efficiently. As a regular user of airport car rentals I have no hesitation in recommending Enterprise. Overall a great rental experience.

Excellent service good cars

Attendants were generally rude. Did not try to solve any conflicts. Before paying attendant confirmed there would be GPS navigation. After getting the car, navigation did not work. They claimed they didn t have any other cars available and offered that I just not take the car after I paid. They said navigation was not in rental contract after very clearly stating it would be available before payment. Very uncomfortable situation would recommend looking elsewhere for car rental needs

Rreally bad car renting experience!!!! I was given a Kia SUV in the airport. When I drive out only 5km from airport to my hotel. The tyre is flat. And it took me a entirely morning to wait for fix. They just do not change a new car for me. Then when during my driving, there is no water coming from glass cleaning system. I spend money from my own pocket to buy a bottle of glass water and put it. Then it s still not working!!!!! I will try to avoid the company from this time.

The rental car was good; we even got upgrade to a better car for free. However, the communication from the agent at the rental desk was poor. We understood him to say that the insurance would be provided free of charge. However, when he gave us the bill, we were surprised that the cost of the insurance exceeded the price of the car on its own, resulting in over double the price we were expecting.

Pros: Paperwork to rent a car is relatively easy. Car assessment when returning the car was relatively quick. Staff was friendly. Cons: We had to wait about 45 minutes due to a line for checking out a car. Cruise control was difficult to figure out.

Be very careful with this company. They have overcharged my debit card which was used for rental payment on the amount of 600 Zloty. Not only that, they have also made a series of debits and credits on the card that I have used for the deposit with a net charge of 33 Euros. Lots of emails and calls to get the situation fixed. So far they have only corrected the first problem. You cannot trust them.

Unless people want to appear as very nice, they just are un concerned by their customer: I took a car on a wednesday morning, I gave credit card ID card and driving license. they did not give me back the driving license and I forgot to ask, puting away the other cards; they let me go , take the car, and give back the car 2 days after WITHOUT NEVER CALLING ME to tell me I have forgotten my driving license, which I discovered only by chance (who is looking at his driving license every day?) when back to France. IT IS A PURE SHAME to hold the driving license, even during my stay in Poland (I could have been arrested by police) and never have informed me about the fact it stayed on their desk SHAME ON YOU ENTERPRISE POLAND! when I got them on phone and told them they could have informed me, they answered: you know so many people forgot their papers as if they were not concerned... We rented a car from Enterprise in Warsaw and returned it to the Chopin Airport. We had reserved the car at 0930 and the employees didnt show up until 0945. That want really a big deal. We had paid 111 euros for a GPS for a 10 day rental and the girl told us that the class of car we had didnt have a GPS but we could just use our phones. I told her I didnt have access to the internet because of my U.S. phone plan and that we paid extra for the GPS, She found an old one in a closet and we waited 45 minutes to charge it before it would even come on. She programmed it for us and it took us almost 300 km to the wrong city. Who knew there is a village of Krakow and the large city of Krakow except one has a mark over the O. The gps died and would not come back on. While it was on, it flashed a message that it hadnt been updated in 56 months. Some people in the village helped us out and we were without gps for the rest of the trip. The car was fine, I didnt know that there wasnt a spare tire until I returned it to the airport. The girl at the airport was very nice and when we told her about the GPS, she told us that her manager would refund the money for it and it would be about 5 days. Its been over 2 weeks and still no refund. There are numerous rental car agencies in Warsaw. I am a member of Enterpriseplus loyalty program, but they do nothing for you either and would definitely use a different rental car if i rent in Warsaw again.

I had to rent a car for almost a month during my family trip to Poland. I rented a vehicle in Warsaw at the airport but returned at Balice in Krakow. Cooperation and communication with the agent from the office at Okecie was a very good experience. Ms. Dominika who took care of my rental was fantastic to work with. I had to change/extend my rental a couple of times and modify a place of return; therefore, I was directly working with Ms. Dominika throughout my rental to make these adjustments to my rental agreement. She has been very responsive and great to work with. Ms. Dominika knows how to take care of the customers. I would highly recommend her to anybody who will be renting a car at Okecie Airport.

Mi experiencia a sido devolviendo un vehículo en este aeropuerto y no alquilándolo, ya que el coche lo cogí en el aeropuerto de Modlin. El trato del personal fue muy correcto, al menos para el poco rato que estuve con ellos... al final llegas, dejas la llave, te preguntan si todo OK y te vas. Respecto a la experiencia de ir a dejar el coche ya es otro tema... este aeropuerto está muy pero que muy mal señalizada la zona del Car rental return. Si nadie te explicó con anterioridad donde debes de ir es prácticamente imposible de llegar. A pesar de haber recibido instrucciones de los compañeros de Modlin, tuve que preguntar dentro del parking de como se tenía que devolver el coche, ya que no había nadie de la compañía recepcionando los coches, sino que tenias que dar vueltas por el parking buscando su zona designada con carteles sobre sus plazas de parking y ahí en una columna ponía que había que ir a la terminal de llegadas a dejar la llave. Todo con carteles mal ubicados y de tamaño bastante reducido... Supongo que no es tema de Enterprise, sino que más bien de la administración del aeropuerto, pero en este caso nubla un poco la experiencia del alquiler.

Hello my name is Robert. I would like to share my horrible experience with this location. Please stay away and rent a car somewhere else. I rented the car from them on summer 2023 .I returned the car before the car rental opened and left it in the garage as instructed. I was so surprised when I checked my credit card statement and i was charged additional 400 for the damage I did not know about. When i requested the supporting documentation the only thing they send me is the picture of I assume bumper (because you can not tell what is it.) No picture of the car or registration plate. Additionally this is a random picture taken who knows where for sure not in the enterprise garage. I feel like this is their way of scamming people. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!No one ever contacted me about this issue they just took the money.

Ich konnte am 17.1.24 nur die besten Erfahrungen mit den Menschen bei Alamo/Enterprise Rent-a-car und dem gemieteten Fahrzeug machen. Die Übernahme des Fahrzeugs (besser ausgestattet als bei der Bestellung versprochen) war unkompliziert und freundlich. Auch das nachträgliche Registrieren eines zweiten Fahrers war problemlos möglich und preiswert. Bei der Rückgabe war schon eine Dame des Unternehmens in der Garage und hat das Fahrzeug ohne Beschädigungen übernommen. Insgesamt ein sehr freundlicher und schneller Vorgang. Allerdings muss ich auch sagen, dass es nicht ganz einfach ist, wieder auf Ebene 0 im Parkhaus zurück zu finden. Die Abfahrt nach unten könnte etwas deutlicher angeschrieben werden. Das ist aber eine Aufgabe für den Garagenbetreiber und nicht für Enterprise. Voll zufrieden gibt es 5 Sterne.

Cant recommend. We make deal 3 day and return before 12. They said counter they will make refund 115 deposit. And I have to run to flight. After many emails and phone calls they havent return nothing. Bad firm. Use bigger companies like Hertz, Avis, Europcar (never problem with those companies) or companies which are trusfull. We are coming back after two weeks to Warsaw and this clerk give to us business card. First I thought I can book from them next car... But not anymore. Scam!

Generally I have had a mostly good experience at this location however, in the past couple of months between a colleague of mine and myself we are being charged for damages we did not make. Recommendation to all - take photos of all damage marked on the form as your receive the car and again take photos of the entire car as much as possible upon return. This is the only way we can protect ourselves from this type of behavior.

Rented a car for a full month, took extreme care of it, cleaned it and washed it right before dropping off. I had a very good daily rate, so of course they had to find a scratch which they then charged me over 260 USD for. Avoid these guys, they will find something to ding you. Ive rented at multiple other outlets at this airports, this is the only one Ive had issues with.

I got very good and prompt service at the counter. The car was perfect and I got also advice on how to connect Google Maps from my phone to the panel. A problem was to find the rental car return as there were no road signs to the rental return situated on P1, level 0. I had been given proper instructions by email but when driving to the terminal I had assumed to see a clear sign Rental Car Return as this is what I have seen on other airports.

Ive rent a quite high class car in Warsaw airport. Car came with 90% fuel. I said no problem... When I returned car Ive full the tank. But some clever guy put in the return protocol 85% and let me signed on the bottom line without showing. tank level he marked. That cheap trick just irritate me to rent again at Enterprise company.

I made a reservation to pick up a car at 6am on a Friday. It was confirmed twice by email. Mr. Czerwi ski also confirmed the pickup time again by email one day before the pickup. No one showed up. We waited for over half an hour and tried to call them several times, but no one picked up. As a result, I missed my appointment and had to go with another car rental company (and ended up paying three times as much). I formally complained via email and asked for compensation. I received an email telling me that a manager would be contacting me shortly. This was weeks ago. I sent several more emails and never received a response. This was by far my worst experience with a car rental company, do not book a rental car here.

I cant find alamo, well I can only comment here, someone wants to rent a car who must think carefully, a little scratch, the rental car company will give you a gift, they will say we need to repair or need to replace parts so you have to pay for big money. however, When you ask them to show the repair or replacement invoice, they pretend not to see your question! everyone know that rental car company will sell car without any repairement but they still charge this service , it is the way how they earn money.

Dowiedzia em si z niego, e samochód wróci z obrarciem na drzwiach. By o za czone zdj cie jakiej ryski, dla mnie ledwo widocznej. Z pewno ci nie uszkodzi em tego auta, bo bym zauwa y , nie mog wykluczy , e kto mnie waln drzwiami na parkingu, ale nic o tym nie wiem i nie zauwa y em, bo auto by o brudne. Tymczasem otrzyma em rachunek na 1470 z za t rysk . Extremely helpful staff, rare experience of a fabulous customer care. Efficient and smooth rental procedure. This company and people working there is personally my fav at the Warsaw airport. Only this year we have rented several cars there with my partner - each time cars we received were new and driving them was a pleasure as well as the small talks with the guys. Until next time!

Excellent service, clean vehicles, good price

My car rental/pickup/return drop off was an excellent with Enterprise/Alamo, great customer service no BS and trying to sell other things than originally reserved abroad. The car was actually brand new and still fresh factory smell, it felt so good, excellent drive and gas mileage. Drop off was the easiest ever because I just parked the car in designated area at the airport garage and Alamo representative was there with his little computer to check/inspect the car and w I signed off right there without going to the actual car rental stand. I would highly recommend this company to rent from as they are providing great service and have beautiful cars to enjoy your driving, thank you again Alamo until the next time.

Very bad experience: after payment, we had to wait 1 hour for the car keys ! No child seat were available, the employee finally found one but we paid for two !!! At car return, they complain of dust in the car and charged 120zl for the cleaning: but it is a procedure they should perform each time it was the first time we experience this, and from our point of view it was not honest. We advice everyone to go elsewhere: there are many option at Warsaw airport.

be carefull!! they charged me for damage on the car that was already exist. they refused to cancle the calim even after I sent them a proof that the damage was already there

I had a very pleasant experience with this location: very friendly, clear and client-oriented clarification by Arek supported to have a nice experience with the Peugeot 508 they have provided (an upgrade actually). The car had some scratches but all was pointed out prior to renting. I still have to return and may update this review by then. Up to now, best experience! Das Auto hat zwar viele Kratzen, ist aber im besten Zustand und Arek hat alles sehr gut geklärt an der Empfang.

Great experience with Alamo Okecie Warszawa. The staff was very nice and helpful, professional service. The car was new and clean, with no scratches like mentioned in some other reviews. No issues with the return, the deposit was returned almost immediately. I can highly recommend, will definitely choose Alamo next time as well.

I visited Poland from the United States and was looking for a car to travel around. The Employee who assisted me in getting the rental car was very professional and understanding. He explained me the different packages of rentals and I was able to get the one I wanted within my price range. Customer service was excellent including explaining some basic road rules that might be different and some do s and dont s on the road. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and would recommend anyone who needs a car in Poland to visit this location!

Un service malhonnête et des gens sans scrupules. Nous avons loué une voiture avec une carte de débit. Leur site indique clairement que les cartes de débit sont acceptées. Or arrivés sur place (avec un enfant en bas âge) ils nous font du chantage en disant de prendre une assurance sinon pas de voiture. Après moult discussions par mails, ils ne veulent pas me rendre les prix payés par lassurance alors que je leur ai envoyé la preuve écrite dans leurs conditions générales. Plus aucunes réponses de leur part. De plus, nous avons loué une siège bébé qui était bon pour la casse. Une honte. Fuyez.

Très mauvaises expériences. Des voleurs. J ai réservé une voiture via internet. Arrivés à l agence, ils nous ont obligé à payer 96 euros d assurance supplémentaires sinon ils ne nous donnaient pas la voiture. Soit disant que la carte utilisée ne permettait pas la location. Ils acceptent la location puis vous mettent au pied du mur en vous obligeant à prendre une assurance pour avoir une voiture. Faire ça à une famille avec un enfant en bas âge est un scandale.

Fuyez !!!!! Très mauvaise expérience. Ils vous forcent à prendre une assurance sinon ne vous donne pas les clés. Ils citent les conditions générales mais quand vous les leur montrez, ils ne répondent plus. Ces gens vous voleront votre argent sans scrupules et sans vergognes.

Worst experience! Our car was canceled claiming that three hours passed. Admittedly our flight was delayed, but only two and a half hours passed. Usually we get a call if were delayed or something but nothing like that here. We were just told a fact that our car was canceled and were offered to rent it again for triple the cost. Avoid!

Faultless support by the Warsaw Chopin Enterprise team for our recent 3wk booking. They switched cars for us to accommodate our needs in the time it took us to have a coffee. Car was immaculate on pickup, they provided technical support by phone and very straightforward drop off.

Ive booked a car with them at Warsaw Modlin airport getting a good rate from an intermediary. When weve arrived they didnt like my bank card and required an International driving license. We lost money, but we still needed a car as we planned it for this trip. Other big companies at the desk of course offered us huge rates for requesting a car there, but they would accept my card and license. Weve lost one day, money, had to change plans, but eventually found a car with a good rate and no issues about my documents. Ive used the same documents without any issues 5 times in 2 other countries. Looks like that day they actually didnt want to give me a car at that price.

Never again. Did not get my car because I wanted to use MY OWN company Credit Card that Im using for Car Rentals for years without ANY Problems, even with Enterprise in UK, Germany , Poland (Szczecin) never had ANY problems. Till today where the lady was LATE, did not pick up the phone for 30min and at the end did not give me car. Company on next counter gave me car without issue with the same card. NEVER AGAIN !!!

A little but not comfortable to return car. No signs. Everything else is perfect.
